We needed a caregiver as quickly as possible and they provided a capable, caring and dependable young woman. Everyone I dealt with was responsive and very accommodating. I liked being able to communicate through the website. The invoices were also on the website and were easy to understand and correct; payment was very easy. When my relative went into the hospital for an extended period of time, pausing the service just took a phone call. I highly recommended this company.

I met several home health workers that came to help in my home through “Home Instead,” every one of them was kind, friendly and competent to help me. They were all eager to aeeist and did everything I asked without any issues. I highly recommend them for anyone looking for reliable, capable and well trained medical aides to assist you in your home for meals, hygiene, errands, cleaning and friendly companionship!

Met all my needs in an excellent fashion. Care giver was on time and kept communicating as needed. Recommend in the future.

Carer was outstanding. Very professional but very compassionate. Hourly rates are competitive but a little higher that others but will accept fewer hours as their requirement. All in all a very favorable experience.

As you know, when people get older, they're very stubborn, an hard to deal with the caregiver that we have is reasonable understanding and always goes the extra yard. No matter how hard the patient is for them to care for. I would recommend this caregiver to anyone looking for an excellent professional caregiver

HomeWell Care Services did a wonderful job caring for my 79 year old mother. My mom had just left the hospital as an in-patient and HomeWell met her at her apartment the day she was released. HomeWell responded to all my questions and requests very promptly. I would give them 4.5 only because of the several weeks of out-of-pocket service, I had one or two days of no-shows. That area was hit hard with several days to weeks of blackouts. So, I give HomeWell some grace.

To discuss my needs, the owner herself came to my home, and met my loved one. I had such a varied and immediate need and she worked with me to proved the coverage I needed. I used 2 of her workers, both pleasant and competent. One nurse saw my loved one later at a skilled nursing center and stopped in multiple days just to say hello ands see if anything was needed. She actually gave me advice to request from the center, things that would improve both comfort and care. Certainly above and beyond. I even received follow up texts later just checking in. Always professional and caring, exactly what was needed.

From the beginning, [name removed] and his staff have made the whole process of bringing my aunt home to live with us. This is an extremely responsive, conscientious company. As the owner, [name removed] is very involved and interested in his clients and their care. We are pleased that we decided to trust Amada to assist with the care of my beloved Aunt.

Maggie is very compassionate and patient. She messages a lot to keep me up to date with what she is doing. She changes the schedule as needed and works well with my son.

Excellent organization staffed by caring professionals. The owners were knowledgeable, responsive and compassionate. The Caregiver was wonderful- compassionate and skilled.

It took a while to get in a routine. At first I never had the same caregiver twice. Once they started scheduling two people twice a week it was more consistent. When I called to reschedule because of other appointments, they were very accommodating. Some days it's hard to keep the caregiver busy, but they have all worked hard to please me.

The management at Synergy Home Care are very helpful with identifying client needs and someone is available 24 hrs a day. I have sent messages to them late at night expecting a reply in the morning, but someone always responds. The caregivers have all been excellent, caring and efficient. Our loved one is very pleased with the care & assistance she gets from them.

I give my Caregivers 100 plus! I've not had any problems with any of them! They always do what they can, tasks companionship, and are compassionate. My Caregivers [names removed] field trainer [name removed] and Case Manager [name removed] really care and are all Sweethearts!

I really like [name removed] as my caregiver. She is very nice and respectful and glad that she was chosen and that she was sent to me. She is very good in cleaning and very professional. She goes over and beyond for her patients.

Well done Acti-Kare Home Care. The office kept in touch with me a lot and made sure things were going alright. We needed help for my husband pretty fast and they sent good caregivers.
