I love it. I have a studio apartment and the food is excellent. Lots of choices. If you don't like what's on the menu the only everything else is good. They have bingo and stuff, but they don't have very many crafts and their craft room is very small that's the only disappointment is about the crafting But the place will take you anywhere if you ask them to take you to the dollar tree or to Stater Brothers or anything wherever you wanna go as long as somebody else doesn't have to go to the doctor they'll take me so I love it and they're really nice.

I have been a resident of Atria since last 2 years. If you want to call a place home away from home and get all the love and care you need that place is Atria! The activities, food, rooms and the community as whole is just perfect.

Excellent costumer service. Found the perfect place. Staff is lovely and accommodating. Lots of great activities and the food is delicious. The apartment were chose for our budget is small but lovely. Lots of light and a beautiful view. Everything we needed.

I am so very happy that my mother got to experience a senior living that met all of her expectations. From the friendly staff, nurses, [name removed] from PT, and the delicious food were all that made her time there worth while and enjoyable. Thank you for the wonderful care and support you provided for mom.

My mother recently moved into this facility. I was concerned that she would not leave her apartment but she has made several friends and is attending activities. I surprised her brought my children to a Grand Parents Day event they had. Her reaction was priceless and totally worth it! Looking forward to attending more family events.

I've been here about four months and my stay has been great. I really do like it here. The food is great as are the staff. They make every effort to make it feel like a family. The live music they offer is excellent.

5 on everything, bearing in mind that I have only been here 1 day. The friendliness and exceptional competence of staff, and the beauty of the landscaping. Also, the professionalism in the daily bulletins and the roster of activities.

Clean & modern facility, Plenty of activities/events/entertainment for residents. Caring staff that is willing to assist with all aspects of caregiving. Pricing is reasonable compared to other facilities in the region

5 for all! It's been fantastic for my parent. The best part is the very professional staff in the office and at the front desk. The place is always clean, without weird odors and excuses. It's simply well maintained. The staff run a tight ship but are gracious so you don't detect the hard work happening all time. They recently installed new carpet on all levels in the common areas and the old carpet still looked great. It's well maintained ahead of necessity.

We have a very nice room. The food is excellent. I don’t spend very much time in my room because I like to see my friends and there is a lot of great activities that keep me entertained. The staff is always attentive to our needs. It feels like home!

I was advised by' A Place For Mom,' before touring different facilities, to observe how the staff interacted with others. During the past year and a half of living here and gradually getting to know the staff and people in this community; I consider this Atria building to be my home. The staff are always doing their very best despite having to daily serve a difficult client base, with age related disabilities and various health issues. They are for the most part very professional, kind and caring. The events programs are varied with opportunities for different levels of participation to include us all. They provoke much fun , laughter and enjoyment. Atria Marland Place in Andover was definitely the right choice for me.

After losing my wife, I found living alone for two years detrimental to my mental and physical well-being. we started going steady sophomore year of high school and were married for 69 years. One of the activities I enjoy is my daily visit to the pub. in addition to a normal regular group, it’s an opportunity to meet new neighbors and discussing the various activities available. A small excellent menu offers a change in dining experience .The available fresh made popcorn also adds to the pubs friendly atmosphere.

I came to atria from rehab a year ago and I love it here, the very precious thing about atria is the amazing staff which no one can replace, I am doing great and improving my health and the PT here is amazing.

I did not know what to expect when I came to live at Atria. I have always lived at home and have had no experience living in a communal home. But it has been a wonderful and pleasant experience. The staff from maintenance to housekeeping, to the personal aides and senior staff have all been just wonderful. The Care I receive has been excellent. Cheerful, caring and very helpful. The nursing staff has been watchful and very involved about my personal care plan. The building is always a buzz with activities and events. The other residents are welcoming and friendly. Meals are substantial and the kitchen has been very helpful with making my meals individual for me. And the pastry chef is terrific. The building is lovely. The grounds are beautiful and everything is kept clean. Living here has more than met my needs and my expectations. I truly recommend Atria on the Hudson for anyone who needs help with daily life.

I live at atria with my wife since almost 4 years. I am very fortunate to be here because this feels like home and all our needs are met and since we cannot drive atria takes the bus for shopping every week which is wonderful. Love the food and activities!

I have been an atria resident for almost 4 years and I am happy here and I don’t have to do anything. The staff takes good care of me and I don’t have to clean or cook. The food is great and I love it here!

A friendly atmosphere, activities, dining good. Overall appearance very good . Excursions for shopping & transportation to doctor appointments and back. Have outside group luncheon . Have mind games to keep us focused

I am very happy at Atria Marland Place. The atmosphere is lovely, clean and very comfortable. I love my apartment and was Able to bring the furniture and things I love. The entertainment and daily itinerary meets my needs and each day passes by quickly. I like that you have choices in what and when you want to do them.
