Atria on Hudson staff is kind and welcoming to residents and guests. Beautiful property with many activities to choose from throughout the day as well as local trips and excursions. Various apartment and suite options with onsite PT and OT services. Nursing team is attentive and compassionate.

I never thought I would have another home when I sold my house, but I do. My home is Atria Oakridge. What's here? Wonderful facilities, spacious apartments, my lovely screened in porch, a staff that truly is committed to doing whatever they can to make my life better. Whether its can you fix something in my apartment now- the answer is always yes. To any concerns or questions I might have about anything. I love the commitment of the staff, they truly care about all of us. The residents are friendly and warm. The grounds are gorgeous. I have multiple flowers that bloom outside my window in the courtyard. This is my beloved home.

Mom and I both loved the Atria. The staff was great and really took care of Mom. Mom passed away in June. But I would recommend the Atria.

My sister-in-law [name removed] stayed at Coterie for about a month, and I was the person who arranged her stay last Fall. My sister-in-law died in May, so I am unable to get her feedback now. I will say that she said she was very well cared for, the food was excellent and she appreciated the availability of transportation and activities.

The place is nice and clean. The people no matter where you are welcoming and always ready to help. Honestly they make you feel welcome. I really like the place. I feel my brother is safe. The staff is really nice , always ready to help and answer questions, When I come to see my brother they have a welcoming attitude. My brother does not complain but sometimes he will say he misses his home.

This is a high quality facility. Every person is dedicated to taking good care of residents. The only downside is food. I appreciate the effort it takes but sometimes there is not enough on my plate. Sometimes burnt, or not cooked.

I’ve been at this location for 3 months and I’ve found it extremely accommodating, homely and friendly. The campus is charming, relaxing and comfortable. The food is outstanding! The dishes are 5 star in presentation & quality. The facility is extremely clean & comfortable. The personnel are caring and attentive.

It gave me a new life. Living at Atria gave me back my independence and let me be myself. The staff here is friendly and hands on. They are always there to help when you need it. The overall feelings of the residents seem to be pretty happy and satisfied.

I had mixed feelings about leaving my house and moving to a senior living facility but now I feel at home at Atria. I feel like I can hang out with other residents for as long as I want but when I want to have quiet time I can relax in my room alone. I am happy with activities, exercise, entertainment, crafts. The food is really good here and I especially love that I can order off the daily menu and get something different.

Sales process was accommodating. We leased an apartment then switched when another came up that was better for my mom. Staff is incredibly patient with residents. They are understanding of memory issues and mood changes and are gentle and fun. They are human and flawed but they do their jobs consistently well. My mom fell recently and they took such great care of her and responded quickly Food is decent. The place is always very clean. she has been there for a year and they have been consistently caring and conscientious.

I and my wife have been Atria residents since more than 2 years now. I live in Assisted Living and my wife lives in memory care. We both love it here and they take good care of my wife. I and my wife get more care and affection than we need and we love it here!

I have been a resident of Atria since almost 4 years and I love it here! Everyone is very nice the staff is great and food is amazing. The activities are well planed and well implemented and it is lot of fun. [name removed] the activity director is very experienced and is lot!

I love Atria, because there is a homey feeling about living here and the staff relates very well with the residents with request to their needs. The meals are nourishing and nice to have weekly laundry and housekeeping service. I will probably be living here for the rest of my life!

It's a great place to call home! It's a blessing and glad my friend of relative has found a place that she feels comfortable. They have maintain a clean place and the food is very good. The staff has done a great job and made a difference!

We visited many care facilities in two states. After lots of tears viewing some options and horror at seeing some employees at others, we decided on Atria in Kennebunk for our parents. We made the right decision. My parents are happy with their large apartment. The staff is efficient, caring and so incredibly kind to every resident and families. From housekeeping to executive Director, they are all professional yet always available to help resident or just exchange pleasantries. Great activities. Only complaint is that the corporate folks who make the decisions are unavailable and invisible. What works in a facility in CA does not necessarily work in ME! I think the decision makers of Ventas should be available to speak with the folks that pay them nearly $[removed]/year! Could we schedule that meeting? Atria Kennebunk has been very good for my folks. Thank you.

This facility exceeded my expectations. The staff was very professional and courteous. They were well knowledged and answered all of my questions. I would highly recommend Atria. This is definitely in my top 5 choices.

I like my room and I have the best view in my room. I like how they do my laundry and the cleaning. I love all the staff. I love that I can sit in the lobby and just see everything that is going on. I love the breakfast and you have choices for other foods if you don't like what they are making. I like how I am not lonely here. It's a great view where it is located.

I have lived here for a year and it has been an amazing experience. I have come to love and care for the staff. The staff here are very helpful and friendly. I love the activities they provide here and the staff are always willing to let us suggest activity ideas. The serving staff are absolutely wonderful.

The staff treats me like family here. I enjoy cocktail hour and parties. The staff allows me to help plan and use my ideas for events, which makes me feel special. I am able to get to medical appointments and lunch outings. Residents are nice to other residents.

I have been staying at Atria Rancho Mirage for over one year and it has been such a wonderful experience staying here! I have made so many friends here and have had such great care experience. The staff are very helpful and they are always eager to help residents/residents families.
