5 across the board. The facility is great, and the staff are equally so. Don't know how we'd be without them. It looked better than other places we visited, and the people were not only nice from the beginning they've remained so and been really understanding about the difficulty of managing and navigating this process of caring for a parent now

What we like the most about the community is the friendliness of staff. Yes, we for sure would recommend Atria Park of Lynbrook to other families based on the experience so far.

My mother is very happy there. She loves the staff & the food. There is always activities for her to keep her busy. I would definitely recommend it to others who are searching for a place for their loved one.

I found the right Place! [name removed] was so wonderful. She went above and beyond including birthday balloons on my birthday. The facility is clean and has lots of activities. People have been so welcoming. I’m looking forward to bridge and all the activities Atria has to offer.

What an honor it is to be part of the Atria Summit Ridge Community! My 98-year-old mom has been a resident in her beautiful apartment for 8 months. Because I'm a frequent visitor, I've seen and experienced the loving, caring and efficiency of the staff; as well as the beautiful, welcoming and warmth of Atria itself the moment you walk in the door. Every staff member makes us feel like we're part of a large, supportive family ... in fact, Mom and I have discussed and wondered if they have to take a personality test as part of the application process to work there! We're so impressed by how well they get to know, and are aware of, each resident's needs and personality in order to create a place that they can call home. Bottom Line: We feel like Atria Summit Ridge in Reno is the #1 place to be when it's time for assisted living for a loved one.

The Coterie pricing model is different than for other facilities because they separate out rent and care costs. This enables customers to pay for the level of care they want/need. This arrangement is particularly helpful for customers needing a high degree of care. They will pay a higher price than they would at other facilities, but the level of care will be impressive.

I’ve had the pleasure of working with [name removed], the Director of Sales at Atria Foster City, and he is absolutely amazing at what he does. From our very first interaction, it was clear that he truly cares about every family he helps. His communication is consistent, his follow-up is impeccable, and his kindness shines through in every conversation. [name removed] takes the time to really understand each situation and makes sure families feel supported every step of the way. He’s professional, compassionate, and a true team player and he is exactly the kind of person you want guiding you through such an important decision. Atria Foster City is lucky to have someone like [name removed] representing their community. He’s a true example of what exceptional service looks like!

The experience is definitely a big 5! The staff at Atria Park has been extraordinary. And I know that because my Mom can be a handful at times. But each time they've had to call us for Mom, the person sitting with her is always so concerned and patient. Which brings up another amazing plus. They have provided Mom with an aide when she needs it. She has actually put on weight!

The apartment size, view & location is why we chose them

My family member transitioned well to Atria on Montego. I believe this is partly due to the respectful, but warm staff, and also the friendly, active atmosphere. His room placement near the cafe/ patios , dining area and med tech station were a wise choice made by the administration there. Atria is clean, well lit and offers many activity options for their Seniors.

Close to her family’s home, making it easy to visit her. Plenty of parking. Nice outdoor spaces and common areas to sit in when family visits.

I visit this establishment regularly and its by far the best assisted living in the coachella valley. The staff and patrons are friendly and seem very happy. Every time I visit, they tell me how happy they are to live there and that says a lot.

We are happy with the care my aunt has received. She established a relationship with the sales women a few years ago. Now the time has come and her transition was seamless due to the staff who made her feel welcome. Even the bus driver includes her in their outings and lunches. We also decided to go with the in house doctor which has been wonderful also.

-Sales Director, staff, activities, food & dining was a great experience for my Mom. The Monthly Rent coupled with her Level of Care was the only reason my Mother had to leave! I was in the process of selling my Mother's House, but unfortunately we couldn't find a Buyer until this Month. I would highly recommend Atria Senior Assistance Living!

I like the friendliness of the staff and residents. There are a verity of activities. I feel very safe here so overall, I'm very happy here and so is my family.

My 91 year old mother became a resident in [date removed]. She was hesitant to move in but the family was concerned for her overall well being as she has become somewhat forgetful as she has aged. Once she was convinced to move in, she has adjusted wonderfully with the help of the staff. She enjoys daily exercise and other activities and now calls Atria "Home". This allows the family to be confident that she is happy and in a safe environment with a staff that is truly interested in her physical and mental well being.

Contracting with Atria was a wonderful experience. If all went smoothly and the management/sales team was very supportive and responsive. Unfortunately my mother passed away a week before she was going to move in.

It is just unfortunate that my mother needs a higher level of care than can be provided. The area is open and well kept and the staff were very quick to accommodate my last minute request for a tour. This was my first location and really did not know even what questions to ask. I truly appreciate the guidance I received and they were able to review how needs are determined and, even once it was obvious it would not work for our family, [name removed] spent very patient time teaching me.

Very caring care givers. Facilities very clean, quiet, well organized, pleasant and calm. Residents appear happy and in touch. Meals cooked to order. [name removed], director, extremely helpful, knowledgeable of my mother's situation and understanding. Glad we chose Atria Evergreen.
