They include comprehensive pricing and have all specialties or medical care visiting the sites on a monthly basis. I would recommend if it fits the budget.

The administrative staff has been very helpful and supportive. The staff pay special care to my sister and go beyond what. I expected, such as clipping her hair and making sure her clothes are returned to...

It's a basic facility. Staff are helpful if needed, it is mostly clean, and each person gets table mates for meals. The price is very reasonable for someone with dementia. If your parent is still active and...

Run the other way, the staff has a lot of turnover, and the care was not good at all. She felt like the staff was mean to her and she would go to her room and cry. They also added medication without contacting us for approval. They are supposed to check on her every 2 hours. She fell out of bed and ran the staff and no one came and spent 7 hours on the cold floor. I would not recommend this community to others. The owner was not very nice and did not run the community well.

My mom is a current resident here and I am actively looking for a new place for her but with Covid19 it is difficult to your a new facility. The care here is below par to say the least. There is a lack of nursing staff as in they don't even have a real nurse just a LPN who only works a few days a week. Rooms are always in disarray and are in need of a makeover. The dining room is always filthy with food on the floor and the residents aren't even eating their meals because no one is helping them to eat. The staff gives the nigh time meds at dinnertime so the residents fall asleep fast and they don't have to deal with them. Staff don't speak English well as I have a hard time communicating with them.

My mom was a resident here and received the worst care ever. I was lucky to be able to move her to a different facility where she is safe. She was only there 2 weeks and she was admitted to the hospital for a UTI due no one ever took her to the bathroom , they just let the residents sit in their diapers which is why they dou le and triple them up. After she came out of the hospital she was back in again whene she had a huge bruise above her eye and was a concussion. No body knows how she got that. Then after that stay in the hospital she got the flue in the facility and went back to the hospital. So even though she was a resident for a year she spent more time in hospital and rehab facility. Look elsewhere.

My dad was here for 1 year but he was fortunate enough to be able to tell us that this place was not good. I had been living in Florida before I relocated back to New York and started visiting with him everyday and placed him elsewhere. The rest of the residents are not that lucky. This place is very dirty and overmedicated it residents to the point of complete incoherence.

What an awful place. My friend's dad was here and she suggested we'd tour the facility. I wouldn't put my dog here its that bad. Very small and cramped dining and rec room they are one and the same. Admin sits in a closet which double as an office. The place reeks of urine and the kitchen was disgusting. Should be shut down by the health dept. I ran out of here wondering who would place their loved ones in here.

This place is seriously unable to provide any care for your loved ones. Everyone just sits around over medicated and slumped over. Short staffed and the place always smells. Thankfully we were able to move my dad to a much better place.

I toured this place three times before writing this review. Obviously all positive reviews are from family and friends as this place is awful. It's the cheapest facility around and you def get what you pay for. Very small place with dining room and rec area being the same. Residents are way overmedicated and unable to provide any care for themselves

My mom was a resident of this facility for about a year before I had to move her due to the substandard care. Only 44 residents here but still not enough staff to attend to their needs. No real medical staff on duty only med tech to administer the meds . Most residents just sit around clearly over-medicated due no activities to speak of other than having the TV on all the time. Rooms always in need of being cleaned especially the shared bathrooms despite the fact that there appears to be a cleaner mopping floors all the time.

I had my mom here for 4 months before I realized that they were never going to make good on anything they promised us when we took a tour and committed to placing mom here. Look elsewhere instead of here. Residents just sit around all day , they appear to be drugged up do this way no one has to deal with them.

My dad lived here before he passed away this year and this place was not very good at all. Lack of staff and lack of activities and people just sit around doing nothing. My father needed medical care becasue of his diabetes and they claimed they could provide what he needed but that was not the case. He had open wound on his leg that was supposed to be changed everyday but that was not the case. There is no medical staff on duty just med techs that hand the meds. If medical attention was needed a doctor comes on every other week. I wish we had placed him elsewhere

I am a health care provider that visits this facility for the past years. The standards for the residents are clearly sub par at best. I feel compelled to write this reveiw since I will no longer be treating residents as I will be a permanent member of a new facility. The residents here are unable to benefit from physical therapy as they are too over medicated to comply with any instructions. Staffing levels appear to be severely insufficient. There is no kind of activities going on despite the fact that they have an activities director. Please consider placing your loved ones elsewhere.

I toured this facility twice in hopes it might be better the second time around but not a chance. The cheap price is what attracted me but the place stinks and is filthy. All residents sitting around over medicated. Never any happy faces to look at among the staff. The look tired and worn out. Rooms need an updating for sure as well as the outdoor areas. Look elsewhere

My Uncle loved here for about 2 years before we moved him. Very small facility, limited staffing levels and only one room for eating, recreation and anything else they do. Outside area is disgusting , backs up to the railroad so very noisy and dirty. Look elsewhere ,you won't regret it. Owners hire cheap labor and you get what you pay for in this case.

Sadly my Dad was a resident here for almost a year. He passed away due to getting sepsis from a wound that was never cleaned or looked after by the incompetent staff. Do not place your loved one here.

My uncle was here and passed a away last month due to catching the coronavirus. The family was never notified that he was even sick and he was never even sent to the hospital to see if there was a chance to save him. Just another case of a facility covering up the deaths from the virus. I have reported this to NYS DOH but they are overwhelmed with the amount of complaints they are getting.

I visited here several times with my cousin whose mom was living here. I hated to see my aunt in such a dirty smelly nlfilthy place and was so glad when my aunt was moved to a much nicer place and now i feel compelled to let others know that there are much better places out there clearly understaffed no activities place always smells and definitely needs an updating of the common areas.

This is a very small facility which is why I place my mom here, thinking she would receive more personal care. I was very wrong. Understaffed and the workers are overwhelmed trying to attend to just basic needs of residents. No activities whatsoever despite having an activities director. Most residents just sit around and stare into space all day. Areas smell of feces and urine and looking at the residents they need some one to address their cleaniness. We moved mom back home with us and hired an aide to be with her.

I recently toured this facility twice , before the lockdown in March , before writing this reveiw. Both times I showed up unannounced and asked for a tour first time the administrator wasn't there and a worker showed me the dining room and living room both disgustingly fithly and smelly. Second visit the admin was there but completely unprepared and off the script for the tour. Residents all need much needed looking after ,which clearly isn't happening here. Go back into Glen Cove and pick a facility to there!
