My mother has lived there for 2 years and has always been difficult & demanding! Thank God for the staff there. In catering to my moms every need!

Park Place was the right fit for my dad. We toured 12-15 communities before deciding on an independent community. Park Place has an excellent leadership team. Activities are middle of the road. Staff are friendly & always available to help residents. Food is middle of the road. Internal ala carts services allows residents to age in place by adding on fee for service support. Overall, I would encourage family members to tour Park Place and experience the culture created by the leadership. The economics, cleanliness of the facilities, plus the culture is what helped us make the decision to choose Park Place. Last, location was also evaluated to ensure the community was accessible for family members to visit.

The staff was helpful in every aspect, and as friendly as if they had known you always. The food was good,the room was adequate and everything was kept very clean.The open areas in the building were very clean and quiet. All in all it's a very pleasant place!

We absolutely love American House! Truly caring people who go above and beyond for everyone in the building. If you want your loved one in a place that will treat them like their own family, this is 100 % the place.

We are very happy we found this community. We had just had a terrible experience at another community so we were. Very cautious on the next one we chose. The building is beautiful, the staff are consistent and very friendly and the residents are well cared for. I Recommend this community you will not regret moving here.

What stood out the most is there are Lots of activities/opportunities for socializing with others, and good food.

I have lived at American House BWB for 2 1/2 years and I pretty much love it here! The staff is friendly and the residents are ok as well. I really like all the amenities, food and social hour. [name removed] keeps me laughing and [name removed] takes me everywhere.

I recently started my senior living search by telling my daughter I wanted to get my own apartment and make friends. I've been here for about 6 months now and it's been better than I expected. I've made so many friends and having a great time here.

First I like to say the building is great, management is great. The safety and protection of security of the building. The bus service is great and the entertainment also the music also the outings, mall and market.

I have been here for 5 months now and I am very happy. It is a great location! The food is delicious. The people here are very friendly. Love my apartment.

My Grandmother was a resident in Assisted Living and made alot of great friends and loved every minute at American Home Mt. Pleasant.

My Uncle loves the community! They do alot of great outdoor things! The park and pond across the street, they really enjoy it! Plus the food he really enjoys.

The staff is wonderful. My mom was not an easy person to deal with and they all worked to win her over and help her with goals. They really showered her with love and seeed extremely sad when she passed. The facility is very nice and the rooms are spacious. We did not have to pay extra for some amenities: laundry, cable and wifi. The facility had routine activities, parties and entertainment. Food was our only challenge for my moms delicate GI system. We did have several meetings and eventually found solutions. My dad passed there as well and the administrator and others stayed with my mom until we could arrive and be with her

Facility is not big and easy to get around. They also have a themed Family Night once a month.

The best is they know how to handle challenges effectively. They are also very caring. It's a beautiful space as well. The staff is very responsive and respectful

Dad enjoyed the food very much. The staff was happy to get to know him and care for his needs as his needs changed. The community was always kept clean. The atmosphere is very pleasant and inviting to visitors.

We were very happy there. It was a wonderful caring place. All of the staff are kind and thoughtful and go above and beyond for the residents. My mom passed away in may and even though she only lived there a short time they treated us as family- sending cards, and helping me donate her things.

1-7 definitely all fives! Value for cost it's a struggle for her to keep up with that cost, but I believe that they are very comfortable if not less than most of the other assisted-living in my area, Comfortable =comprable. Our family member has faced many challenges in the last 2 to 3 months. The staff they have been incredibly supportive and helpful. They are there attending to what she needs. I have never overheard them complaining cause she's being needy at times. That's really important. She loves all of the staff, she can't get over how much they take the time to sit and talk to her for a few minutes each time they come in and they come in to check out two or three times a day to make sure she's OK. I can't say enough good things about them!
