Home Matters have been providing us Caretakers at home for our 87-year old mother for more than a year now. All their providers are professional, patient-centric and heartwarmingly kind. We are so happy with their service and would like to recommend to others. Whenever there is a care provider who calls out, they are extremely quick to communicate and find a replacement. They also provide an AI device to listen for emergencies and problems (like falls) just in case of an urgent matter. Overall, their service is exceptional on all dimensions. Thank you, Home Matters!

Neelex Home Care has the most friendly workers that care about the person they take of. They keep me informed about any changes they see in my wife. You get to know the person that take cares of your loved one. They are not 9-5 people. They go the extra mile to help my wife. If you need someone I emergency they are ready to send someone to you. They are a small company that gives you that family feeling. You don't get that impersonal feeling you get in the bigger franchised companies where you're just a number.

There was really nothing for them to do except make sure dad didn't fall and his fractured hip. The staff was Very good sometimes we needed a caregiver not to come back, as dad couldn't understand her with her accent.

Dad was entering memory care from a rehab facility, and he was struggling with the sudden onset of dementia. As a family, we had to scramble and find a facility, which we did. On top of that, we needed a caregiver to be with Dad for the overnight hours, because the memory care facility did not provide this service. I contacted A Place For Mom, and they put out a request for agencies to help. [name removed] from Senior Helping Seniors was not only the first to call, but had a nurse assess Dad the next day, and a caregiver in place the following day. She was a lifesaver. She has been professional, responsive to every request, and empathetic to our situation. The caregivers themselves have been kind and caring to Dad. We couldn't be more pleased.

1) They told us they could do therapy but they have no dedicated therapy area and no steps. 2) They also do not offer transportation so we had to get an ambulance every time my dad needed to go to the doctor. 3) the doctor only sees the residents every 2 weeks which is not good if you suddenly have a medical issue. My dad had a leg infection that was never resolved until I brought him to an external doctor and then he was diagnosed with merca 4) sometimes his room was clean and sometimes it wad not. 5) sometimes there was a delay getting his laundry fone 6) If a resident has mobility issues they should recommend a room closer to the dining area 7) If someone wants to eat in their room they charge 12.50 per meal to deliver it.

[name removed] was a strong, wonderful advocate for Dad from the start to the end. They were very flexible with changes in time as well as services needed.

My parents have been receiving care from this company for a year now and I have never been so relieved they are getting the best care. I can now give a fair testimony. The owners actually do their check in's and get to know their clients personally. I appreciate the caregivers and the owners who are always so engaging. That is important to me. They were very helpful with getting me help on grants to help with the home health aid cost. And In giving me info on how to handle the various stages of dementia.

She responded immediately with a referral to a partner agency and a specific person to connect with. The client followed up and has had a great experience with this agency so far. As a professional, I am very appreciative of [name removed] responsiveness and great referral to share with my client. Finding a home care agency for my grandmother was a challenging task. With frequent work travel, I needed someone local to Houston—specifically in Tanglewood. Fortunately, I came across Homewatch, and they quickly met all my needs. Their office staff is highly responsive, and their caregivers are truly exceptional. I’ve already recommended them to my neighbor.

We have had the same caregiver since we signed up with them. They have been easy to communicate with and so friendly. We have been very impressed with cornerstone. They have allowed us to adjust up or down hours needed. We started with two-three days a week and are now up to five days. The caregiver has my cell, as she takes care of my mother and provides me helpful updates

From the initial consultation to the ongoing care, every interaction has been marked by compassion and expertise. The caregivers have been attentive and responsive, ensuring that all our needs are met with the utmost care and respect. It’s comforting to know that we are in such capable hands. I absolutely Loved working with[name removed]. He was extremely accessible the entire time and came to our house more than once to not only assess what we needed from our caregiver in the beginning, but also later on in the process. In addition to meeting my husband's needs, there was also a great deal of emphasis on making sure my own needs as a caregiver were also being met. The billing process was straightforward and easy to follow. Unlike some of the agencies I spoke with, there was no up-front deposit required. Their policies were also clear and adequately explained. They were a little more expensive than some of the other agencies, but to me, they were well worth it. I also appreciated [name removed] background as a physical therapist and the ability of the caregivers to assist [name removed] with his exercises. With some of the other agencies I spoke with, it sounded more like the caregivers were just there to take up space and provide [name removed] with companionship. In our case, that was not what I wanted. Although [name removed] did eventually decide to end dialysis and pass away, prior to that decision, it was important to me that he kept moving forward and regain as much strength and mobility as possible. I would have no hesitation at all in recommending them.

Their billing cycle was a challenge as they were always billing ahead, but we worked it out. The staff are easy to work with. Caregiver was always on time. Office personnel easy to contact and yes we would recommend their services to other families.
