My loved one has been very satisfied here. I would recommend you shop for several communities before deciding on a community for your loved one. The staff communication with the family and our loved one is good, it would be nice to have a quicker response on requests or at least an acknowledgment that they have received a request. There are three meals a day served to the residents and there are options to choose from. There is a box dinner served on Sunday evenings.

My loved one stayed here for a few months and it was wonderful. All of the people were very nice. There were a couple minor concerns but nothing major. It was overall a good experience.

Mom gets wonderful care there. It is very clean. The Staff are very caring. Mom's biggest complaint is the quality of the food. For residents who have lost so much in their lives, the one thing they can enjoy is really good and varied food. All of the residents complain about it.

The Lodge at Pine Creek community itself is beautiful and pretty new - the staff members do a great job keeping it clean. The staff members overall are very friendly and attentive. We do think their could be some improvements with the entire medical department team.

The main thing that sticks out about Mercer Place is the staff, they are very friendly and they treat everyone like family. The one thing that they could improve on would be the food.

Things are just great here, it's a village. My wife and I live here together. There's lots of different people to get to know and share things with. It's a very welcoming community, older building. The staff is very friendly and helpful and does what they're supposed to do. Housekeeping is very good and done once a week. They have a checklist for cleaning requests and are happy to complete those. They also offer laundry service for an extra fee. The meals are a work in progress. There are plenty of activities. Overall, everything is just as well as it can be here. We have a swimming pool, gym, daily mass (we have three Priests that are residents here), and social gatherings that are organized by the residents. It's been very satisfactory here. I would recommend them to friends and family, if you can afford it.

We picked this community because, I was really impressed with the friendliness of the staff, how clean the facility was and most of all there was no smell. Our family member wanted to stay there. My loved one is very pleased with with everything at Rose Place.

The staff is very helpful, they are there whenever you need them. They make the residents do what they need to do as well like take their pills. They are very friendly. It is well kept and clean facility. It is smaller and has more of a home like setting rather than a nursing home feel. They offer a lot of nice activities. They have a travelling dentist that will come in. There is a hairdresser than comes in every Wednesday as well. The room sizes are a good size and each resident gets their own mail box. She really likes the food. She has been in the hospital a couple of times and they are great about calling us if something is unusual. We would recommend Strake Place to others, it has taken stress off the family.

My dad doesn't require much, still independent. He's very social. Slow to make friends with the tenants.. but from what we can tell, the staff has been kind.. We often hear about the activities he does. And I know he doesn't participate in everything. The apartment is cute. The food is just okay but not bad. Its not perfect by any means. But its great for the price.

It's an older building, and needs an uplift. The staff were amazing. The residents seemed to like the facility.

The Springs was an okay place - nothing wrong with it. It just didn't fit our loved ones needs. They did not offer private rooms, only semi-private, which would not have worked for our loved one. Also it was very strictly regulated regarding coming/going, although I understand the necessity of that for some residents. I thought the staff were very cordial and very attentive. If it fits your needs, it seems like it would be a good place.

Areas that we like - we do feel the staff communication very well which is very important, we find them to be very responsive and helpful. We think the quality of the staff is very high. We think the actual facility and the layout is nice and the inner courtyard design is very unique which we appreciate, the residents can go sit there and enjoy their time. The units themselves are well designed. Areas of improvement - we do understand they cannot afford high-quality chefs, but for those who are vegetarian there are not many options so at times our loved one is eating less the adequate meals. We wish they could put in a little more effort for those who have certain restriction's.

We did not look at any other facilities. The price at Mercer Place is great.

It is a friendy, and caring environment. They have been doing an alright job, with my loved one.

We had a good tour at Wren Place. I though it was great. It just wasn't the right fit - even though they said they could handle aspects of dementia, they didn’t have a separate memory care unit, which is what I was looking for knowing my loved one would need it down the road.

Our loved one complains that the meals are not good. The activities are good but could use more of a variety and the value for the money is to expensive

We have had a pretty easy time with them, they do a pretty good job of taking care of my Father. They just occasionally fail to notify me when outside services have issues.

We are no longer at this facility. It is overpriced. Good homey place. The staff is attentive, but there is not enough. There is unrest amongst the employees. There is not enough activities. Overall, the staff is good but they are understaffed and overworked.
