She was knowledgeable and caring while analyzing our situation. She told me more than the Doctors had to that point. He did have to go back into the hospital after our visit. If he is able to come home, I will be using Home Instead in Cedar Hill, Texas.

I had a great caregiver from Seniors Helping Seniors. She was friendly, efficient and caring. The only reason I did not continue is that I am now able to shower independently and just did not have enough to keep her busy. I would certainly not hesitate to call them again, if it became necessary.

We have been very happy with the people they've sent us! They have been punctual in both arriving and departing. They have great attitudes and seem to be self motivated. We are very pleased with both the company and the helpers and would definitely recommend them!

The entire experience was 5 star. All of the caregivers were gentle, caring, loving and are trained very well. [name removed] was our main person. [name removed] was so loving and helpful. We are so grateful that we found this agency. I highly recommend!

I was so sick w/ the "new" flu! I was hungry but had not been to market or even looked I. My fridge for weeks! My person not only cleaned out the freezer but went to the market for some good food! They were wonderful and called to check on my recovery!

Every caregiver we’ve had has been great. They are caring and professional and go out of their way to be helpful for not only my mother, but also our household. I especially appreciate how respectful they speak to her. She has very little autonomy, so they ask her if she’s ready to shower and give her options on what she wears. They give her options on what she can have for breakfast or lunch. They suggest things that they can do together, such as going outside. And they never baby-talk to her.

Absolutely wonderful people! [name removed] and [name removed] were our preferred care givers. They were fantastic. Communication was excellent. We really appreciated everything they provided. It really helped as we negotiated hospice care and what and wasn’t provided by them. We were able to get some much needed sleep at night which helped us care for our loved one during the day.

The visit was quite helpful. My brother is presently visiting me in FL. His son made arrangements through the VA for some home care visits 3x',s a week 4hrs daily in NJ so far this seems to be working out for time being, he's at home, nephew gets some relief and brother is happy. Thank you all for the information if additional care for private pay needed we will definitely contact your services. Thanks again for the well cared for visit. The representative was caring and knowledgeable.

I am so thankful to the excellent caregivers at Home Instead! When my 84-year-old mother (who lives alone) broke her hip and was discharged from rehab, she still needed lots of help. We had very little notice that she would be sent home, and I was so worried about how she was going to manage. Home Instead stepped up instantly - within minutes they'd assigned caregivers to assist my mother every day of the week. They have an excellent website where you can see the whole caregiver schedule in advance, which offers real piece of mind for all family members managing care for older relatives. My mother was so happy with the care she received. Each person who came to the house was competent, caring, and considerate. I am so thankful to the services that Home Instead provides and I cannot recommend them enough!

Professionalism and compassion of intake person. Answered all questions family had regarding services. Have met staffing needs. Would definitely recommend .They were very patient with questions and initial uncertainty of my parents ( 92 yrs old) to utilize their services or admit / accept the need for home care.

We have been very pleased with Home Instead. My 90 year old Mother is independent but has mobility issues and needs help with housework, shopping and companionship. The care providers have been attentive and wonderful to her. It’s nice that we have met 3 or 4 different care providers and they can rotate through the shifts. The office has been 100% responsive to all of our questions. They are very well organized and kind.

When choosing any facility, it's key that you get a personality match, as much as possible, with the facility, caregiver and your loved one. We've been fortunate, our caregiver has been with us nearly a year now.

My mother was diagnosed with terminal cancer with bone metastasis and wished to pass at home with hospice. I started with a bigger named company. They did not seem to grasp the concept of comfort measure including frequent pain medication. I live out of state and was scrambling to find the care my mom needed. Kimbell home care was highly recommended and she was able to get her capable staff in place in 24 hours. They helped ease my mom's passing, keeping her comfortable as I had requested. I would highly recommend them and my only regret was that I did not start the process with them.

This is he third time I had to deal with the caregiver process for my parents and it is never easy. I dont know any other company who has actual owners involved in caring for their clients. If you are looking for a small company who actually cares, Acasa is worth the try.

Our experience started out a little shakey but sraightened out once we got [name removed] as our caregiver. [name removed] is working wtth my wife with exercises and work outs. My wife has Dementia and [name removed] is great with her.

My uncle who lives in Florida started to experience cognitive decline and I live NY. Concierge sent people who helped care for him until I could have him placed in Assisted living. Chad is the best. I appreciate all the support and they kept him safe until he was finally admitted. I highly recommend Concierge they keep you informed and help with everything.

Easy to connect with someone who knew exactly what my stepmom needed. The caregiver laid out exactly how she could help her and went far beyond what we originally wanted. She came regularly and helped cook, clean and shop.

I been searching for home health company for my dad for the past 3 months and [name removed] was very patience and understanding , if there was a question she did not know she made sure got answer., she paired my dad with a PCA that really fit and is very knowledgeable.

This agency responded to my call right away and connected me with the perfect place and person for my dad. My dad loves the gentleman who is servicing him and I am very grateful to the agency for their professionalism and immediate response.
