All the caregivers have been great. Especially our regulars [name removed] and [name removed]. When our regular caregiver is not available they work hard to send a qualified substitute.

[names removed] were great to work with. Explained the process very. They quickly responded whenever I had a question or needed help with changing the schedule. Mom's caregiver - [name removed] - was very caring, thoughtful, trustworthy, and took good care of my mom. I would recommend them to others.

My experience with Sican Home health has been very good. They have been easy to communicate with and have addressed any concerns in a timely manner. All my inquiries were satisfactorily responded to. Just nice folks to work with.

Assisting Hands was so helpful in getting my Dad care immediately. I was so at a loss since I never had to use care before. They walked me thru the process and they were very professional and friendly. I am so thankful to them for making the process easy for me.

I unfortunately have had to suspend our activities with them as my husband has been placed in long-term care. But in the beginning, they were very helpful in setting up and understanding my needs for occasional help.

I greatly appreciate the exceptional caregiving support that was provided to his care recipient. The caregiver arrived on time; he followed procedures in obtaining a diabetic blood draw; he thoroughly swept and mopped the floors; he prepared a tasty breakfast for the care recipient; his sparkling and helpful personality immediately created a connection, essential for any successful working relationship.

The dedication and compassion demonstrated by your entire team have been outstanding. Your caregivers consistently show remarkable warmth and respect for [name removed], and their regular updates provide us with immense peace of mind. The administrative staff has also been wonderfully communicative and supportive throughout. We are particularly grateful for your team's profound understanding of [name removed]specific dementia needs, allowing for a truly tailored and effective approach to his care. Knowing he is in such capable and empathetic hands brings us tremendous comfort.

[name removed] is a Godsend. She keeps my place emaculate. She runs errands encourages me to exercise to help my mobility. We talk about everything and pray together. And God sent my case manager Angel to me. I just love her.

[name removed] and everyone in the office were always kind and helpful when I called and I felt comfortable calling about any issue I had. The young women who came to care for [name removed] were always comforting and respectful to us and our home. Having them there allowed me the much needed rest I'd missed. The conversations we had were good distractions from worrying about her recovery. I also learned so much watching each carer that helped me when I had to take care of [name removed] myself. And , of course, being human I had a couple of favorites I enjoyed talking with and I felt went beyond the call of duty. [name removed] and [name removed] taught me a lot and were always so kind to us. Some would say this service is expensive but I say it is needed and God provides our needs. Peace of mind is priceless. We have no regrets, [name removed] is up and using a walker now. Hoping to use a cane soon. We are so thankful to all of you. From the first meeting with Senior Helpers I knew they were the right people to help care for my parents. In the initial interview I met knowledgeable and experienced staff who knew how to train caregivers and prepare them to provide top notch care. They have been a blessing to my family.

The management and in care professionals are outstanding in every way. I felt cared for from day 1 and my primary worker is very consistent with her excellence visit by visit. I set the agenda and she helps me accomplish my goals. All are friendly and help all they possibly can. They have been flexible when needed. I highly recommend Homewell.

We have been using Home instead for over 6 years now. First with our Dad, before he passed, and now with Mom. They have been wonderful to work with. They have continued to provide great care, help us through hard decisions, if changes needed to be made, and have provided good communication and support. I highly recommend

The managers were wonderful. [name removed] was my case manager and she was always very responsive and supportive. The caregivers that came were all great. My only issue is I wasn’t ready for a caregiver yet. I’m still quite active. I know I will need caregivers at some point and hope that Home Helpers would allow me to come back

Interim has provided exceptional services from the initial review, providing various types of materials, identifying services that are available and costs associated with those services. Staff information was key in me making a final determination on obtaining their services. Thus far, I have thoroughly enjoyed their services and wholeheartedly recommend interim services to others.

Home instead was there for us when we needed the help, I just wish my sister in law was a little more receptive to it all. We do appreciate all the help that we were given especially on such small notice.

[name removed] Is a very caring and resourceful owner and manager. He provided different caretakers for us to consider. We selected one person but my elderly friend decided she did not want anyone in her home at this time. I would highly recommend this agency for other families.

We are very pleased with the support of Sr. Helpers. They maintain good contact with us and their people are well trained.

My family and I are extremely pleased with the care that has been taken to partner the best individuals for services at home to support mom. The process was comfortable, thorough, compassionate, and very detailed in order to match the right caregiver to Mom, her home, and our family. We believe we are in excellent hands for the road ahead.

Everyone is so friendly and helpful. The staff is wonderful and all of the caregivers are very good to dad. They also helpful around the house, even though there’s not much for them to do. Special shout out to [name removed], [name removed], and [name removed]. All of the caregivers have been great. Dad just likes them the best. Lol.

Always helpful on time they helped by cleaning and keeping things very organized I would recommend to everyone
