Great to work with. The care persons very professional. The ladies we work with from the Philippines work hard and take on many tasks and complete with no supervision. Always on time. Always neat and always with smile.

They are very flexible with scheduling. They want to make sure the personalities fit. If there are issues, they respond right away and correct it. Home care is very personal, individual care. Highly recommend them!!! They try very hard to find routine care givers on a regular schedule. They are always available by phone too. Some care givers are quiet and shy which sometimes is even better for the “patient”. Over night care givers may rest, but they are alert for anything. I can work and sleep knowing someone is with mom!

My parents are snowbirds from Iowa. I set up care services for my mother on an as needed basis for respite for my dad . They were great to come and assess our needs. We ended up not needing their services this time as my parents decided to come home early this year. However I am confident that we will use them next winter if my parents return to Arizona

5 for weekend support. I had to send the young lady who came on Monday home in the afternoon due to my cousin taking a turn for the worse and they do not administer meds and we had to have someone who could do that. Based on the short duration I had a good experience and if I didn't need the hospice level support I believe it was a good level of service.

The best around! These people are so good, professional, helpful and courteous. They will bend over backwards to please. Much more affordable than all the rest. Very prompt and understanding to all our needs. It was truly a pleasure.

My older brother is in Tennessee, and his siblings are in New York and Maine. After he fell and injured his ankle, he needed help because he also suffered from mild dementia. A Place for Mom referred Home Helpers of Hendersonville (HHH), among other sources of help. After one phone conversation with the principal of HHH, I engaged the company. They drove my brother to medical appointments, visiting him in what ended up being two ERs, two hospitals, one warming center, one skilled nursing facility, and one rehab facility, bought him clothes, snacks, and crossword puzzle books, and put up signs in his various rooms to remind him where he was and to stay off the injured ankle. We were able to place my brother in memory care in Goodlettsville, and HHH helped move furnishings from his house to his new quarters. It was like having another brother. I cannot the HHH team highly enough.

Glad we connected with this group who did good assessment and link with services. Found helpful aide who really connected with my Mom who is really benefiting from level of care she needs. A relief for our family to have this in place.

Concierge Care was marvelous. [Name removed] was very helpful and volunteered information on my first call. Then [Name removed] came out, twice (Mom passed before I hired them) but [Name removed] was there and even talked with Hospice when I was too upset to talk. They were extremely helpful and supportive. I highly recommend.

I was having a hard time finding agency that would be able to cover if the caregiver called off and so far I’m happy with that. Their caregivers are affectionate passion and really care about your needs.. I would say I’m probably going to any other company. I’m happy where I’m at.

We had a wonderful experience with Senior Helper Services. From the very beginning, the team was professional, compassionate, and truly dedicated to providing high-quality care. The caregivers were reliable, attentive, and treated our family member with kindness, respect, and dignity.

All the caregivers were well qualified to provide the services offered by Hummingbird. The ability to provide those services "on a moments notice" was an outstanding feature of the company and being able to adapt to our changing circumstances quickly was top notch.

Unlike other (maybe cheaper) caregiver agencies, Cornerstone has provided us with qualified, mature and professional caregivers. Even when there's a cancellation or lack of personality fit, they make the extra effort to make sure someone fills in. Admin is very attentive and responsive. Worth every penny.

Home Instead offered a safe and professional means of providing in home care for my 96 year old mother. Mom is blessed with excellent physical health but suffers from dementia. Though she resided with me, I was grateful to take advantage of the relief services Home Instead offered. The aids were all respectful and understanding of Mom’s condition. They projected an air of confidence and competence, and managed to always bring a smile to her face. I strongly recommend them.

We have been pleased with our services provided by Synergy HomeCare of Concord. They have provided one-on-one attention and flexible scheduling which has been very important for my mom. They worked hard to find the right match for her.

ACASA been a blessing for my family. Every time I needed someone to check on mom for more than one close calls they were always there to check on her with no questions asked. Caregivers have been so consistent and helpful with her day-to-day activities. I can’t recommend this company enough. The owners are lovely and seem to love what they do.

Caregivers have shown up and been helpful for everything I need help with. I'll be using them as long as I can. Some companies have used AI to make robot calls which I do not like. Everybody here has thankfully been a human.

Caring companions has done everything they said they would do plus more. Anytime we have an issue or emergency request they get back to me very quickly with a solution. All the caretakers have been kind and helpful. We had one person that didn’t really match up with our parents, not because they couldn’t do the job, just not a good fit. Caring Companions handled it with dignity and found someone who was a better fit.They have made our lives easier and we trust them in all they do for us
