My sister has been living at The Commons on Meridian for almost a year. I have honestly never seen her happier. She has improved in every imaginable way while living in this warm, caring environment. The nursing staff is excellent, always there in a moment of need, always treating her with respect, kindness and the rare dignity every elder deserves.. The Commons prepare special monthly dinners that my husband and I always attend as my sister's guests --- every staff member goes out of their way to make these events entertaining and memorable for all who attend. Families are always invited and warmly received. As her twin, I often drop in whenever I please, and it's always the same genuine welcoming experience: I love meeting the familiar, friendly faces of those who care about her. If my husband should leave this world before me, I hope to move into THE COMMONS ON MERIDIAN myself. BEAT THAT WITH A STICK!

The staff are very helpful and professional. I like the complex. Fits my needs well. A bit more insulation between the walls of connected units would be helpful in preventing noise from traveling to adjacent units especially with high incidence of hearing impairment of the average resident. Highway noise has defiantly increased and can be heard throughout the unit.

I don't like the fact that the employees park right in front of the building. It makes it difficult for visitors and especially if you are carrying stuff in for the resident you are there to see. I would recommend

[name removed] is very nice and knowledgeable. She made the whole process enjoyable. Everyone is helpful, and very pleasant. The facilities are well kept, residents seemed happy, and Rosegate provides lots of activities.

The facility was clean and the staff was very friendly. My father was impressed and said he would consider this facility if the need arises.

They are very kind and sweet with my mom. They genuinely care about her. Yes, would absolutely recommend to others.

Everyone there is very kind and my dad loves everyone there. I would recommend to others. I love the way the care for their people. Also they keep the place clean and always smells great. They keep everything so clean

Heritage Park is a great place for my mom I'm so thankful that she was able to get back into her own apartment and I think it's also amazing that my sister can stay there as well because of her age so I know my mom is never alone and she's very well taken care of

It has been a great experience. My mother in law is all settled in. The management has been super helpful in everything. She loves it and it is a load off of our minds that she has the call button in case of a medical emergency. Thank you for your help in finding Heritage Park.

I was pleased with the care my Sister in law, received from January [dates removed]. The staff were patient with her moods and didn't seem to force her to do what she didn't want to do. The food was good even though she didn't eat much. Doris did not participate in activities but it was nice to see they were offered. The facility is kept clean and all staff, cleaning, kitchen, and office nursing were very friendly. I would definitely recommend Rosegate Commons.

I have a neighbor who calls me everyday to make sure I am doing okay..The grounds are kept very well.. there is activities scheduled every day. I am very happy to have chosen Rosegate and highly recommend Rosegate to anyone.

What we like the most about the community is that the staff are really nice and watch out for mom. We would definitely recommend The Commons at Honey Creek community to other families based on the experience so far.

I'm not sure food is as nutritional as it could be but it is convenient. Staff is impressive. Mom enjoys the crafts and has utilized the hairdresser. Apartment is just right size for her. She has a lovely natural view in back and a wildflower garden in front. The convenience is wonderful and she has met others. She still cooks if she wants. The grounds are well kept.

I personally think so far everything thing is great. The facility is really nice inside and out and the people they were the main cog and still are I see they treat almost all people with respect.

To my surprise everyone I talked to before moving in was just the same friendly and helpful after moving in. I even met more friendlies

My unit was fully renovated. The last resident had been in the unit for a lengthy period before me. I almost cried when I saw the unit. So beautiful. Has a dishwasher. An in unit washer & dryer. There is so much light. The colors are beautiful. New vinyl tiling with colors that go with so much. I can tell a decorator had a lot to do with selecting everything. Oh, I almost forgot the counter tops. I love my own entrance. There is a sweet backyard with separate entrance for my puppies to go in and out of. The neighbors are really sweet and friendly without being intrusive. We have a several nice conversations. They are helpful in letting me know small details about the complex and my unit. The complex is very clean and orderly. Very quiet. Maintenance is really great. Had a problem with the washer only dispensing hot water. I tried working with the faucets for a few minutes on the evening and was unable to figure it out. I saw the maintenance men on the side of the drive as I drove to my unit for lunch the next day. I stopped and told them what was going on. They said it was no problem and said they would follow me to the unit and take a look at it. They weren't bothered by my puppies. They had the whole thing fixed on 5 minutes. They were very polite and professional. Great service. The leasing office worked with me to get all documents in and the paperwork signed. Even having me come on several times and working with my work schedule. Things went very smoothly with the whole process. Even though a couple came on Friday with all their belongings and showed up to sign everything and take possession on Friday instead of the coming Monday. Very nice place and very lovely, caring staff. Very happy thus far. My pups also enjoy all the space to walk and explore!

Staff is friendly, food is mostly good. The facility is well kept. We are in a garden home and don't have nursing care.

The grounds are large, wooded, with a lake and very peaceful. It is in a neighborhood and feels more homey to us than a sterile larger suburban setting. It is also very close to where I and her other relatives live so we can visit very often. The staff is friendly and caring. The facility is older but updated and clean. For our purposes and tastes I do not think we could find anything we liked better.

They are very responsive and check in with family regularly. All the staff (from medical to administrative etc) are very friendly and compassionate. Room sizes are great- spacious, clean, space is comfy feels like a home setting

Very helpful, communicative. Loving and kind our family member and to our family. Our loved one is happy and has friends. They have worked with us on transitioning her and allowing her to be as independent as possible.
