The staff members at Atria Hacienda are super friendly, and we really like the layout of our loved ones apartment. We were able to have a sample meal when we first came to check out the community and it was very good. They have many activities for residents to participate in, but not many that our loved one enjoys doing.

We have had no negative experiences here. It's clean. They stay on their schedule. The staff are excellent. The food is fresh and tasteful. Compared to other places, there is no comparison. It's an excellent community.

Finding the right community isn't easy and can be overwhelming, but the sales director was very understanding. My father is used to being independent, but needs more care now. We toured many places, but decided on Atria Newport Plaza because we know my father will enjoy the activities offered, especially bridge, and because he will be close to home. The staff were great and the residents were welcoming. He will enjoy not having to cook or doing his own laundry as those services are provided.

I toured this community and was very impressed. The community was well kept, staff members that we came across were kind, and residents were very welcoming and seemed happy. During the time of our tour, we saw residents doing exercise which appealed to my mom because she likes to stay active. We were informed that they do pier walks, scenic drives, and happy hours with musical performers, my mom was thrilled to hear this. As we were leaving, a few residents said hello and talked to my mom making her feel welcomed. The cost is affordable, the rooms are spacious, and the location is great.

My experience at Atria Newport Plaza has been great. I enjoy living here because the meals are good, everyone is friendly, and my day is filled with many activities that are offered. I enjoy the exercise classes, and the art sessions!

When a sudden event forced us to find an assisted living facility within 30 days, our call to A Place for Mom was the greatest decision of our search. The care and knowledge they offered helped us narrow the options, and we were then able to make the best decision for our Dad. Love them!

It’s never easy selecting a home to keep a loved one but Atria Palm Desert has been a great location. The staff does a great job with my mom. Those that I have personal experiences with are: [name removed] in Activities, [name removed] at the front desk, {name removed] in maintenance and [name removed] the Executive Director. All of the staff is excellent but these individuals have done a fantastic job and they deserve to be recognized. Atria staff are loving, caring, compassionate and professional. The driver, [name removed], even personally took my mom’s watch and got new batteries for it! I feel very comfortable having my Mom at Atria Palm Desert and would absolutely recommend it to anyone.

I would recommend Atria to anyone looking for a very pleasant, safe, and enjoyable senior living facility. The staff knows everyone's name and room number and greets you with a smile every day. Services are great with daily clean towels, garbage pick up, bed making, covid temp checks, and dining reminders. WELLNESS office supervises your health and doctors are available. There are movies twice a day, musical entertainment, and every Wednesday happy hour!

Although we did not select Atria Crossroads for geographic reasons, we were very impressed by the staff and the care team that met with us on the day of our visit for an evaluation. We also had a great preliminary Zoom tour that prepared us for our in-person visit and answered many questions. We were especially pleased about vaccination rates at the facility. Rooms are spacious and well-lit. Many activities. There was live music and even some spirited dancing during our visit!

I have my parents and Mother-in-law at Atria Carrollton. We've been there almost two years, both in Assisted Living and Memory Care. The staff is so kind and helpful, both to us and our parents! The ease of medical care was the biggest initial benefit over Independent Living. Managing doctors and wound care was traumatic before, often requiring more extreme medical care because they didn't have the close monitoring available at Atria. Navigating the aging process can be challenging, but the Atria staff have been helpful and supportive. They've worked with me to help find new solutions for changing needs, whether that is some modification they will try or something new the family can try. They were all so helpful when the family needed to consider and then make both moves to Memory Care, providing assessment, information and even ideas to make the move smoother.

We transferred to Atria from another assisted living facility that we were not satisfied with. Within days my dad says "I think I've died and gone to heaven!" He loves the food, other residents and staff. I'm so glad we moved him. The activities are more in line for seniors than his last facility, and more intellectually stimulating. I get answers immediately to my questions from reception desk to the sales office. Thank you Atria!

In her early seventies, my blind sister [name removed], moved from Berkeley to Atria Palm Desert. We looked for a place that had a pool and hot tub and accepted small pets, and an apartment with a private patio and quiet and convenient location. During our tour, the Sales Director asked [name removed]her interests and then shared about recreational activities offered—walking, writing, and musical improvisation. Signing the Agreement was straightforward and the Business Director provided us with useful local resources. The rest of the Atria team—the Recreation, Maintenance, and Executive Directors as well as cooks, gardeners, and housekeepers—all made us feel welcome, from putting up balloons and rolling out “the red carpet” to matching [name removed] to another resident as her own personal ambassador. [name removed] highlights, “The caregivers are very nice and accommodating.” She sums up her first few weeks in her new home: “Paradise.”

We chose Atria Santa Clarita because the sales person who we dealt with was extremely helpful. She was able to answer all of our questions and took us on a tour, we felt most comfortable here. The room sizes at the facility are fine for his needs, he has a studio apartment. The staff are very friendly and responsive. I would recommend them to others looking.

My husband and I moved into an apartment at Atria Crossroads Place from FL. He needed more help than I could provide, but we wanted to stay together, and we couldn’t stay safely in our home. My mother was at an Atria facility in NY and I remembered that there was one near where my husband grew up. So we moved north. I’m so very glad that we did. We have been very well cared for collectively and individually. My husband has since moved into memory care (Life Guidance as it’s called here). The care and concern shown him has been outstanding. I see it every time I visit him. And the compassion shown me during this difficult transition has been very heartwarming. Since I’m not in need of assistance, I’m moving on to another outside apartment; but should I find myself needing extra help, I wouldn’t hesitate to return. It’s been a good experience.

We were looking for a place for my father and that is not an easy decision. The whole Atria Staff is great. They guided us through looking at different rooms and explained the levels of care. They have a wide range activities and programs available. The care staff is wonderful. The place is very clean and rooms are very nice. They have a great restaurant, the menu changes and the food was very good. We actually ate there and tried a variety of different dishes. They have ambassadors that help the new guests settle in and meet other residents. I feel that they really care about the clientele! We visited often and everyone was very attentive. They notified us if they noticed any changes in dads daily functions.

Every time I visit my dear friend at Atria I am delighted to see smiling faces. The residents seem to have joy and to be happy. My friend is in the “Memory Care” part of Atria so it’s a little different “feel” but the residents are never left alone and most of the staff are very joyful and kind. The ladies who manage the memory care division have always been super attentive and ready to help!

My father and I were really impressed by the community. You get a warm welcoming feeling here. The staff is really friendly and attentive. The community is clean and easy to navigate. Overall, it was a really positive experience.

I moved my mother here four years ago after my father passed away. The care and hospitality the staff have shown us over the years has been incredible. When my mother got sick this past year they called regularly to check on us. They even sent a beautiful flower arrangement. When she returned to the community they offered us support and they kept us updated on her health. Thankfully, she’s doing great now and we are incredible thankful for the care the staff provided.
