Atria

It was nice to have you come up with 4-5 choices of what we were looking for and just set up the appointments to go check them out. Atria was exactly what we were looking for, the food was delicious and my mom is still enjoying eating dinner there every evening, the staff are always friendly and seem to really take an interest in everyone. The room size was perfect, a 3rd floor apartment with a Mountain View, a balcony and all her furniture fit perfectly, it looks just like the home she left.

The staff has went above and beyond to assist us in settling mom in and have helped her with several learning issues when we're not there. They are so kind and helpful and quick to assist her. We have had a few meals there and the food is good and the variety in choices is very good. They even bring mom food to her room if she doesn't feel like coming down.

The staff is exceptionally friendly and helpful. The administration is available but doesn't always follow through with concerns in a timely manner with out reminders. The facility is older and definitely not ADA compliant. Although the bedroom and the living room are spacious the bathroom is tiny. There isn't a roll in shower. The closet is just adequate. The kitchenette does not come with a microwave coffee maker or toaster.

I visited Atria in Cranford for my grandmother and was very pleased with it. The building is clean, and the staff was very engaging with their residents. There was live entertainment that everyone was enjoying. I saw some of the choices in the dining room and was really blown away. I put Atria at the top of my list.

Everyone we spoke with was efficient, kind, had answers and were beyond helping. I would absolutely recommend Atria Bay to others who are searching for a place for their loved one. They are beyond fantastic. All employees are top notch and efficient.

Everything is excellent but the rent is very high. My concern is that they raised the rent by 10% in [date removed] and will raise by another 10% in [date removed]. If I choose not to stay it will be entirely because that rate rise would not be sustainable over time. I am in my 70s and I could live another 20 years. Otherwise I love everything about it. but I recommend it highly for those who can afford it. The residents are warm and welcoming, the facilities are well appointed and the Coterie has a gracious staff team.

What we like the most about the community is that the residents are friendly and active. Food is hit or miss. Apartments are old and could use deep cleaning of appliances and some upgrading of countertops and showers

The staff get s 10. What we like the most about the community is that it is near my family; all apartments are licensed for both Independent and Assisted Living; the price is right.

The overall experience at this facility was wonderful. My mother was quite hesitant about moving to an assisted living facility after living in her own home for so many years. This facility was beautiful and well kept upon first impressions along with having a very welcoming feel when we did our initial tour. Everyone was super helpful in making the move-in as seamless as possible. When she got settled in the staff and many residents went out of their way to introduce her around and show her the ropes. Mom quickly became involved in their daily activities and made some very sweet friends. We were extremely happy with experience at Atria at Willow Park and are so glad to have found this facility from working with your resourceful team. We could not thank you enough. And since then we have referred several friends who were looking for arrangements for a family member in our area to finding a residence at Atria. Unfortunately lost our mom last year after a rapid health decline but we have solace in knowing she was in a wonderful place with excellent care during her last months. Thank you for all of your help and kindness during this journey.

5 across the board. The facility is great, and the staff are equally so. Don't know how we'd be without them. It looked better than other places we visited, and the people were not only nice from the beginning they've remained so and been really understanding about the difficulty of managing and navigating this process of caring for a parent now

My mother is very happy there. She loves the staff & the food. There is always activities for her to keep her busy. I would definitely recommend it to others who are searching for a place for their loved one.

I found the right Place! [name removed] was so wonderful. She went above and beyond including birthday balloons on my birthday. The facility is clean and has lots of activities. People have been so welcoming. I’m looking forward to bridge and all the activities Atria has to offer.

What an honor it is to be part of the Atria Summit Ridge Community! My 98-year-old mom has been a resident in her beautiful apartment for 8 months. Because I'm a frequent visitor, I've seen and experienced the loving, caring and efficiency of the staff; as well as the beautiful, welcoming and warmth of Atria itself the moment you walk in the door. Every staff member makes us feel like we're part of a large, supportive family ... in fact, Mom and I have discussed and wondered if they have to take a personality test as part of the application process to work there! We're so impressed by how well they get to know, and are aware of, each resident's needs and personality in order to create a place that they can call home. Bottom Line: We feel like Atria Summit Ridge in Reno is the #1 place to be when it's time for assisted living for a loved one.

The Coterie pricing model is different than for other facilities because they separate out rent and care costs. This enables customers to pay for the level of care they want/need. This arrangement is particularly helpful for customers needing a high degree of care. They will pay a higher price than they would at other facilities, but the level of care will be impressive.
