Beautiful place, love environment and the people who work there.

The staff is very caring. My only suggestion is to have additional staff in the memory care unit especially during meals.

I believe that there are some things that can be improved but all in all I find it is a good place to live.

Food is OK, not special. Housekeeping below average. The effort by the staff is excellent in keeping the residents engaged and active. Personal care is very good. Very responsive to call button.

Good Location. Clean and pleasant surroundings. Residents are wonderful, friendly, and participate in activities which there are many of. There is much entertainment for residents and interesting day trips. Management not dependable or profesisonal. No follow through. Food is almost mediocre

[Name removed] is a great sales marketing. When my husband and I came in here for my sister in law, [name removed] has always been very professional with every question and explained it will. Time after time with no question she has had the patience even with my sister in law. [name removed] is great!!!

Brand new, clean. Everyone seemed happy, smiling. Open seating at meals. Bistro for snacks. Screened in lanai overlooks pond w/water feature. Studio very roomy. Full fridges/large microwaves.

My mother has been at American House for almost 2 years. I can not say enough about the staff. They are very caring and go above and beyond for the residents. My mother has a one bedroom apartment that is spacious. Breakfasts and lunches are very good, but the dinners are hit and miss as far as service and quality of food. Overall, I would highly recommend American House for Independent Care.

The American house Southland is very nice, it is kept clean and environment is friendly. The Med Team is very inadequate. There is no consistency in times and services. Med carts left unattended in the hallways. I'm hoping this is not how they are trained. Just not enough caring of the team. We have hired outside help and my mom is so much happier.

Very spacious rooms at a good rate

When I visit the community the residents always seem so happy, engaged in activities and are socializing with each other out on the front porch area. In speaking with several of them, they express how they love living at Atria Sarasota and how it feels like home to them and that the staff make them feels so loved. If I was looking to place my loved one I would definitely consider bring them to Atria Sarasota.

I enjoyed my visit at Elmcroft. As I arrived and began my tour I observed how alive, vibrant and friendly the community was. It is clear to me that the objective is to have residents socializing and out of their rooms. The activities are varied and food choices are as well. The one thing that could be an issue is the rooms are small. I found [name removed] to be very informative and helpful. As I go on this journey, she certainly gave me some very valuable information.

Reasonable price for a beautiful facility. However, there isn't any respite care in the Memory Care section.

It seems like a very nice facility. The units are comfortable. The dining room is lovely. There are activities. Transportation is provided to local doctors.

Lovely place, lovely staff and employees. All residents we spoke to loved the place and were happy to be there. Apt's we were shown were spotlessly clean and maintained. A very close second to the Beach House, Wiregrass.
