For the first time in years, I can sleep knowing mom is safe. They make it a point to know mom and who she is so they can modify her care appropriately - and personally. I've never noticed any odor anywhere. Communication is quick and professional AND personal - staff makes a point "knowing" mom as personally as possible - I even get pics and texts on Mom's progress and experience. No place is perfect but I repeat - I can sleep at night knowing mom is safe. Food is good, I can speak from experience. Everybody offers a list of varied activities and for those who cannot attend, there are staff which take activities to the individual rooms. Cost well there are places which cost less. Our family has had much experience with this. You get what you pay for...Mom's safety is worth every penny. I literally feel like I'm walking in to a family members home when I visit.

Artis Senior Living of Commack is beautiful from the inside out. The staff are caring and compassionate. When you walk through the beautiful neighborhoods you feel like your in a warm place with everything that fits one’s overall needs, for all stages of this disease. They have many modifications for all levels of care needed. The entire backyard is for the residents to freely go around and about. Everyone is well cared for and the community was clean and well kept. Simply beautiful!

I tell my friends how happy I am with every aspect of Artis. The staff is absolutely wonderful from the Executive Director down to the Care Partners. They all chip in and do anything and everything that needs to be done. It's very obvious they all love their jobs and the residents are their main concern. As of now, several months in, I can't come up with one thing they can do different.

What really sticks out about Artis Senior Living of Potomac is the deep understanding the staff has of the varied needs of dementia affected residents and also the level of engagement tailored to each individual. I would absolutely recommend this facility to those looking for memory/dementia care for their loved ones.

There is no complaints about the food. They found the spark that gets her going with the activites. They have painting, and my loved one is always doing something. They give updates on mom, and what is going on. I am always kept informed which is very important. They seem to know what they are doing. They keep my loved one active, invloved, they are watching her health, and she is getting the care, that was needed over the past 5 years. Overall, my loved one seems to be happy.

Moved my 94 yo mother from another facility to Artis of Wilmette about a year ago. The improvement in her care was immediately recognizable. She was much more participatory in group activities, she was engaging with other residents and staff. Her Care Team and Care Providers are outstanding. They provide her the care that we had always hoped for, while communicating well with the family. As she has transitioned into Hospice Care, the staff has adapted well to her new requirements and needs, interacting well with my mothers Hospice Care Physician and Nurses. Grateful for the care that Artis provides.

The quality of care stands out. The staff is friendly, attentive, and really goes above and beyond, They have engaging activities such as bingo, workouts, and crafts. Compared to his last facility the cleanliness of my dad's room is like night and day, always clean. I would highly recommend Artis of Eatontown.

We are so fortunate to have Artis in our lives. Dad is thriving here. Safety is our utmost priority and the care received at Artis is outstanding. Care team is excellent, facility is lovely and the team is top notch. Do not hesitate to come to memory care at Artis of Wilmette. Your loved one will likely thrive in the supportive environment.

Our family had an in person tour and we thought the community was beautiful but just far to expensive for us

Artis saved us in the middle of a crisis with my father who has dementia. He is now doing so well there. It's like he is his old self again. It is nice knowing that he can go outside by himself and still be safe. He loves doing all the different activities.

What a lovely community! Clean and resident focused. The layout is simple, which is key for people with dementia. I loved the Life Enrichment Associate, [name removed], he was so engaged and you can see he loves what he is doing! When my mom is ready, I will definitely choose Artis!

We have had, an amazing interaction with the staff. The food is really great. I have actually tried it myself, and it's good. I would say, that everyone from the executive director, to the nurses,-assistants, and cooks are very genuine people. Overall, they are definitely loving, and very friendly people. I have not met anyone, that I didn't like.

Artis Senior Living of Davie gets 5 stars all across the board. The staff here are just absolutely amazing. I would highly recommend the facility to other families who are looking for memory care for their loved ones.

The community was strictly memory care. The were very friendly and accommodating in answering all of our questions.

We have had a very good experience. I am happy with the care, that my loved one has received. Overall, the communication is good.

We really like that the billing system is the exact same every month, there is not nickel and dime situation. We really appreciate that they come to our loved one everyday and ask them what they want to it, and if our loved one does not like something they actually notice and fix it so we like how attentive they are. Based on our overall experience so far we would recommend the Artis community to other families.

A place for Mom was extremely helpful in giving me the guidance that I needed to make the choice that I made. I never got the chance to thank the person who assisted me. But I would like to thank them now for taking the time to assist me at a very difficult time in my families life.

The staff is so kind and caring. The bedrooms, bathrooms, and community living areas are always clean. They wash and fold their clothes as if they were their own. The chef's and all the other people who help prepare and serve the food are unbelievable. Food is great, the social workers & medical staff are great. I am so happy that my husband is living here.

This community is by far the best I’ve seen. My friend, who I visit almost daily, is the happiest he’s been in years. The staff is friendly, caring and dedicated to making residents feel comfortable. Administration does everything possible to ensure that your loved one is well taken care of. Food, activities and cleanliness can’t be beat.
