The communication between the staff and the family was very good. they were very quick to return my calls and were very helpful. I would recommend this community to others. The community is very neat and clean also

They do a great job keeping the community clean, and I have been very satisfied with all of the care services they provide as well as the amenities.

From our understanding and from what our loved one have told us they seem be to be pretty satisfied with the meals. We think the communication has been very good.

I would recommend going to take a tour. I highly recommend it. The activities include: online concerts, bingo, physical activities, swimming pool. There are also afternoon lectures by the staff. They have some afternoon snacks. They are allowing visits in the lobby or outside and supplies for their residents rooms.

This community had a pleasant smell and didn't have a cleaner smell. I feel you get a lot for your buck. I felt the medical staff was good. The director wasn't as good. The nurses are very caring and the CNAs are great. There was always there to help with my loved one. The director stated he called us about my loved one and the National Guard. My family and I never received a call or message from the director. There is no follow up by the director. The food is good and that is a big deal. The meals are very good, and you can go and eat with your loved one. There is a variety of food. The reception area always has someone there and it is a family atmosphere.

I would highly recommend this community. We don't have anything negative to say about it. The staff has been helpful and reach out to us to give us updates. The room size was very comfortable for the residents in independent living. It is just enough space. The community and common areas are beautifully done.

Wingate is a nice place. The seem to really be on top of things and take good care of my mom. They are aware when she isn't feeling well and are quick to notify me and keep me informed of her care. I feel like they are doing a good job. There has been a little bit of staff turnover but I have found that my mother is still being well taken care of. We chose this community because we liked what we saw on our tour, it seemed like a smaller organization, and we liked the location. The building is a little dated but they are working on updates . I would recommend this community to other families.

My husband lived at Melbourne (Wingate) on their Memory Care Unit. They were incredibly caring and knowledgeable, and I believe provide the very best memory care. Memory Care Director [name removed] is just the very best!

[Name removed] gave mom and I some awesome information that really helped us decide that Mom is not ready for assisted live yet. Wingate is a beautiful home and I will consider Wingate when mom is ready.

Brand new facility clean as a whistle with wonderful scents. Facility was hopping with an antique car show, live music, hot chocolate, etc. Very welcoming facility. Outdoor spaces are fantastic . I can imagine a very caring and supportive living arrangement.

I have a parent in memory care at Wingate. Everyone has been helpful from the start. They listen to my concerns and share developments that have seen. They are patient. The place is very clean and the staff is steady, meaning they have worked there many years, which I find reassuring.
