Was referred to Home Care Assistance when my Mom was coming home from Scripps. I was out of town and had to organize everything remotely. They were extremely helpful and professional. I was very stressed and totally lost but they handled everything from start to finish. [Removed], is one of their care managers and went out to the hospital to assess mom the same day. She organized with the nurses and doctors and was able to get Mom home safely with care that day. What I liked the most was their flexibility and quick action. Mom came home with 24 hour care for the first few days then was able to slowly reduce hours to a manageable schedule. Highly recommend!

When I went in to Home Care Assistance in La Jolla, they were having a cooking class to demonstrate how to prepare healthy food for seniors. How cool is that? I also heard they do yoga and other types of classes. My grandfather used a home care agency in Canada and although the caregivers were friendly, they never had services like this. The director, [Removed], was extremely friendly and helpful and I have never had any issues with anyone from the office calling me back when I needed information. I would for sure recommend using Home Care if anyone in your family needs this kind of assistance/care.

We were very pleased with the services my mother received from this home care agency. Everything went well, and my mother was in good hands. This is a home care agency I would recommend to my family, and friends. It worked out well for my family.

My mom is living here and everything has been fine and okay. For what we could afford it is a nice community. The people are all nice too.

We were only in this area for about a month. But the time that we used their services was good. They kept the appointments never had to reschedule. The caregiver that was sent out was professional kind and caring. I would recommend them.

This is a good home care agency, but I do not think it is a good option for my mother, and her needs. For the most I'am satisfied with they help they have provided us with. The care giver has been patient, and kind towards my mother. This home care agency may have not worked out for us, but it is a home care agency I would recommend.

I ended up not using this home health company because my mother ended up needing more of an assisted living but they where very kind when I spoke to them. They where understanding and made sure to provide me with lots of great information and answer any questions we had for them.

It's been okay so far and it has been fine for my mom. The caregiver was at home with my mom. She has been doing a good job with my mom. She is very efficient and effective. It has been very dependable and helpful to me. However it is very expensive.

My parents are doing reasonably well with Synergy home care. Our primary issue, however, is the fact that the caregiver that has come in to replace their former caregiver could be more self motivated. This is a rather minor issue and we are working through this. Besides that, we are pleased.

I have no complaints about the experience I had with this company the staff where friendly and provided my loved one with good quality of care. I would recommend them to anyone interested in a home health company.

They staff has been responsive for the most part. They had an emergency where they evacuated everyone from the building. I didn't find out about it until after the fact, as I was still in my apartment. It wasn't as serious a situation as they thought but I was still concerned. I will say the staff and residents are very friendly. Other than those two issues things are going well.

I wasn't quite thrilled with the caregiver that came to the home. Working with the agency was a 5, working with the caregiver was a 3. She was punctual and attentive, it was just a difference in personality.

We have had numerous caregivers and they have all been nice. They help with some personnel needs, light housework and companionship. When we set up the service they explained everything up front and made the set up easy. The office staff are terrific. They are helpful and personable. I would recommend this service.

The staff here was very pleasant and very helpful. They are good people. They offered everything that we needed and we will use them if the time comes. We would recommend them to anyone that needs help around the house.

I'am satisfied with the services my father has received from this home care agency. He is doing very well, and everything is working out pretty well. They have been easy to work with, and the care givers show up on time. It has been a good experience, and I would recommend this home care agency.

My loved one is doing okay since using Synergy. She had a caregiver that she really liked but unfortunately, she has to have surgery so my loved one is back to having different caregivers serve time. It;s been hard for her to adjust to strangers in her home, but they are helping her out and doing what they said they would.

We went through a lot of caregivers, some better than others, and finally have a steady girl coming to our home. She is always on time and helps with everything she can. [Removed], the lady that we met from the company, has been great, She addresses any concerns and helps if we have questions.

The people here were very helpful and nice. The only thing is that mom was looking for services that can help her and help around the house. This company just basically provided companion care. Just did not work out.

I was very happy with this service for the care in a home for my mom. We were happy knowing that someone was helping watch over my mom and keep her company and was nice and responsible for assisting in her needs. She was on time and friending and caring. We would recommend this service to other families for good in home care.

We are happy with the good care that this service does provide. The caretaker does help with some personal needs to help out cooking, cleaning, We did have to address an issue that my father only wanted a female caretaker. They were helpful and willing to improve little things when addressed. I would recommend this service overall and they did end up going above and beyond,
