Mom seems to be happy. There is a little push button, if she needs help. They were good and reasonable and very helpful and close to home. I have nothing negative to say.

We toured this location while looking into options for Mom. I didn't get much experience with this community, but what I saw during the tour looked fine. This was on the list of communities we were considering, but we eventually ended up choosing another based on location a good experience with the staff.

I thought this was a nice place. The location of it (how close it was to me) was a big factor in my decision. It was around the same price as the others I was looking at and seemed to have the same services. I was clean and everyone was really nice but it was farther away.

The Greens was nice but that was senior living. If my parents were a little bit better off this would have been a good place for them. It was a little more for people who were on their own and everything. My parents couldn't go there because they needed their meals and they needed their medicine. I didn't want them to have to worry about keeping their medicines straight.

It was good.

Largest of apts. available as compared to other places I viewed.Great staff.They seem to provide better care and services.Because it is a new adventure I will give it good at this time.It should go higher

It's actually going really well, they've been really really helpful. Everybody's got room to grow but the staff as all been really really helpful to us and we've had no issues with the care.

It seems to be going well, off-hand I haven't had any issues, they're taking care of everything. The transition seems to be pretty good, with the disease I'm not too sure what she thinks, everytime I go to see her she asks when she's going home. I know they do activities but I'm not so sure if they do memory loss ones. It's pretty nice for an older place and I'ts in pretty decent shape from what I've seen. I liked that it was one floor and it was smaller so it seemed like she would get more personal attention.

We liked that quite a bit except the place is just so hot. It seemed like every room we went in was just hot. Everybody there seemed to be so nice. That was our second favorite of the four we saw.

We liked this facility very much and plan to bring our aunt there to view it when she is home in October.

While my dad wanted to remain at home, it became clear that he needed assistance and someone "on call" to help at any hour of the day. Greenfield fit the bill. I found the staff helpful, qualified, caring, and engaging. While my dad's health declined to the point where assisted living was no longer the sufficient, Greenfield played a critical role in the life of my dad and family.

They were very good, very responsive, I don't think the rooms were as nice and for her to get in here she would have had to share a room. I didn't really like the surroundings but they food and the people were very nice, but they were much more need than where she is now and aesthitically it wasn't as pleasing.

It's adult senior living but she got to the point where she needed more monitoring. She liked it there, everybody gets accustomed to their surroundings especially with dementia so we didn't want to move her but she needed more care. The people were very nice there and very pleasant, but they don't have staff to do medications and they weren't really in tune with their needs. They did do a lot of activities but I don't think they took care of situations and they would let things just fester, they just let the troops go amuck.

Mom & I met with Jeff on 8/28. Toured Assisted Living and Independent Living units. Dogs can only be in Independent. Can hire care but not ideal.

My Mother moved to Crimson Ridge in May, 2013. She is enjoying the benefits Assisted Living has to offer. Her apartment is lovely , kept clean & efficient for her needs. Her laundry is done well & timely. She says the food is great! The staff is helpful, efficient, friendly and welcoming & accommodating to visiting family members. The surrounding grounds are pretty and well maintained. The cost is in line with the other places we visited. It's a fair value for the services provided. Our family is very happy with Crimson Ridge, it was a good choice for Mom..

Very friendly, engaging atmosphere. Rooms are only studios though, they say designed to get people out doing things. Assisted Living only.

This place had smaller apartments and was more expensive than other facilities I had seen. When I called they suggested they offered independent living options, but they only really offer assisted living. Assisted living requires more care services which is why Atria Penfield is more expensive than the independent care facilities I was comparing them to. If you are looking for independent living, this is not the place to go.

I got a good vibe when I visited here. Lots of activity and participation by residents.
