All was good until the DON returned after surgery and said Steve had to leave as he needed a "behavioral " facility. The staff had been very supportive during her absence and stated, "let us take care of Steve and you take care of you". I cannot tell you how comforting that statement was for me. I felt he was being given caring care. When the call came that he had to be moved I was stunned and distressed. When I arrived to pick up his belongings the person helping me said she did not understand why he was moved as he was not a problem. I later learned from, Signature staff, that the driver moving him from commons to Signature also stated he had never experienced a problem. All I know is the disruption was never fully explained, there was no exit interview and the experience was extremely stressful for me.

I'm in independent so I clean my own place. They put me in a 2 bedroom when I wanted a one but moved me when I insisted there were 3 widows looking at wall of building when I moved to a second place I have a porch and windows on 3 sides. The staff is mostly good my brother is in memory care. But they responded and did ok the bad thing is annual rent increase and no maintenance.

They have all levels of care independent, assisted, memory, rehab, short term, and long term care. The memory care rooms are nice and large, they fit any size bed and still have room for a couch or other seating. They don't feel like a down grade from the assisted living rooms. They will work with you to determine the level of care that is needed. You have the option of using their pharmacy, medical, dental, audio, and visual providers or you can manage those providers out of house. The only problem we have is there isn't an easy way to get a hold of care team members (no emails or direct numbers or extensions provided) or a way to really know who is managing what portions of their care.

Some disorganized service from staff with long wait times. Good part is because it's one of the few around the Indianapolis area with both Skilled Nursing and Assisted Living under one roof that allows pets.

What we like the most about the community is that the employees enjoy working there and they call immediately with any concerns.

We loved my mother there a few months ago. She absolutely loves it. She enjoys talking with her neighbors and walking. The garden home is beautiful and totally redone. The only drawback is getting things fixed in a timely manner.

We’ve had a very positive experience with Beech Grove Meadows. From the beginning, it’s been clear that the staff genuinely care about their residents—whether they live in the patio homes or within the main facility. They go out of their way to make each person feel seen and supported. What stands out most is their willingness to accommodate the unique needs of each resident. Their thoughtful approach has helped make my dad’s transition into his new patio home smooth and comfortable. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Beech Grove Meadows to others looking for compassionate, personalized care for a loved one.

My mother is also on Hospice so she has additional care. I know it is one of the best facilities in the area. My biggest problem is that they raised their rates [percentage removed]% in December with less than a months notice. What was already a struggle became outrageous. I know it is for the quality of care, but we are stuck. I didn't have options given the state my mom is in. She is doing well there, but swallowing the $$ has been difficult. I felt screwed. We really have liked it there, it's just the financial burden. We went from $[fee removed] a day to $[fee removed] a day. Monthly is about $[fee removed].

I gave quality of care a 3 because they have moved her a lot in the long-term memory care unit, and they've lost quite a few of her things. Regarding number 6, my grandmother has dementia and doesn't remember any activities she participated in, but there are activities listed on the calendar

They are helpful a bit slow to take care of things but my father's happy then so am I. We picked this community because he was familiar with that place. My mother was there for care for a time before she passed away . I took him to several different facilities to see how they were. He ultimately chose that space as the most comfortable for him.

What I like the most about Aster Place is the shuttle to take me to appoints. Also the residents are social. I would recommend this community to other families based on the experience I have had so far .

They need to work on expanding dining options, especially with fresh salads but I would recommend The Commons on Meridian community to other families who may need a place for their loved ones

Love the staff, they are fantastic. Love the location of the community. The food is only okay and could be better. The cost is high when you consider the mediocrity of the food, and the frequency at which repairs are needed (outdated apt units, appliances and AC/heat systems).

Very good staff and I also really like all of the other residents...calm and peaceful here! I would recommend this facility to all.

Very involved and friendly staff at all levels. They've also been extra supportive of Mom since my Dad just passed. They want residents to be happy and involved. The food is often cold when served and my mom has limited offerings since she's lactose intolerant. Sometimes it's a winner though!

It has trailed off lately so I may change my answer but they were really on top of her meds / care and in turn kept me informed. I'm hoping it's just a no news is good news

My loved one was previously a resident at Coventry Meadows Assisted Living and Garden Homes and the overall experience was very good. The cleanliness and friendliness were great. The staff and care services were good. I would recommend this facility to others.

The facility is pretty quiet. There are plenty of activities but it is a pretty mellow group of caregivers and residents. They could offer a few more choices on food. If you are having something like hotdogs or sausage as your main. It is not great that your only alternative is hamburger. As far as activities go - More crafts. Maybe try to use other areas of the building when possible. The activity room is not warm and inviting.

Some of the staff are personable; a few are not. The DON doesn't respond to my inquiries. Two sisters clean the apartments. They are friendly and respectful and do a nice job. Dining hall servers are helpful and caring. I think the food could be better, but Mom and other residents enjoy it. Servings are small, but seconds can be requested or one may order a lot of side dishes. Move in was simple as mom's apartment has an outside door. Communication is with me, since mom takes no responsibility for herself. I recommend the Assisted living facility to others.
