Our family had an in person tour and it was a very nice and clean community, staff were great but we just did not like the room and bathroom set up

Atria Weston Place seemed like a good facility. Everyone was friendly and seem to get along. There was more interaction between the residents and the staff. It also was organized.

Everything was good - I would recommend Deane Hill Place. It was an easy move-in. The cost seemed reasonable. My loved one just decided that he wanted to go back home, nothing to do with the facility.

I think Anthology of Olathe is comparable to other places. Just like kids in a school cafeteria - no one really likes the food, but that's a personal preference and they can't please everyone. My loved ones apartment is spacious and larger than the facility before. The room comes with a microwave, basic cable, a living room that's separate from the bedroom, and lots of cabinet space. The community offers transportation to appointments and stores, but we haven't used that service just yet. When it comes to communication between the community and our family - when I've contacted them, they have been responsive and I've had no issue with receiving a reply. But I don't hear from them first unless I call or email beforehand. Overall I would recommend Anthology to others.

Our experience at has been pretty good. My loved enjoys being here. The community has lots of activities for the residents to participate in. My loved one enjoys the comradery and the social aspect of it. The food is really good. The housekeeping, changing of linens, all the meals, activities, transportation, the apartment, and utilities(except for a land line, cable, and internet) are included in the monthly price. The only downfall is the cell coverage isn't the best. The building has internet in the entry way, but it would be nice to have it in the entire building. There is a washer and dryer room on each floor. There is a kitchenette in the apartment for the residents to use.

We went to their Easter even and it was great and everybody has been super friendly and our loved ones seem happy. Only thing we are struggling with is the care services and having them stay on top of things and more of a follow through

This is a beautiful place, and you are treated well here. This was not the right fit for my loved one, as my loved one was more limited on what they were able to do than we initially thought. The community did the laundry, housekeeping, changing of linens, transportation, all the meals, and the room that were included in the monthly fee. There was a sink and a little refrigerator in the apartment for my loved one.

The staff is very friendly and very helpful. They really try to help with whatever problem you might have. Any concerns they address immediately. All in all they do a really great job. Overall the facility is clean and well kept up, including the outdoors and exterior. One area for improvement is the on-site doctor visits. It took way too long for the doctor to see my mom after she first moved in. But I've met the doctor, and she is a very nice woman who seemed very concerned about my mom's health. She is knowledgeable and took her time to explain things to me. I just think they might need a second doctor. She sees so many people it's difficult to keep up with all of them.

There taking great care of my loved one. I am glad I found them. The marketing person was great and very informative. I don't have enough nice things to say about her. She went out of her way to answer questions and provide feedback when I was starting out. She helped me navigate this process. This is a locked memory care only facility. It is all on one floor. They have 2 dining rooms, 2 commons areas, 2 sections of memory care. The staff provide a good amount of attention to the residents, especially at meal times. The staff get her up for meals and get her showered, and change her bedding. I know sometimes that can be a challenge. I appreciate the patience and care the staff provide my loved one. They take good care of her, like she is their grandmother or mother in law. They treat her very well.

You have a lot of very well meaning people. The structure needs a little work. They need designated case managers for those in memory care. They could coordinate office visits, family, designated care givers and those sort of things.

Deane Hill Place was not quite as up-to-date, clean, or welcoming as the place we chose.

For the money, its the best buy you can get. They have had a lot of turnover, as do a lot of places right now. Overall, its a very good experience.

My loved one just moved to Deane Hill Place not long ago and so far things are going well. He seems to be very comfortable here and we are happy with the experience thus far.

There wasn't much to do. My loved one was there for respite care after surgery. There was no activities. Everything was clean, the staff was good. The food was good. They supplied everything she needed for her stay.

So far our loved one has not complained about the meals and dining service and they are keeping her very busy with all the activities. We would recommend the Atria South community to others based on our experience so far.

This is a lovely community The people really lovely and you just need to make sure you understand how much care you are going to get for what you are paying.

This was my second community that I was interested in for my loved one. This community was expensive. I wrote the cost and the service that was provided and I ranked all of the communities that I was interested in. It just is personally not my way to go. I had to find a middle ground to make the best living situation for my loved one.

I would recommend the community to others. There are big apartments and the residents have three meals a day here. This is a great value and close to everything. There are lots of storage areas. It is very secure. The food is good, the service could be improved though.

This community is very nice and very effective for your loved one. I would say to talk to the people there and find out the information in order to get a feel for the community. My loved one likes the food a lot.
