I was happy to go and meet the staff here. I wanted to make sure that this service would be able to give me someone that would be able to take care of my mother's needs. I liked the staff and the caretakers were very nice. I would recommend the services of cleaning, cooking and personal assistance with this service. It is a great value for families.

The staff has been doing fine as far as I can tell. She has not been back to the hospital since she has had these services with her. It makes a difference to have the extra help for her.

The helpers from the Southern Companions are very nice. Some of the helpers were late several times which I was not very happy with, while others were on time, prepared and dressed professionally. [Removed] is my mother's favorite caregiver, she takes very good care of her and tends to all of her needs. The staff prepare meals and do my mother's laundry.

They seem very knowledgeable and caring. They are very nice and easy to work with. The caregiver they chose to help with my mom is working out well. My mom and [Removed] are getting along very well. Very pleased at this time.

This agency did a good job for my mom. The caregivers were able to provide total care for her. We have no problems. They were professional and very pleasant. They are very well trained and did a very good job.

I have no complaints about A Hopeful home, they have provided great services to my loved one and have made her feel very comfortable in there care. The staff are all so lovely and always on time to our appointments. I would defiantly recommend there services to anyone.

Two caregivers started off helping my mother now it has only been one caregiver coming. My mother really likes this person that has been coming to help with cleaning and preparing good healthy meals. The caregiver always looks for ways to help out and always maintains active. The help from the Home Helpers caregivers has been good.

We are satisfied with this home care agency. They are doing a great job caring for my father and his. They are with him 24 hours a day and 7 days a weeks. They do the cooking, cleaning, and personal care. We have used this agency before, and we were pleased. Overall this is a good home care agency, and I would recommend it.

The owner was wonderful, they staffed around the clock on last minute notice. They were very attentive, and always got back to my mom when she had a question or concern. Some of the caregivers didn't work out so great, but the owner did take care of it right away.

My husband is happy with the care here. The staff is friendly and caring. The meals are good with a nice variety. They do offer activities. I would recommend this community for good care for a loved one.

The caregiver that comes out is on time and is a good companion for my mom. She offers to assist in light housework and cooking. When we set up the service they explained everything to us. The owner has been a great help.

My mother in law is happy with the care from this in home care service we received. The aid is helping with taking my mothers to eat. She is entertained with the help of the aid. A great aid Alison was exceptional with the care that was given. We would recommend this to others who need good in home care for a loved one.

The lady I hired comes out a few times a week and we are working out some additional days for care. She does a wonderful job caring for my husband. She helps my husband with administering medications. She also helps my husband with light exercise and going for walks. A Place for Mom, thank you so much for being there!

Right at Home has been very easy to work with. I am pleased with the care that they are providing my mother in the comfort of her home. The staff are friendly and do a wonderful job keeping me updated on my mothers care and well being.

Love the the coverage, there was a mismatch with the nighttime care, but it was sorted out and they were very apologetic and fixed the issue.

The convenience of the care is great, as well as the professionalism of the caregiver.

We only used Senior Helpers for a short time as my husband was placed on hospice care. The caregiver that came out was nice, she did a little light housework and helped him when he needed it. The staff were nice when I called to start the service. The only negative I would say is that I was charged for extra hours if they showed up early or stayed late.

They have worked out pretty well so far. We really like the person we have coming out, and they have kept it the same person pretty consistently. So far they have been helpful and reliable.

They are alright. I am a little disappointed, but overall it's been okay. I keep getting substitutes, there is some inconsistency with keeping the same caregiver. It seems that if you don't need many hours, it's hard to keep the same person.

My in-laws are in their 90s and were clearly no longer able to care for themselves in their own home. Mom is blind, practically deaf, and has had a stroke. Dad has been getting increasingly weak and was falling frequently.He continued to drive because he didn't want to "bother" anyone and had 3 accidents in the past year.Their home was filthy and their meals had become toast for breakfast and soup for dinner. One of their sons lives 1 1/2 hours away and does what he can, but the rest of us live much further. For years now they have refused to move in with one of their children or into assisted living. They also refused in-home care because "no one's coming into our home and telling us what to do". The final straw was when Dad had an accident and broke his collar bone. Hard as it was, the kids insisted they hire someone or leave the home they've lived in for 65 years. We contacted Comfort Keepers and they have been a God send. It's only been about 6 weeks, but Dad already absol utely loves Maria, who comes weekdays. She's a fabulous cook. He's also pleased with John, her relief. Dad admits to not having a bath in over a year, for fear of falling. With John's assistance, he's bathing again. Mom still has trouble accepting help with household things that she used to do, but they respect her feelings, encourage her to do what she can and assist with the rest. They provide healthy meals, do basic housekeeping, encourage Dad to do his exercises (he's becoming stronger everyday), drive them to all appointments, grocery shopping, etc. and just sit and talk to them. It's taken such a burden off our shoulders to know they're getting the help they need and there is someone who sees them every day and can let us know how things are going. Yes, in-home care is expensive, but it's much cheaper, and far more humane, than waiting until they need convalescent care. Thank you A Place for Mom for referring us to Comfort. Keepers.
