They listen, provide appropriate help, and suggest solutions. I would recommend them to others.

My wife and I enjoyed the services of a Castle Comfort care giver in Bonita Springs, FL last winter during my recovery from a broken tibia and tibial plateau. All of your metrics measured at or very close to "5". Our care giver was especially good - and may not be representative of the average CC worker (we had temporary replacements on occasion). We would recommend Castle Comfort to be considered a candidate to provide home care. Their workers are mostly Haitian immigrants, so families should determine that accents are understandable - in both directions. Our worker was great!

The service is impeccable so reliable. Yes I would recommend to anyone. Other families should know, just how well you care for people in need

Very good! They work hard. Fast and attentive. They provided services such as; Heath care for my wife. Cooking and dressing her.

They provided services such as; cleaning, looking after the birds. Driving. Very helpful. I would recommend to others.

I give Heart Matters five stars in all categories. They were extremely punctual and easy to reach. Most importantly, it was clearly evident they care deeply about their clients and I cannot recommend them highly enough. I would undoubtedly hire them again to care for my parents.

Their CNAs are always on time, always helpful and pleasant with my mother, and they let me know when a change is required. Administration is attentive to my concerns.

They have sent well qualified and certified people every time to care for my husband. My husband would have had NO problem letting me know if he did not want them back and he has never done this with Brightstar Care. I love their service

All categories would be a 5. We did have a lot of caregivers in a short period of time which made it a little difficult for my mother and Aunt. However, we ended up being blessed with excellent caregivers. [name removed] was amazing. Their fees were very reasonable. We ending up getting help from a family friend.

We were extremely pleased with the service we received. Everyone I dealt with was extremely pleasant and professional. My mom had an immediate bonding with [name removed] and they enjoyed each other's company. Unfortunately, my mom had to go under hospice care , so we could not continue with your agency. But while we used your agency we were extremely satisfied with the service and cost.

What we like the most about TLC companions is just how helpful they were -- I wasn't there but she got excellent reviews. Yes, we would recommend their services to other families based on the experience so far.

I will give a 5 to all categories. Thanks for your Help. There persists to Stick with me until the issue was resolved. Truly a Blessing.

[name removed] has a great bedside monor. I felt like he really cared and wanted to help us in finding the right solution for our Aunt. Never had an issue or any scheduling conflicts. We had the intake meeting with him and his staff. They started a few days later. I was always able to get ahold of [name removed] personally or his staff on a timely basis. We did have a discrepancy that needed to be resolved and [name removed] stayed on top of it and got it figured out. My Aunt had a few home Helpers before finding a good fit. [name removed] heard our concerns and found another person who ended up being a great match! While this type of Care is expensive, to be able to not worry about how your loved one is being cared for, is worth the cost.

The most remarkable part of working with them was how genuine and caring they were. They were very loving and truly kind. They loved our Mother and she loved them. They prayed, laughed, and crafted with her. They always brought a smile to her and would greet her with a hug. I was amazed at how generous they were with the "off times". They came to her birthday party and funeral on their own time, would check on her in their off time and brought her little gifts. Toward the end we knew she would pass at anytime so each person on duty came early and stayed late. The last minutes of Mother's life was spent with my niece, myself and [name removed] "girls" in the room. [name removed] came in early the morning Mother passed and held her hand as she passed to heaven. [name removed] called the others after Mom's passing and they instantly came to share in our loss and share our grief. A family would be very fortunate to have [name removed] and her employees care for their loved ones.
