Communication issues at the start, but they are working themselves out It's costing my dad a lot of money. It's what we have to work with right now, and he's holding steady. So for now it is working.I have nothing to compare it to. I would most likely recommend with a warning of some of the recurrent issues we have experienced.

Home instead is good at the office level. The caregivers are hit or miss. Some are great, some are ok, some are just there for a paycheck. I would tell others to leave a detailed list of wants and needs with the binder. So no matter what caregiver arrives that fay, they can be informed as to your specific wants and needs. Their system is in place with that info, but it helps to leave specifics in the home for best care

I would recommend them to others. The sales rep lady was very very helpful in coordinating things and adjusting things for me. I had to adjust a lot, so it was hard to get a regular caretaker. I did not like the part of having four hours minimum every day cause some days I only needed a couple of hours. So, more flexibility would've been nice. But I had my back messed up and really couldn't get around much, so they helped basically clean the house and kitchen and help me fix my bed and change my sheets. Because I could not lift anything or barely move. They even walked my dogs for me, which was helpful.

Home Instead is good to work with. They try hard to meet scheduling changes and shortfalls.It was one that was recommended by A Place For Mom.

We used home care services through ComForCare Home Care for my loved one and the experience was very good. I would definitely recommend ComForCare to others looking for home care services.

The last three caregivers that my loved one had were wonderful, caring people. The care that they gave my loved one was tremendous. They were very considerate of her pain and needs. When my loved one could no longer get out of bed, they sat by her bedside and kept her company when family wasn't there. They took the time to have meaningful conversations with her. There was a temporary aide on one of the weekends that didn't work out as well, but I had called to ask that she not come back and the supervisor was very attentive to our complaint. I definitely would recommend them to others, but always remember that if a person is not a good fit to speak up.

I would recommend Senior Helpers Geneva to others. I think [name removed], the owner, really tries to match his clients with caregivers, I don't give all 5s because she's had probably 5-6 different people and one quit and I think one was fired. Her needs are being met, but she really just needs help bathing and dressing, so as long as they help with that and then keep themselves occupied with small household tasks for the remainder of the time, she's happy.

I used home care services for myself through All Day Comfort Senior Care and overall it was a very good experience for me. I was going to have chemotherapy and wasn't sure how much help I would need, we settled on one night a week. Both of my caregivers worked from 5pm to 5am. My first caregiver filed my nails, ran the dishwasher and washed my laundry for me. My second caregiver cleaned a patio room for me. Both women were on time, friendly and helpful. I would recommend All Day Comfort Senior Care services to others. It is an expensive service and I felt that at this time I didn't need much help.

Caregivers are friendly and helpful. Staffing consistency is a bit of an issue though. I would recommend to others.

These numbers reflect "overall" experience; however, we had two exceptional caregivers, who went above & beyond our expectations, namely [name removed] & [name removed] Not only did they take good care of our mother physically, but they showed genuine interest in her overall wellbeing and were very supportive emotionally, making her feel "useful" despite her age & frailties. They are definite assets to Home Instead!

We used Agape Services for a short time to provide a safe environment for my mom. I was very satisfied with both the care and the communication. Mom's caretaker was always prompt, kept me updated and gave useful tips and feedback about my Mom. I would recommend Agape Services to family and friends.

My loved one is currently utilizing care services from Home Instead El Paso and overall things have been good for her so far. The friendliness, care services and staff are all great. The value for cost is good. They have good people and they are decently responsive to last minute changes in your schedule. They're easy to work with. I would recommend Home Instead El Paso to family and friends.

[name removed] and I have great relationship and understanding each other. It took a while to get to know each other in the beginning as it was our first experience with home care but went great. He’s not intimated, not afraid to take criticism and we communicate well with each other. Everyone we’ve talked to has been very professional, helpful and the caregiving has been very conscientious, considerate and taking the time to know us and trustworthy

Overall we were pleased with our experience a few things could be better. If a new caregiver was coming we needed to know with a call beforehand because at the end of life consistency is important. I think having a few more very skilled caregivers are needed like the four we had so if one wasn’t available we would know they were just as good and we could meet them and decide if they were the right fit for us. The ones that we experienced were excellent felt like we could trust their decisions at all times with no worries.

We used their services for a very brief time. They had some challenges with staffing, but they seemed to have more availability than other places I talked to. They were quick to respond to my initial inquiry, and they gave us a very detailed and thorough introduction. They were readily available to start services, and they appeared to have the ability to add services if needed beyond companionship (they could contract with home health care). And their cost was pretty average.

We liked that we had 2 consistent caregivers throughout our home hospice experience. These caregivers got to know our loved one, showed attention to details and checked in with us before they left. We were very happy with their care. There was one caregiver who came twice that did not meet our expectations and management was open to discussing that situation and it was resolved.

I would recommend them. The coordinator is very responsive and timely in her responses. Our caregiver is very friendly and helpful. It has worked out well. Its 24 /7 care for our circumstance. The staff member does some meal prep, assist with medication reminders, laundry, assisted with bathing/showering, dressing, etc. No transportation in included for our circumstances. They submit a invoice biweekly for billing.
