My dad had excellent care at American Village. He was in memory care. Near the end American Village staff did a better job than hospice. My Dad had a studio and it worked well for him. The staff was wonderful, they helped him maintain his dignity, they shaved him and combed his hair. I would recommend them to any one.

My mom moved in the first of July. We have had a wonderful experience. The staff, [names removed], before hand were so informative and kept in touch with me constantly. [Name removed] did not hesitate to answer my questions at any time, this means in the evening, on the weekend and even when on vacation. [Name removed] was very helpful and recognized me as well as greeted by name when I arrived for tours prior to move in. The staff has been welcoming to my mom and the activities director makes a point to get her involved. She is comfortable here and with her mild alzheimers is getting along fine in the traditional assisted living setting so far. The only improvement I see needed is with the dining staff. I know this position probably has high turnover and is difficult to hire for and is probably the reason why the staff is not considerate of the older residents that may need more help.

I moved my Mom down from Wisconsin this fall.I was very worried about the move.It went so much better than I ever expected and a lot of that is do to the staff and facilties at Coventry Meadows.This one of the better decsions I've ever made.[Name removed].

The annual Corks and Forks is one of the most enjoyable, well planned and innovative events in Senior Living.

In 2015, our mother and mother in law, [name removed] had her second heap replacement surgery. After that she was admitted to Zionsville Meadows nursing home for rehabilitation. By that time she was already 92 and the rehabilitation process was very slow. In fact, the reality was that at some point her vital powers began to decline, and she peacefully past away at March 18 of 2018. We want to express our profound gratitude to the personal of the Zionsville Meadows. Due to their great care, compassion, and outstanding professionalism, Ludmilla's last years had been spent without any physical or mental suffering, surrounded by extremely kind and very professional attention and full of small and peaceful things that had made the last years of her life as much enjoyable as it could be within her age and health constraints. All the time but the last two-three months spend in Zionsville Meadows she was active and cheerful. Our special thanks to Caplan [name removed], to exercise coach [name removed], to nurses [names removed], and to coordintors [names removed]. Their care and considerations made all the differences for [name removed]and for us. We visited [name removed] at Zionsville Meadows on a regular basis. We have always been very welcome by the staff members with many of whom we became friends. Indeed, Zionsville Meadows became our second home. We always felt very welcome, everybody always willingly provided us with all the updates on [name removed] health and her general situation. We want to mention specifically the following. [name removed] was a native Russian and she was already quite elderly when she became an American citizen. She had a poor command of her English which practically vanished by the time she went to Zionsville Meadows. We were truly impressed how the personal who attended her had managed to deal with this problem. Once again, the professionalism of the staff of Zionsville Meadows, their dedication and thoroughness are truly exemplary. Once again, our profound thanks to the staff of Zionsville Meadows.

Aster Place is excellent. One thing that makes us feel really comfortable is that the place is not ostentatious; it’s homey, like walking into my mother’s house. We felt comfortable right from walking into the front door. The people there are helpful and friendly, the residents are social, and there a lot of activities like movies, games, puzzles, live entertainment, and outings. Really, the only issue is with the food. It’s good, but bland. It’s just not anything like a home cooked meal. I love that the community is close to places my mother is familiar with, and that the community itself is clean, open, and full of large windows and natural light. I would absolutely recommend Aster Place to others.

We were apprehensive about putting mom in any facility, even for a short time, because of all the bad things you hear about nursing homes - also called skilled nursing facilities. She was to be admitted for a short stay for therapy and be returned back home. We were pleased with the staff who did everything possible to keep mom comfortable and rebuild her strength. Due to finances we couldn't keep her there longer than about 5 weeks. From the nurses and CNAs to the activities director and kitchen staff, we experienced very few problems. There was often a 10-30 minute wait to get her back in bed after meals and therapy, but we understood because of the staff-resident ratio. It wasn't unusual for CNAs to be taking care of 20 residents in a given shift. Obviously some needed more care than others. We are very thankful for all the assistance they gave us, including transition to home care. It wasn't the most luxurious facility, but I would not exchange the care she received for a far more expensive facility. The staff is what makes the difference.

