American House

I am very happy living here. Everyone is so friendly. i feel alive again. I am always with friends, doing something I enjoy.

My sister-in-law just loves it there. She said she never wants to leave. The food is great and the people too.

Staff is all friendly and help where they can. Medical staff is an outside service that varies by person. The move in process was pretty simple, they gave lots of info. Meals vary, and tend to be softer food or food in a sauce. I would like to see a 24 hour shop/vending area with snacks. And an option at mealtime for easy foods like fish sticks/chicken tenders or even empanadas or pizza rolls/hot pockets. I would recommend the facility. I do also recommend the potential client walk the building. It's bigger than it looks!

They are very helpful and supportive of not only resident but their families. It has been a great experience. Apartments are generous in size. Amenities are in abundance and activities are held daily.

The location of American House Riverview is close by where my parents lived and also close to the hospital. Be ready to lose your wallet.

The overall facility and staff were outstanding! Everyone was kind and courteous, the facility was clean, the patients seemed to be well cared for . I really would consider the facility if my family needed the kind of help that is offered there.

The place is very good. As with any health care facility staff changes periodically. Overall we have no complaints. If an issue comes up it is addressed immediately.

What our family likes the most about American House Hampton Village community is that the caregivers are very compassionate and they are great with mom. She enjoys the meals there as well. The chefs make delicious meals.

My loved one is currently a resident at American House Wildwood and everything has been great for her there so far. The staff are very helpful. I had a problem with the cable and they took care of it immediately. I would recommend American House Wildwood to others.

My mom seems more happier at American House she is eating better and doing a lot better. The facility is clean and they have enough staff to support the residence. The staff gladly assist the residence with daily needs and they have a lot of patience with all the people that lives at American House.

We have had a good relationship both with the administration and the staff on duty. Friendly. Supportive.Available staff. Reasonable cost.Food is good, most of the time.

Very pretty community, large units. Very bright and airy. Salesman was very helpful, caring, and informative.

I would recommend the friend check it out and make sure it's within their budget. My loved has only been there for about three months so ask me a few months from now. The one area I am somewhat concerned is if the new ownership makes any changes to services. They said the right things when the senior management team was introduced to the residents and care givers back in March. So far, they are living up to their word and have not made any drastic changes.

[Name removed] was very helpful discussing all aspects of the Palms. She took her time discussing details. Took a tour and reviewed a room and dining area on the 5th floor. [Name removed] reviewed the food menu and the many options available. We also viewed the dining area on the first floor. [Name removed] was very reassuring and made us feel at ease. She is very knowledgeable and personable.

What our family likes the most about Mount Prospect is the staff. The staff members are very friendly. Wasn't at the facility long enough to make many friends. Very upbeat environment. Based on the experience we have had so far, we would recommend this community to other families.

[name removed] was an amazing leader and always went above and beyond to serve her clients and their families. The music was great but they need more daily activities. Would be great if my Dad could have found a friend while he was there... The food was pretty bland, it was his biggest complaint
