I'm pleased with Synergy home care. They have taken good care of my mother. Staff is always friendly and on time. The services and care they provide is really good.

I called them to find companion care for my mom. They called me back immediately, came out to meet us, and found me a great person for my mom THE NEXT DAY!!

They were there for two weeks straight, and my mother was very pleased. The young woman that came in was very good, she was attentive and helpful. We never had any attendance issues. We had a consistent caregiver, which was important for us. I chose them because they called me almost immediately, they responded right away, and were very responsive to any of my questions, and phone calls. There was always time to speak with me, and address any of my concerns or questions.

Jim and Elizabeth are so nice. They are a pleasure to work with and their dog is a great addition to their team. So adorable and really brightens the spirits of their patients. When you work with Senior Helpers you get the comfort of working with a franchise (the staff is all employed by the company, no independent care givers) but with that small family feeling.

Homewatch Caregivers has been a great service all around! They're always on time, and the aides they've sent have done a great job. They're good at working with our loved one, and they make sure all of his needs are taken care of. We can definitely recommend them to others!

My mother in law enjoys the companion who visits twice a week. She has Valerie come to help her with shopping, and other needed jobs. Thank to this great woman for understanding her.

Although things didn't work out due to a change in the care needs of my loved one I thought the aides from Angels of Care did an excellent job overall, we were quite pleased with them! The aide we worked this was very responsive, and seemed to get along great with Mom. I appreciated how flexible and adaptive they were during any crises that occurred. They were very understanding, and always will to try and work with you.

They were marvelous. My mother is a people person and she was lonely. These ladies were amazing, but they were taking care of her needs, and busy doing the tasks that were needed. They weren't really able to socialize, and she needed that too. I loved that whoever is on duty is not allowed to leave them alone, so they would stay until the next person showed up.

I called Brightstar of Brighton last year when my mother was recuperating from a broken shoulder. Kelvin was an absolute gem about communicating, providing great personalized service, and making sure things were running smoothly. I would definitely use Brightstar of Brighton again! They are the best around.

I am exploring different senior services knowing that in the near future I will need help with my 92 yr. old father. I had a service for in home care for help straight out of the hospital. I was VERY disappointed in their follow through. They missed many rehab appointments, therefore we missed out on the care. ComForcare was very knowledgeable of the needs that should have been provided. Next time I will NOT take the hospital recommendation, but go with ComForcare.

Have had this service for 6 months and we were never disappointed. Both aides are gems and we are lucky to have them care for my father.

They have been great. We have the same caregiver all the time and she is great! She is very reliable, always there when she says she will be. They seemed to be more caring and open to information, that's why we chose Comfort Keepers.

This is a first class company. We got them from the internet through a Google search and did not know what to expect. We lucked out to receive the best service one can ever dream of.

My sister and I started on this journey for my mother about a year ago. We first went into Senior Helpers and they were amazing. They were wonderful. They sent someone out to help us. The staff was wonderful.

The care coordinator is outstanding. We get the same caregivers, so it's not always someone different. We haven't had any trouble with attendance, or having to get replacements. They have made the transition really easy for us. I picked them because of the professionalism, and the level of comfort with the care providers. We knew that if we ever wanted to have a different caregiver, they would be able to accommodate that, though we haven't needed to.

I’m really happy. We’re just really happy with the care that my loved one is receiving – extremely helpful and compassionate. They meet our needs completely.

They seem to be doing everything well. We have had a couple of miscommunications but they have been resolved. We have had a pretty consistent caregiver. We have never had trouble with people not showing up. It would be nice if we could meet a caregiver before they start coming out.

Christine very professional. I have decided to try her community. Andrea also thinks we are good match.
