Overall the Medsa Healthcare Agency was pretty good, the communication could be a little more quicker but we would still recommend this home health care to others.

We were satisfied with the services they provided. They also tried to do activities with my loved one the best that they could. The staff that came out were always nice.

They are very cooperative. Whenever I have needed them, they have provided care for me. Most of the time I've been very pleased with who they've sent. If I had an issue and addressed that with them, they wouldn't send that person anymore. The billing and administrative side have gone well for us also.

Friendly and helpful

Everything has been pretty good with Assertive Care. In the beginning there were a couple of care givers where the personalities clashed with our loved ones. However the care giver we have had the last couple of months has been great. We can call or email the agency with any questions we may have, and they are very responsive. The agency was also great about following up with our family in the beginning to make sure everything was going good.

I have already told people about Right at Home Rock Hill. The people that run the branches are really nice and work with you to provide the care that your loved one needs. They help with light housekeeping, and companionship for our loved one.

We chose Home Instead because we wanted shorter periods of time for care and they were able to accommodate that for us. Some caregivers that we had were great with my mom and very engaging and then we had one who slept the whole time so it really ranged. I would recommend for someone looking for short blocks of care.

We chose Complete in home care services because of the price and also if someone did not show up, they would follow through and find someone else to come for back up. They could work on giving more frequent training to the caregivers.

Originally we started out needing someone during the day a few days a week. Then I needed someone in the evening a couple days a week as well. They weren't as able to take care of the evening shift. A couple of the people who were supposed to come didn't show. But Options as a company are very responsive. They really tried to work out that evening shift for us, but I ended up having to go to another agency for the evening shift. For the most part, my needs were satisfied with Options. It was only when I added an additional requirement that they couldn't accommodate, but it wasn't for lack of them trying. And I'm very satisfied with them. I kept them for the day shift. I've had two different caretakers. The first one was very good and stayed with us a long time. I considered her a family member. She was great with my loved one, she cooked, and she tried to get us on a healthy diet. It was good fit. The second person is very good as well, just different. Each person has different types of things they focus on. She calls us sir and ma'am. If she sees me going to the laundry, she says no sir, I'll take care of that. They've both been very good but have different skill sets.

We chose GYC Senior Care Services because I liked them, you had 48 hours if you needed to change anything which I liked and the prices are comparable. I did have a really good caregiver which was the most important to me and made me happy. I would recommend them to others.

We do not finding good quality care givers can be difficult especially during this time, but we did have one care givers that would come over who was absolutely fantastic. However, the communication with the company is poor and just not very good.

Everything is going great with Home Companion Services, we have had no problems with them.

The staff was very friendly and they provided good care to our loved ones. Communication between the staff and our family was good. The care received was a good value and I would recommend this service to others

We did not have good luck with the first caregiver but had good luck with the other 2. It is difficult to have someone living in your home even if it is necessary. I was grateful that we had them for the time we needed them for.

Our experience on the whole has been great. There were some billing problems at one point, but they were straightened out as soon as I called them. I feel very secure leaving my home with my loved one there. The lady we currently have is awesome. She's very friendly, and she lets me know if there's ever a problem or anything wrong. I've even gone home and the floors have been vacuumed. I couldn't believe it! I think we made a great choice, having never done this before. I expected my loved one to be taken care of, but I didn't expect the extra little things like a few dishes in the sink getting washed. Of course he's the most important part.

We chose FirstLight Home Care because they were the best value for the money and the head gal is enthusiastic about making sure that you have what you need. She is determined you have the right caregiver for your loved one. I would recommend them to others.

Communication was ok between the staff and our family. Unfortunately, this just didn't fit our needs at the time. I would recommend the service if it fits your needs. The value of the service was not good as other home services.

The workers we encountered were friendly, however we had just an okay experience and would probably not recommend the Brooks Home Health Care services to other friends or families.

We had a short experience; however, a satisfying experience. i would highly recommended this company to others. The empathy and knowledge of the staff was wonderful. They understood what the family and our love done was going through. They gave us great advice when asked.
