The only problem we have had is with their call in service. Sometimes they will call in sick and it is not addressed to us right away, other than that they are great and we have had no issues with the care services they provide.

Very efficient, professional, caring, pleasant, and concerning. We had a challenging beginning with 3 caregivers but now it's going very smoothly. They are assertive and responsive to unforeseen incidents of caregivers.

[Name removed] was a very informed person. He was a pleasure to speak with. I asked a lot of questions and he could answer them all. He also sent a follow up email which was very helpful. I also spoke with the nurse who would do the assessment. We are checking out quite a few places. Thank you.

This company took very good care of my mother. The aide went above and beyond to help both of us. Office staff kept in touch constantly, Aide was prompt daily. I would recommend them any time.

So far the caregiver is working out.

We have somebody coming on Fridays for 3 hours. The first time I met the caregiver she came to my Mom's with her supervisor. That was a nice introduction to the caregiver for my Mom. She has helped mom cook soup, calico beans and they have lunch together. She is always on time within 10 min or so due to her prior job. She has done laundry, washed dishes and actually washed my Mom's walls. I would recommend this agency.

We use this agency for my wife that had a stroke. We have a young lady staying in our spare room. She is very attentive and she listens and is very compassionate. She will do some light housekeeping and will cook meals for us. She will go to the grocery store. She is very knowledgeable and will walk with my wife and do some exercising. I would recommend this agency to families.

Overall, I feel that Comforcare is doing a good job caring for my loved one. [Removed] in their main office has been very responsive so far, and the company itself is very good. We have had two caregivers, and while one was very good, I feel our most current one could use improvement. She is not as responsive or communicative as we would like. I've made suggestions, so I'm hoping they will be taken to heart and things will improve. Overall, I feel the company is good, and we're satisfied with the care my loved one receives.

Overall, I would say that SYNERGY is doing well for my loved one. However, we were surprised to find that the director, who we interviewed with and who really helped sway our decision to go with Synergy, left the job a few weeks ago. It definitely caused some alarm and confusion, but I hope that it will work out, and they will continue doing well for us.

This is the second month that my family has been using Home Matters Caregiving for my Mom and so far it’s going well. We decided to go with home care because it’s been able to keep the cost of caring for my mom lower than going to a facility. We have about 4 different caregivers that come by, 2 out of 4 of them have been great, and 1 of them comes around more often than the others. There were some issues with 1 caregiver that they sent us and I feel like they should’ve vet them a bit more before allowing them to work, but they’ve since rectified the situation and we’re happy with the new caregivers we’ve been given. When they are working with my mom, they seem very easy to communicate with and knowledgeable about how to care for her. Someone will come each day and stay for about 8 hours while me or my family work. They do different things with mom, like take her out for ice cream. I thought they would clean a little bit more than they do but we’re still pretty happy with it. It’s been able to keep the cost of taking care of my mom down by using home care. Overall, I would recommend them if you’re looking for home care.

I’ve been using ComForCare for my friend who needs more attention than what a lot of communities have been able to offer and so far we’re happy with it. There was a caregiver they had sent us, who had only come twice, who called me on a Saturday one week and told me she would not be able to come because she was attending a funeral, which I understood. However, she did not call me until the time that she was supposed to be there and when I asked if she would be able to come later in the afternoon, she stated she would not because she was in a different state. There wasn’t much communication on her part and because of that, I had to take care of my friend that day myself. Since then, they’ve sent me someone new and she’s been really good. One of the caregivers that we get during the week will make food when necessary and seems to keep the place pretty clean. We only use their services about twice a week though. They’ll do activities with my friend as much as he will allow them, but he has trouble walking so that kind of limits what they can do. Overall, I would recommend them for those looking for home care options.

This agency is very good we are very pleased. They send out the same caregiver which is good it has given my wife the chance to develop a routine with the same person. The caregiver is always on time and very nice. She comes prepared to do what is necessary. The agency is very easy to get ahold of if necessary.

Unfortunately we are no longer using this home care agency. However we did have a good experience while my mother received services from them. I was satisfied with everything they did for us, and when I was not pleased they were quick to correct the issue. The care givers arrived on time, and were helpful with everything. It is a home care agency I would probably recommend to my family, and friends.

The caregiver that came out to the house for companionship, unfortunately did not work out as mom was uncomfortable with them being there. The agency does offer services such as light housekeeping, cooking and personnel needs. They explained everything about the service upfront. I would recommend taking a look to see if this service would work for you.

CCSS has been caring for my aunt for over a year. The caregivers has become extended family to us. We always know aunt [Removed] is safe and well cared for when her caregiver [removed] is with her. This company has truly given our family peace of mind.

The people at Home Care really do care. We have a private caregiver for four days a week and were thoroughly disgusted with the company we had before for the other three days, so we did some research and settled on Home Care Assistance. They have been wonderful, caring, and conscientious providing care for my 95-year-old mother at home. Their scheduling folks are excellent. I only hold back one star from my rating because of a few communication issues, but overall, I highly recommend them. I love across the country from my mother and I know she is in very good hands.

So far everything has gone very well with the Home Care Assistance service. The caregivers we've worked with have been friendly and professional, and the administrative staff have been easy to work with as well.

Things with Home Care Assistance are working out very well. The person that we have coming out really extends himself and goes out of his way to really help out. He is very personable and friendly, able to talk sports and history with my husband, etc. Everything about them has been great and I highly recommend them.
