This community has to be one of the cleanest, friendliest and most fun places I’ve ever seen and happy to be living at now! The staff is amazing and the activities going on throughout the month are wonderful! So happy to call this place my new home.

I came here for respite care after back surgery. Staff staff has given me extraordinary care and I could not be more pleased. The meals and activities are great. Overall win-win situation!

Perfectly happy living here at Atria Del Sol. Enjoy participating in the activities exercise and art programs. I just wish more residents would participate as well.

I enjoy the activities that are offered. I enjoy exercise classes and the games. The staff are excellent and always attend to my care needs.

From the first initial contact staff was very pleasant and accommodating. The tour was thorough and gave us a warm and friendly family feeling. I was relieved and knew my mom was going to be in good hands.

Atria is a wonderful place for us residents. I particularly love the food and the activities for the residents.

I have enjoyed the help provided by the help. My only complaint is how the quality of food has dropped.

Everything was very clean & organized. All the seniors there seemed to be very happy in their environment.

I toured the community with my husband, and I was greeted by a wonderful young lady in the front. Our tour guide was very helpful at answering all our questions, and showing us around the facility. They have a nice gym and outdoor patio. The schedule for the day is posted on the bulletin board next to their dining room and they offered a variety of amenities throughout the day.

I would like to share my experience because this community was very welcoming and being new to this it was nice to have a good first experience. I toured the building for my father in the evening and we were greeted upon arrival with a welcoming sign. I appreciated they were taking the proper covid precautions by taking our temperatures . Parking was not a problem. While we waited in their library four our tour guide, I noticed they were playing bingo with plenty of residents engaged in the next room. They had a nice bistro area filled with snacks & water. Next to the bistro is a nice outdoor patio. We also toured their memory care area that had a nice patio and the residents were engaged with the staff.

I recently visited the community & they were very welcoming. The lady at the front desk was helpful. The building itself was clean & the rooms were spacious. They have a nice third floor patio where you could look out. Definitely considering this facility for my mom once she's ready.

We chose Atria Kennebunk because of the welcoming and friendliness of the sales staff. When we went on a tour everyone we encountered was happy and the apartments that we saw were spacious. The facility is pet friendly. They do have a bus to take them to the store, doctors appointments, and activities. It was a hard transition for her, but she is happy here and starting to get more involved. I would recommend to others looking. They do qualify for long term care policies and those are approved here.

We chose Atria Collwood because we had seen the facility before and for the cost it was very worth it. It is very pretty, they have a lot of gardens and places to sit outside. Everybody here was so sweet, but the whole staff has turned over since my mom was here. I would for sure recommend to others looking.

My mom loves it here. I have not met the staff personally however, my mom loves them and states that they are very nice. I was told that the bathrooms were handicapped accessible and they are not. There is a part of the shower that you have to step over and it makes it very difficult for my loved one who has a walker.

There are lots of activities for the residents to choose from. The food is delicious for my loved and they always to rush back to make it for meals. I am happy with the community, along with my loved one. My loved one is settled into his own room and can be independent.

Atria Cinco Ranch was very hard to say no to, we really liked this facility and it was our second choice. The only thing was it seemed like the residents needed more care than mom did cognitively.

This place seemed fine, it is a small community, about 8 people at the time we visited. I wanted my loved one to be around more people and it was also a little further from where we wanted him to be located.
