This community was fine but there was another community that just made more sense for my loved one.

Everyone was extremely helpful and kind throughout the whole process. Compared to other places that we've seen, it was extremely clean and welcoming. And they had plenty of activities - crafts, happy hour, karaoke, bingo, drawing, etc.

Atria Park of Great Neck was a beautiful facility. They were very informative on the tour and answered all of my questions.

Lovely community, they have shared bathrooms in the hallways.

We absolutely love Atria and wish my mom could move here. We looked at the facility twice and unfortunately because she needs full assist she does not qualify. The staff are all extremely welcoming and engaging with residents and family members. We looked at the food menu and the meals looked great and they had a ton of variety. It overall looks like an amazing place and we would highly recommend others check them out.

I've been very happy with Rancho Mirage Terrace, which we found through A Place for Mom. I looked at other places in the area, and this one was only five minutes away from my house. The staff is wonderful. My mom has gone to a higher level of care than she was at when she first moved in, and they really check on her with that change in care level. We pay extra for medication management, which has been a huge help. If you have a parent or relative who is taking a lot of mediations, I would highly recommend this service. It has been priceless to us. We've been very happy with them overall. It was my mom's idea to go here, and then on the first day, she decided she didn't want to be here. But she has a nice studio, and all of her personal things here. They have a very good nurse. Physical Therapy and Occupational Therapy is really good. They have a very good executive director, and they really do provide individualized care according to each patient's individual needs. Now that my mom has adjusted, she's starting to enjoy it. If she wants to participate, there are all sorts of things going on for her to do. I like that they don't pressure her to be social if she doesn't want to be though. And they don't treat the residents like children. Sometimes older people can be condescended to, which they don't like, understandably so. But the staff are respectful here, which I think is very important.

We live out of state but when we are able to come into town and visit the community is always clean. The staff members are very professional and very accommodating. They have been very willing to work with us from day one. We get emails regarding any covid updates which is great. We also like the fact that they have an app that keeps us up to date with the meals for the week, our loved ones health, medications, vitals etc. We can also communicate through the app.

Our family had an in person tour and it looked like a very nice facility ready to accommodate your loved ones needs and wants. It is a very nice upscale community and at the time due to our loved ones health this was just not going to be the best fit.

Atria at Foster Square seemed like a very qualified facility. All of the staff did their jobs and did them well. For us the location was just too far from friends and family.

Our family had an in person tour and we had previous experience with this community with our mother. We had such a wonderful experience at the time and this was at the top of my list. The community was very close to my doctors which was a big plus, but at the time the cost was just to high.

I moved to Reno about 4 years ago, my mother came with me and moved into Atria Summit Ridge. The facility is beautiful and clean and the staff couldn't have been more attentive and caring. She made many meaningful friendships and was active in the community. I would absolutely recommend this facility to anyone who has a loved one that needs assisted living.

This was a nice community but just not the place that I wanted to be. Just to many drawbacks and not the vibe that I was looking for. The other community just had more to offer for me.

I would recommend this community for your loved one. I did a lot of shopping around in the beginning and they have not disappointed. They have activities like a treadmill, bean bag baseball, bingo, wifi bowling, more work out classes and more things for the residents to do.

The Atria Grand Oaks is a very well kept and well managed community, every time we come to visit our family talks about how much they are enjoying their new home. They are so happy there and are being treated very well. They are picky eaters, but surprisingly are enjoying the meals and even though they do not take advantage of the activities there is plenty of things to keep the residents busy. It is very high priced but for everything that is offered it is well worth it and gives us peace of mind.

I loved the community it was not a good fit for my loved one.

I have already recommended the community to others, and will continue to recommend them to others. The staff makes the community stand out. Some of the activities available include bingo, social events, and more for the residents to participate in. There is a calendar of daily activities that is given to the residents.

This is a great place if you have the budget for it. Be prepared for COVID closedowns and protocols. The cleanliness, and the grounds are well kept and stand out to me. The staff go above and beyond in keeping you updated and saying hi to the families and the residents.

We are having a problem with the billing. We were told that as long as we signed by Sep 30th that we would get a promotional offer and they did not follow through with it. They gave us choices as an incentive the faster we signed and they are not making sure in the business office, nor the sales people are making sure that the voucher or credit we were promised has been received. They are not to good on following up with business needs. I am hoping to reach out to corporate to get this solved. In the middle of a covid lock down both of the RN's have resigned and this was not communicated to the families like it should be. The LPN's are doing a good job but they are short staffed and there should be nurses there. I think the Atria corporate office phone number should be readily more available. They also have a underground parking garage that made it a lot better for us visiting. This community is also in a nice city neighborhood and a lot of things close to walk to including my loved ones church.

We liked this community a lot. it was just too expensive for a studio. Also it was not near a lot of things to walk to. It was just near a park and not many other places. Also parking would have been a big problem when trying to visit.

This is a good community for your loved one.
