Clean; quiet; great staff; reasonable price. I do recommend it.

I had a good overall experience touring atria north point. I toured on my own with [name removed] and she was professional, informative and spent a lot of time showing me all around the facility. I had narrowed down three facilities and had my father travel up from Florida to visit them. We toured atria together with [name removed] and she was very engaged throughout our visit. We toured a cottage which my father ultimately decided to move into but wanted to see a two bedroom apartment. She made arrangements with a current resident to open their home up for us to tour it. Throughout our tour [name removed] addressed every resident by name and made a point of asking how they personally were doing. The residents we met all seemed happy which to us showed they were pleased with the facility. [name removed] worked with us to waive some initial fees until my father could get his house on the market and move. Our overall experience has been positive and professional and it seemed like the residents living there were happy to be there.

Making the decision to move mom to an independent/assisted living facility is a very tough one. Allowing her to have freedom from some of the more cumbersome daily task and extra time to do the things she enjoys is such a relief for us. Choosing Atria was very easy. We toured several other facilities in the area and Mom quickly came to the conclusion that Atria was her choice and we couldn't agree more. The people involved from the initial tour, nurses, front desk staff, operations and dining staff, and of course the other residents are all such a pleasure to interact with and make my Mom feel at "home" which is the best! I would recommend Atria to anyone that is considering this for their parent(s). Thank you, Atria!!

My 75 year old sister recently had a fall and after a 10 day hospitalization, 14 day acute rehab stay, she spent 30 days at Atria as a transition before heading back to her apartment. Director of Sales was so helpful and calming as we worked to set up this respite and my sister was well cared during her stay. I highly recommend Atria Longmeadow.

My father lives here. The people are very friendly, and the staff is very helpful. The meals are well done and lots of activities to do. Many options for types of living spaces and parking. highly recommend.

Atria on the Hudson has been a perfect fit for my father. The facility is beautiful, clean and well maintained. The Meals there are fantastic, my father always raves about it. He is very comfortable there and has everything he needs. Everyone in the staff who I have encountered has been very helpful and attentive. A special shout out to [name removed] who runs the nursing staff there. She has been amazingly helpful and supportive from day one. Atria is also very close to our home which makes it very easily accessible for us. This makes dealing with anything there very easy for both me and my wife.

Atria is a caring place, where people actually get to know each other. The staff is helpful, food is good and plentiful (three full meals a day), and they offer fun events for residents and their families throughout the year. They’ve grown fast, but they’ve worked to preserve the culture that makes them special. Since arriving there, my father has regained his health, his spark, and his smile again. We feel lucky to have found Atria.

I was very impressed by this facility and the personable and professional staff. [name removed] was a wonderful resource and I am very thankful for her expertise. I was able to observe in person the staff and residents and get a feeling for what a routine day is like at the facility.

The staff are friendly and call you by name, the facility is spotlessly clean, the food is good and there are plenty of social activities to keep busy. Absolutely recommend based on above comments plus the residents appear clean and well cared for.

Everything is going very well for my father. He is doing many of the activities and is meeting many people.

My friend, whose family members are living in other parts of the country, recently joined Atria Maplewood Place and has absolutely thrived in her new home. There's a positive spirit among the residents and staff that makes it feel like a well-rounded community. Since her arrival they've been extremely caring and supportive to her. She loves the tasteful décor, the well-prepared meals and opportunities for group interaction. I heartily recommend Maplewood to anyone considering assisted living or memory care for a loved one.

The staff and residents are so caring. It is a wonderful combination of independence and support. The activities are great and easy to choose what is best for me. Meals are extremely well done. Highly recommend Atria Harbor hill!!!

I cannot say enough good things about Atria Maplewood. My husband & I looked carefully for the perfect place for my FIL. The staff is amazing, helping us every step of the way with paperwork, move in, and beyond. Quick to answer any question, whether in person/phone/email. The facility is beautiful. When we toured, it felt like a home. Cozy living room, quiet little nooks, beautiful courtyard, and dinning hall/food are amazing. The apartment we chose is the the perfect size for our needs, although they have larger layouts. The fact that extra medical care and assistance with daily needs was icing on the cake. My FIL has 24 assistance with just a press of a button. They offer a multitude of activities, as well as outings. We definitely picked the perfect place, where my FIL can live independently, but has assistance if needed. The facility is meticulously maintained. All staff took time to meet us and know us by name. They welcomed my FIL and made him feel welcome and at home. A+

Number one I am pleasantly surprised with community. I was afraid to live with other people. But I really enjoyed it. It’s friendly touch here. You feel like home. People are friendly. The staff is friendly. Activities are 10 out of 10. Offer something for everyone. Cultural programs are very good. Interior design is reminding me home. Arranged with good taste. Especially life floral arrangements.

Community is excellent . People are friendly. There’s.Always many things to do. I like to hp on bus with [name removed] especially to museums. The food is too good I gained some weight as it’s too good. I made many friends.

I love the movies every day. I like variety of salads and sandwiches. I enjoy meeting new residents with different background. I love [name removed] she is always helpful, visible and very kind to the residents and bringing great spirit. I love going to trips. They have 5 different trips a week

It’s nice and clean community with great location. The food here is incredible and great variety . It’s good to see management here. They are always checking on me. They are visible and ready to help.

The Staff Extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Should the residents have problems, Personal or with the facilities staff are always ready to help. The food has big variety including vegetarian options.

Our experience with Coterie Cathedral Hill has been excellent in all areas and I would highly recommend Coterie. The amenities are really beautiful. Our loved one wanted a swimming pool and there's a beautiful pool up on a roof. The dining is excellent with 2 restaurants and a bar (with live music multiple times a week). The healthcare amenities are the best I saw with an onsite urgent care which means 24/7 access to the doctors (in addition to the care staff at Coterie Cathedral.
