We are more than pleased with the service that we have received and our caregiver was fantastic. My mom really bonded with her caregiver. She was always on time, caring, courteous and professional. In fact, we plan to use them again when my mom comes home from the hospital soon.

We have been using Synergy for about a month and a half and are quite pleased! The caregivers are friendly and upbeat and don't have to be told what to do. The management does a good job of scheduling and can accommodate our necessary schedule changes with no problems. We have no intention of looking anywhere else for caregivers.

I can't say enough good things about Home Care Assistance. I have worked with "multiple" home health care agencies and this is the first one to get it right! With previous agencies, I dealt with employee theft, staff that was incompetent and poorly trained, appalling billing practices and overall horrendous customer service. Home Care Assistance has their act together. They know how to match the client up with the correct staff and it is very apparent they screen their employees thoroughly. I would highly recommend this home health care agency to anyone who is seeking a professional and competent organization to take care of your loved ones!

I hired Home Care Assistance to provide weekend care for my dad in Carlsbad back in March of last year. We have a dear family friend we pay privately to care for Dad Monday through Friday. Home Care Assistance has Grace come in Saturday and Sunday and to cover on the days our friend needs time off during the week. Well I just received a call this morning at 5:30am from our friend that she cannot come in to care for my dad because she has the stomach flu that has been going around. She is supposed to arrive at my dad's house at 7am to make sure he takes his first dose of insulin!! I panicked!! I immediately called the agency not really expecting anyone to answer because it's 5:30am and off hours. The operator connected me immediately to Rosanna, the staffing person on call. She was so calm and helpful and assured me she will find me coverage. 40 minutes later she called back and told me they were sending their on call caregiver to my Dad's house and that she already walked her through my dad's case and that one of their Care Managers, Camilla, will be stopping by this morning to check on them. I can't believe how fast they worked at helping me out on a day I don't even have them regularly working for my Dad. Amazing! I was so impressed by their compassion and customer service!

I would like to let you know what a wonderful representative for your company [Removed] from your La Jolla office is for your company. When I called, I had no idea what to ask about and was very stressed. Fortunately for me, [Removed] was the one who took my call. She made me feel very comfortable that Home Care Associates could take care of my husband's needs and also answered all the questions I didn't even know to ask about. She kept in touch with me until we had a date certain for him to go home and found a very good caregiver, [Removed], who made him feel comfortable and trusting and took care of all his needs. At one point, we had a minor scheduling problem. [Removed] took my call at 6:00 pm on Friday and resolved the problem within a few minutes. She then called me back and let me know that everything was okay. She is very dedicated.

I honestly do not know how I could have made it through these past weeks without all the support from you and the wonderful care giving team you put together for me and my beloved husband. These words do not express fully my heartfelt thanks to you for all you did to make this difficult time a blessing to me.

Due to circumstances that were beyond our control, we had to suspend using this agency for while. However my first impression of them was wonderful and the few hours that I did have them the women was great. From beginning to end this service was understanding and kind. They listened to what I needed for my mom. They were willing to work with me and learn however circumstances changed with both my parents care and they were very understanding and helped me through a stressful situation. I can't say thank you enough and will use them again.

I have no complaints with this agency they are providing the right services for my dad. They are always on time they never cancel appointments. The caregiver who comes out is always consistent they have never rotated staff and they are always friendly and kind. They arrive with the right equipment that needs very professional.

The home care that my mother received was great! She really enjoyed working with caregiver. She was very helpful and gave my mother the care that she needed. Hopefully we will get to use the service again.

Seniorcorp was wonderful to work with. It was a very short time but i felt like i bonded with each person we met! [Removed] was wonderful to talk with on the phone and very thorough and helpful! She had such a caring spirit she made me feel like i was being hugged just by her sweet voice. Our dealings with Hospice were not going very well and seniorcorp was there to help immediately. Our nurse [Removed] was wonderful and very sweet and took wonderful care of my dad. We would recommend Seniorcorp to anyone!

I am very satisfied with the help I have received from Amazing Care. The caregivers are dependable! The staff are very helpful and available.

I like the staff from this service. They were able to send me someone as soon as needed. I like the caretaker who is willing to help with some housework responsibilities. I like knowing that she is always on time and is very nice and respectful. The caretaker is a nice companion and willing to help. We would recommend this service and the care takes for good in-home care for a loved one.

"Transiting from a two-month stay in a Skilled Nursing Facility to home with just the two of us at home (74-year old chronically ill husband and 73-year old spouse) was daunting. EZRA has been helping us with the challenge for almost a month now. They expertly matched us up with an experienced, upbeat 49-year old CNA who is open to many ideas of making our lives easier every Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 9:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. He helps with walking, bathing, doctor visits, simple meal preparation, patient exercising, reading newspapers, vacuuming and fun conversation. We have really liked this service. The staff has been able to get us, someone, to come into our home for care for my brother. The caretaker is very nice and always arrives on time. The caretaker does help with some cooking and personal care. We are happy to see that he arrives on time. We would highly recommend this service and the caretaker to other families.

I have had phone calls and one meeting with [Removed] at Southern Companions and will start with their services Tues. 5/30/17. I am very pleased with them so far. Pruitt Health just finished one week of service with us and they are great. I am pleased with each of the employees that have been to my home. Thanks for your help.
