They are doing a good job. The turnover in this industry is kind of rapid, because availability changes rapidly. They have been reliable, someone is always there when they are supposed to be. Most of the things they do very well. Some of the things I have found that they don't have experience on. For instance, when they did some washing for us, when they put the clothes in the dryer, they put the dryer on high heat, and some of the garments that had elasticity in them had the elasticity ruined. Since calling this to their attention though they have corrected that. There was one lady they sent to us that had to be told specifically what to do, and if you did not tell her exactly what to do, she would use the time to do some college school work. They need to take initiative on their own to see what needs to be done and do it. I am not currently using their services as my wife is in hospice care, but will probably be going back to using them again before long as they were very helpful and took a huge load off my shoulders.

I am three thousand miles away and having Luxe Home Care help with mom has provided me great peace of mind. They have worked very hard not only to make sure we have the right kind of care that we need, but that mom would accept (which can be difficult). At the beginning we had a caregiver which was a little younger and turned out not to be the best suited for my mom (who can be difficult at times to deal with) but they were very accommodating in helping us change caregivers to get better service.
