The caregivers at HomeLife Senior Care are competent and caring. They take over in the evenings so I can get a good nights sleep and so I can go out shopping. The caregivers show good work ethics by being pleasant and they remember what I tell them. They are very good at helping my husband sleep with confidence when I am not there, and they help him feel safe. The caregivers show compassion through their kind and caring personalities. They are a good match for my husband because they listen to him, they are kind, and they enjoy each other. The communication with the office support staff is also good.

A definite thumbs-up! The Ezra team is passionate about helping family members in the difficult task of caring for their elder parents. They are resourceful, reliable and caring.

I am happy with this service for my mom. The staff was able to find me, someone, as soon as needed. I like the caretaker who arrived on time. We liked the care, but we wanted to have assistance with making homemade meals. We wanted someone to come in the would be the same caretaker on a regular basis. We would recommend this service to other families for good care and value

We had an urgent need for a caregiver since we needed to be out of town the next day. Southern Companions contacted us within 30 minutes. We detailed our needs and urgency to have a skilled caregiver. We made an appointment and Met with [Removed] within a couple of hours. Before they left they had the visit for the next day set up and scheduled. The aide they sent was very knowledgeable and worked well with my Mom who has severe Alzheimer's. I will definitely use them in the future.

The thing that sets this office apart is that we work hard to get the RIGHT people with the client. The office doesn't just send anyone in they want to make sure it is a good fit- which it has been. I love that the office staff will call me to discuss something like scheduling and they already have a solution in place before calling. I never have to worry that it is not going to be taken care of.

I like that I can call and speak to someone no matter the time. The other agency I was with, it was extremely difficult to get them on the phone.