Mom loves the staff at this community. They are quick to respond to maintenance issues. The grounds are beautiful with a lot of big trees and nice grass. They are located down the street from a bank and stores. They offer transportation to medical appointments. Mom has started to participate in some of the activities and went on an outing. There is a doctor and eye doctor that comes into the community. This community does allow pets and I have already recommended this community.

My parents' stay at Meadow lakes is going great! The facility is well maintained and the staff are very friendly. My parents are receiving the care that they need and are participating in different activities. I would recommend meadow Springs!

The community was nice and very well maintained. The staff was friendly, the leasing agent was my favorite! She was so bubbly and friendly . They have a lot of staff walking around which I really liked. The only reason we did not go with this community was, unfortunately, they did not have any openings when we needed.

Staff are caring and considerate in a quiet, easy going atmosphere.

There have been up and downs with my friend's transition into the community. He is kind of in his own world. The community is a clean and well maintained place. The staff are very knowledgeable about what they are doing, and the activities director is very good as well. He likes the food, and because this is a small community it is easy to get to know the residents and the staff members. It is in a decent neighborhood, and is affordable. Everything has been good and I would recommend this community.

Overall things have gone very well with Rosegate Assisted Living. The facility itself is beautiful, it is clean, well kept, and well decorated. The staff that we have worked with have all been very friendly, and seem to take great care of the people who live here. They do seem a bit understaffed at times, but other than that I have no complaints whatsoever, it has been a good experience.

They do a wonderful job overall at Beech Grove Assisted living! It's a clean, well kept community, and it has a great atmosphere. It's a small, close-knit feeling community, not large and overwhelming at all! The staff are all very friendly, and take great care of their residents. They really look hard at the individual needs of each resident to make sure they are providing the appropriate and best level of care for each person. Seeing how hard they work I really trust them to take great care of my loved ones! The only issue we've had at all has been some difficulty in communication, trouble getting in touch with specific staff members, etc. However they are working hard on that and I appreciate that they ask for feedback and involve families in the process!

Driving by this building you would never imagine that on the inside you would find some of the best qualities of assisted living. Making this decision for my mother was one of the hardest I have ever made but after all the attention to details that the staff of Rosewalk provided for me it became apparent that I had found the right place for my mom. The leasing manager was so kind in providing us with many options and details on pricing and the VA aid and attendance benefit and the Medicaid Waiver program. Mom loves the staff and all the attention. I'm so happy I took the time to stop and find out more about this community.

Beech Grove Meadows has been my home for a month, ever since I moved out of a senior community that offered no services, I do not drive and Beech Grove Meadows, with advanced notice, takes me on their bus to medical appointments. There also are shopping trips and expeditions to movies, plays and concerts. As for myself, I am a widower with a four-star heart problem. My doctor suggested assisted living, but BGM's general manager Becky Chambers pulled together an individualized package that gave me my meals in the dining room, where I eat with two other widowers. She also arranged for Sandra, one of the cleaning women and a sweet legal immigrant from Mexico, to help me clean every Monday, Because of my heat trouble, I am not allowed to drive and Bill the bus driver takes me to medical appointments provided he gets about two weeks notice. The meals, while clearly not preparted by a four-star chef, are better than institutional food. I am pleased to call Beech Grove Meadows home.

I'm in independent so I clean my own place. They put me in a 2 bedroom when I wanted a one but moved me when I insisted there were 3 widows looking at wall of building when I moved to a second place I have a porch and windows on 3 sides. The staff is mostly good my brother is in memory care. But they responded and did ok the bad thing is annual rent increase and no maintenance.

They have all levels of care independent, assisted, memory, rehab, short term, and long term care. The memory care rooms are nice and large, they fit any size bed and still have room for a couch or other seating. They don't feel like a down grade from the assisted living rooms. They will work with you to determine the level of care that is needed. You have the option of using their pharmacy, medical, dental, audio, and visual providers or you can manage those providers out of house. The only problem we have is there isn't an easy way to get a hold of care team members (no emails or direct numbers or extensions provided) or a way to really know who is managing what portions of their care.

Some disorganized service from staff with long wait times. Good part is because it's one of the few around the Indianapolis area with both Skilled Nursing and Assisted Living under one roof that allows pets.

What we like the most about the community is that the employees enjoy working there and they call immediately with any concerns.
