The review is by the son-in-law. We are very pleased with Comfort Keepers from the time of my phone call to the administrator who listened to our needs and arranged the initial consultation, to the assessor who came to the home to meet us and my mother-in-law and access our needs, to the Caregiver who was selected to care for my mother-in-law. She is a perfect fit and not only does she fulfill all of our requests for our mother’s care, but does far more. She is a wonderful motivator which my mother-in-law requires due to her dementia. She is also very loving and caring and a real friend to her. We are very comfortable with her and completely trusting of our loved one in her care.

I have had a very pleasant experience with this agency and if anyone is looking for assistance with a loved one, I highly recommend! Very responsive and sent me extra help in a short notice for a situation where I needed the help.

[name removed] was really nice and explained all the process to finding a Caregiver for us. He was attentive and listened to our concerns and was able to find us Caregivers we felt really comfortable. The Caregivers were compassionate, attentive, caring and very helpful for all our needs. Although we only had them for a short period of time due to my husband having a surgery we had great experience with them.

I contacted Brightwood health about in-home care for my mother. Brightwood health met with me and my family to discuss a plan with us. From day one they were very supportive, honest about billing and helped us maneuver a plan of getting my mother taken care of. Brightwood health began sending in care workers as we needed, the care staff were very knowledgeable very attentive to my mother‘s needs and very caring. Each staff that we have met with have done an excellent job and we are confident that my mother has wonderful people in her home with her. I have heard nightmare stories about agencies, putting people into homes that were below standards, Brightwood health is not at all one of those agencies I would recommend them to anyone needing care for a family member.

Everyone is kind, considerate and has the client’s needs foremost in their care. They go out of their way to make a difference for the client. It is my first experience selecting a home care agency for myself. I have been very happy with Purple Heart!

They are very helpful and give the family support to get through tuff situation at home. The biggest problem is getting your cared one's to agree to having extra help at home and allowing them to come inside their home... That's what I have been noticing the most... I highly recommend using their help with elders that can't live at home alone.

They periodically, proactively check in to see how everythingis going. Texts and calls are always handled immediately. Schedule and care updates are provided as soon as they are notified by caregivers,

Preferred Care was very caring and very professional taking care of my mom. We needed extra help while she was at rehab and they sent aides to watch her. I would highly recommend them to care for a loved one.

I used Home Helpers during a very difficult time recovering from surgery. The caregivers provided were skilled and helpful, but more importantly, I felt like they really cared about me and wanted me to get better. They helped with exercises, meals, shopping and housekeeping. I would highly recommend them!

I had contracted Senior Helpers to aid me in taking care of my wife at home after back surgery. They came in from 9-1 each morning to bathe her, get her dressed, and get her breakfast. They also did household chores like dishes, laundry and some cleaning.[Name Removed] was especially helpful and even followed us to a doctor appointment to help with transfer to her wheelchair. Unfortunately my wife passed away and she came by to give me a big hug.

We have been using preferred care for about 2 years. [Name Removed] has gone out of his way to find people who work well and get along great with my day. The day person, [Name Removed] is great. She speaks both English and Spanish which is needed in Miami. She comes in and get her ready for the day, helps with getting transport to doctors and other places. She also does light house work which we really appreciate. All the people are friendly and like their work.

My husband has gotten wonderful care from his caregiver. And home instead. They are always there when needed and provide necessary.Items or information concerning things that are available to us and help us connect with other places that can provide needed items . The young man that comes in and stays with my husband provides him with Support and company. By having this help, it allows me to get things done like going to the grocery or even staying at home. Paying bills. So that I don't have to be with my husband or worry about him.Being alone. I really appreciate everything.This company and his caregiver has done for him.
