So far so good! The most important Mom is comfortable with all the girls that come in, they are very friendly so she cooperates and they get along great. I also really like that it gives her a chance to talk and socialize. I do wish they would give home health aides specific training regarding Alzheimer's and dementia, classes to learn about the disease in general. Having worked with Alzheimer's patients and knowing why they are behaving the way they are behaving are two different things, and would be useful knowledge to have. I've taken a class myself and found it very eye opening.

Home care workers were competent and capable, delivering the care expected while accepting and respecting feedback of mom's needs.

It would have been a lot better if I would have spoken directly to the person that was taking care of my mother because I think some things were lost in translation. The caregiver was very friendly - she was better than a 5! She would help make my mother breakfast and lunch and just help her brush her teeth and things like that. I will probably be using them again but I will make sure to talk to them a little more prior to starting care.

I am the exectuive assitant for the patients husband, I hear his feedback and I talk to the caregiver on the phone so i have limited knowledge. I have heard good feedback, the only challenge would be the caregivers english, that's a challenge, but that's also something they can get past because they've worked with the same person before. When I called her very last minute to see if she could come in earlier on a Saturday, she immedeatly answered her phone, she said yes and she followed through. That was really gracious of her to come so last minute. I've talked to the options lady, Kaileen and dealt with her all along and then primarily Connie and she is great, super professional, responsive and friendly.

We chose them because of the location, the price and the customer service. Whenever we've had any issues they were dealt with right away. If you want somebody to care for you family member like you would, they're the company you want. We have one primary caregiver and they were an immediate match for us. If theres a scheduling issue they'll send somebody over to cover and they're pretty good also.

They really do a good job. They are very friendly and helpful. They really make it feel like company rather then like we are paying for the service. We are very happy with them and would recommend them to anyone looking for these services.

My father seems to be very happy with Synergy and with the caregivers that he's working with, and if he's happy, then we're happy. I could tell that he liked the fact that they were coming because one day, when we were talking on the phone, a caregiver came in and he perked right up instead of sounding run down and depressed like he usually does.

Ruth was very knowledgeable and gave us advice but recommended we get help before using her service.

We have signed paperwork with Director to get Senior Helpers to start coming in for our folks.

Good but a bit corporate, less medical

I liked them very much.

We were very impressed with the owner and her company. We have had so many things going on that we have not finalized anything yet. In fact, we are going to be calling her to get started here as soon as possible.

I like that they hava a guarantee. sz

Met with the owner and will use them when needed, example, if I cant be home at night due to hospital stay, etc. Someone will come and stay the night with my husband. Also, in the spring, have companion help with gardening with my husband.

love it and they can even help us in shawano if we need to get my dad help now.

Have talked to the Dirctor at Home Instead; have budget issues, working on them; still seems best option but need to resolve how to pay for services with parents income less than $25,000.

We Visited Home Instead. We thought they could meet mom's needs for occassional in-home services. We will probably pursue Home Instead services when she returns home.

The one thing that I really wanted was the same person so that my loved one could have became familiar with the caregiver and gain a companion. I would be more open to using it again once I know that my mom is more open to it.

In the beginning it was a little bit of a rough start just because we did not know what we wanted, but once it was all figured out it was a good experience. Everyone we encountered staff and care givers both were all very friendly.
