Artis Senior Living

The staff members at the Artis Senior Living community are absolutely wonderful, they are very warm and just lovely. They do not hesitate to reach out to families and anytime we reach out with questions or concerns they have an immediate response. The staff are so compassionate to the residents and their families. They are incredibly patient and kind with the residents, we have never seen a scenario where a staff is yelling at a residents. They always redirect the residents if they are having a bad day or a difficult time. They staff are super knowledgeable and qualified. The community feels like a country club from the moment you walk in, it is a safe environment where the residents can roam free. It is immaculately clean and even when we show up unannounced its spotless. The food is lovely, the dining is nice and they serve the residents with great dignity. There are so many different activities, it is a very social environment. We would recommend the community to other families.

Our friend at Artis Senior living just thinks its utterly terrific. She likes the structure, the food and the staff seem to be very pleasant. She has a great sense of security and they have just enough activities to fulfil her.

I can’t say enough about the Artis Memory facility on Bridgetown Road in Cincinnati. The patients are treated with respect, there are activities throughout every day, and the staff is helpful and friendly to patients and visiting guests. Truly a first-class facility!

We chose Artis Senior Living because it is closer to me so I can visit often and I wanted him to be in the best place and this seemed like it would be the best fit. It is a very nice place with a homey atmosphere. The staff has been great and everyone is wonderful. Overall I am pleased with the experience and I would definitely recommend to others looking for a memory care facility.

The administrators are very good; however, there are a couple of the direct caregivers were complaining about the care that was needed for a friend on a specific day. The community was short staffed on this day. Most of the time they are very friendly. The community doesn't mix floors between the assisted living and memory care during COVID. There are different levels of care that is provided in the memory care unit. In my research this was the best place in Chicago, they finally got their SAGE certificate. They were willing to work with me in getting my friend into the community. There were times that they will cook for the guests and it has been pretty good. There are times that the food wasn't as good of quality as they serve to visitors. The community has let me know that they are not able to use a lot of spices in the food. Artis is very good at communicating with me in any changes in my friend's needs.

The staff here is incredible, caring, and remarkably capable staff. The food is amazing. You can’t go wrong with placing your loved one here. This is the best community for anyone with memory impairment. I have peace of mind knowing that my mom is in a community with staff who truly cares about her and her needs.

Nice place but private pay only.

It's for someone with advanced dementia. They have 100% memory care. There focus is better. More space for her to walk around.

Memory Care is the heart and soul of Artis Senior Living. Residents are embraced with compassion by the highly trained team. Enrichment programs promote physical well-being providing dignity and quality of life. I live with confidence in the care my husband is receiving. My family and I feel truly blessed to have found Artis Senior Living.

I have been very pleased with the love compassion and care provided to my spouse. The staff at all levels have responded to all my questions I have brought to their attention.

I would recommend the community for your loved one, if you can afford it. The staff have been very responsive. They also understand the resident and the families and what it takes to place their loved one into the community. The food is enjoyed by my loved one.

It really is a team effort here, the way it is set up its not to big and not to overwhelming. It is like a little community and each kind of pod as their own kitchen, and gathering room so its easier for the staff to keep an eye on the residents. The community is very clean and well kept and so far our loved one has not complained about the meals. The activities have been a little tough lately given the restrictions.

Our family had an in person tour and this tour was great. Everyone we met with was super friendly and answered all of our questions the best they could.

We were very nervous about looking for somewhere to go for my loved one. Here they made us feel very comfortable. We knew that my loved one was being cared for and watched. We also liked that this was all one floor so we felt our loved one was safer. The activity director tries to engage everyone in all of the activities. I would recommend this community.

They have activities at this community like bowling, ball toss, crossword puzzles, cooking and more for the residents to do to stay busy. The staff are pretty good with my loved one and they are approachable.

I've already recommended them to others. The organization is well-maintained. The staff is professional, courteous, and friendly. I have had very good results talking with administrators at various levels to get little issues resolved - nothing serious has come up. I'm happy with the value. I'm quite pleased with the organization overall.

If you have a relative that has any memory care needs, this is the place to go. The staff and community have been good to my loved one. My loved one is enjoying the food, and we can tell since they are putting some weight on.

Our family had an in person tour and the Artis of South Hills is a wonderful and beautiful facility, but the price was just to high for us.

Artis is a very nice facility. When we toured, we were able to sit down and eat a meal and it was fantastic. I really like that they offered that to us.
