For the past couple of months since I've worked for Synergy, Synergy has been a good place to work with people who care about their employees and make the employees feel important. They are sincere to their clients & make sure everyone is comfortable in what care they are giving and receiving. I would recommend people to Synergy because compassion and honest thrive with this company of hope and love. Keep up the good work, Synergy and Good job done. ?? ????

I am not using this service any longer but there were no problems when we did. They were fine.

Everything has been fine with them.

It was a very confusing time, but they did okay.

Companion is punctual, personable, experienced and conscientious. However, the company does not participate with Medicare or Medicaid.

So far everything is going well we have only had the service for about a week now, but so far everything is going great. The staff that has come in is very friendly and very helpful with my mother. I would recommend this agency I would say to anyone looking into care options just speak up and make sure the agency understands your needs and exactly what you want.

They did a fine job and showed up on time. They were just a little more expensive than what I was able to budget for.

Right at Home has provided excellent care for our father. It has enabled us to keep our father living at home with 24 hour care. Experienced care givers have been responsible and compassionate. Communication with the agency's director is on going.

I would say that overall the experience has been very positive. I was hoping that they would have more experience with Alzheimer's, but there has not been a lot of success. I realize that might not be entirely their fault, but I just had the impression they would be a little more experienced.

What they have done well is there is great communication between the care manager and us. We really love the person, who is coming out to help us with our Mom. Overall, there is a lot of care and teamwork.

We're very pleased with how things went with Options for Senior America! They were easy to work with, and the aides were friendly and reliable. I am completely satisfied with the service!

We've been utilizing services for my parents and things have been going well. Our caregiver is great! We really appreciate everything that she's done up to this point. There has been ab hit of miscommunication through the agency itself but other than that it's been smooth sailing. I have no complaints. I would definitely recommend them.

Things were a little rocky to start with Southern Companions, but they were very accommodating and worked with us until we found the right caregiver. The girl we have now does a great job and gets along well with my loved one, we're very satisfied with the service!

Home Instead did a good job. They were reliable, and as far as I know we never had any problems with them. The process went pretty smoothly.

They are pretty flexible with schedules and needs of patients which is really good, but at the same time, one thing I think my parents don't like is that there seems to be a lot of turnover for the caregivers.

I really enjoy the company and companionship Comfort Keepers has to offer me.

Home helpers goes and sits with my Mom in a nursing home. So far they've been great! Very responsive and always on time!

The girls were very friendly and did exactly what they were expected to do. They were there to keep an eye on my mom and did exactly that. My mom and liked them and their care was sufficient. I have no complaints.

It has been fine. There hasn't been any problems. They are very professional. I would recommend the Senior Helpers agency to anyone looking for caregivers to assist you at home. This is a good agency.
