American House

5 for all. My Uncle doesn't participate in very many of the activities. It's not his cup of tea. He likes his apartment and the staff. He has made friends but enjoys time alone. Overall, American House Grand Blanc has been a good experience.

I do miss a couple of former friends, but I have to live with that and concentrate on the positive. Life is short! I have nothing but praise for this place! I am living closer to my children now, for the first time in 26 years. Best of all I have independence, yet all of the amenities are provided. The staff and the residents are all to my liking.

The community is friendly. They are hands on with being attentive & caring. Like the in house medical staff & the convenience of it. It's a cozy community which is a perfect fit for my mother-in-law. I would recommend to others.

The people are amazing. Not just the staff, but the other residents. They are very family oriented. Families are invited to all activities. They make sure the residents feel like they are a family.

They were fantastic. It is well-suited for the age of the majority of residents. Our apartment was a one bedroom and too small for us. The meals were great, but the Activities seemed geared to assisted living residents.

They do a very good job of taking care of my wife the only complaint I have about the place is getting into it sometimes I got a wait 15 minutes for them to come to the door and also the room doors are always locked I want it open up gotta go get somebody to come and open it for me they're really only true complaints I have

I thought the price, the amenities, the facility, and especially the Kare by The Medical Team was excellent. They were dealing with a very difficult client and did an amazing job.

The main reason we chose American House Hendersonville initially over others was because I saw how the staff interacted with the residents and they were encouraging them to participate in the activities they had going on. It's a great place to have peace of mind knowing your loved ones are being well taken care of.

I would recommend. You must advocate and continually educate the staff on your loved ones preferences. The community has had a lot of changes in the past year. They are trying hard to get it right.

My ex- husband ( father of my children) is living at American House. He is so unbelievably happy. I am beyond grateful that my kids aren’t worried about their father now that he is living at American House. Thank you,

I had an amazing experience touring, I like the food is great and all staff is amazing I’m going to be moving by the end of the month. Great experience I can’t wait to move and their activities fenomenal

I would tell a friend, how loving and caring the staff is and how they go above and beyond to engage the residents in as many events and activities as possible. They also have music groups and dancing, that brings everyone together. I join in whenever I can and it is wonderful. I have gotten to know some of the residents and they are super!

[name removed] was fantastic is getting us familiar and settled. [name removed] and [name removed] are great too. The apartment sizes are perfect for the needs! Amenities offered are wonderful. She is very happy here!

Zero concerns now. What we like the most about American House is the location, how clean it is and how comforting it is. I would recommend this community to other families based on the experience we have had.

I have lived at the American House Park Place for one year and could not be happier. I'm as happy today as the day I moved in. It is in a great location with a wonderful staff. I looked at three other senior independent living facilities before moving and, to this day, feel that I definitely made the right decision moving here.

American House is a pet friendly facility. One and two bedroom apartments offered, continental breakfast available every single morning and a chef prepared noon meal consistently wonderful! All utilities and services included in the monthly rent - Ithis is a wonderful place to live!

We had a great experience at American house. They took a really good care of my mom. The staff was friendly. The facilities were clean. She had her own room and bathroom and it was very affordable. I highly recommend!

[name removed].. was a blessing, she listened to me and went above and beyond to find an affordable home for my mom. She talked to me, listened to my concerns and we found a new home for my mom. It has everything I was hoping for, diverse with lots of activities.
