My apartment, the grounds and layout, friendliness of the staff and residents, cost. Would I recommend the community to others? That would be their decision after seeing the place. I like it.

Dining server with no exception are fantastic. Cleaning staff is the best. Through and timely life. Enrichment personnel are the best. Great programs and easy to talk too. Food other than to much pork and fish in generally well prepared. Every work order have turned in has been handled properly, promptly, parking lot need more handicapped slot and resident parking permits.

Been here 8yrs and love it. Reasons I am here: Not lonely (have met a lot of people!) Eat 3 meals a day (Do not have to shop unless I want to) Feel safe (receptionist 24/7). Take you to the doctor. Great activities every day places (eat, etc) Activities In-House! My apartment is sound proof. ( Don't hear anyone)

Our building has been built extremely safe. IT in made to with stand all weather and hazard. Extremely quiet between apartments. Our staff is outstandingly concerned about the residents and make every effort to know each one personally. The food is very good and nutrition is cared for. Activities are excellent and varied so there is something for everyone. Outings are great!

I have lived here for 7 years. I feel like I'm on a cruise. Every morning at breakfast I am given a food menu for the day on one side and daily activities for the day and next day on the back. The people at my table discuss what we plan to do and eat. Anyone that says they are bored it is because they wish to be bored. It is truly care-free living.

The Villa is like a home! It's not too big and everyone is like family. The activities are great- so many on things to do!

Staff is professional and caring. The residents are quite confused, and many exhibit bizarre actions; the staff handles this in a kind and respectful manner. My sister appears to suffer from fantasies, and delusions, and the staff seems able to deal with these in an effective yet kindly way.I am glad that I found the facility.

My mother made friends very quickly. Many of her friends from the Northfield moved there also after their facility closed. She feels that everyone live there is friendly. She also likes the staff very much.

The people that work there care about their job and my mother-in-law is not just a number. I especially love the music program and [name removed],is absolutely amazing with the residents! The only improvement I see currently are the church services in the theater.

But I can tell you it is a very nice place. The staff is wonderful. Many activities. The food is good. My mother is very happy there and thriving since her move.

My mom is receiving exceptional care which is helping her adjust to assisted living. The staff welcomes and includes family in the resident's care and assisting with their individual needs. I highly recommend the Village at Towngate for your loved one.

I do not eat at the dining room often but the meals I've had have been delicious and healthy. The staff exceeds expectations every day and the staff tries to provide many varied activities. In fact, they encourage residents to lead activities ourselves. As a result, I facilitate two writing groups to capture written memories for families. I an extremely happy that I left The Gables where my excellent cholesterol levels got shot from fried food daily and got to a place where I can cook my own food in my own villa. It as an important change. I am so glad that I relocated to the Addison at Park Crescent.

The staff is friendly, attentive and patient. They listen to their clients wants and need , and are very accommodating.

The “bones” of this place are built on compassion and dedication; from nursing to the cafeteria, housekeeping, reception, and activities staff There’s a quote that says, “Character is who you are when no one is watching.” During my time here, I witnessed quiet acts of kindness every single day — small, genuine gestures that showed deep respect and love for the residents. I will never find words big enough to describe the level of care my brother — and our entire family — received. I also want to offer a reminder when looking for a place: it’s not uncommon for large corporations to buy out facilities, and those decisions can bring changes, both good and bad. Leadership choices made far from the bedside can impact staff morale, increase costs, and sometimes disrupt daily life. My advice to families is this: don’t just look at brochures. Look at the faces of the residents and staff. Stay involved in the care of your loved one.

I definitely would recommend. You were there when I needed you to be and you did a great job of connecting with my mother.

Staff is very friendly and attentive. A family atmosphere. For the most part, I believe that they actually enjoy their work.

He was a resident for 9 month. The care was expectational never has an issue. Staff and employee were very and caring.

The care my father in law received at Lavender Hills was beyond compare. The staff is caring, compassionate and understanding of both his needs and the needs of one family. My father in law spent the last 9 months of his life at Lavender Hills. It was wonderful to see how well he was cared for there. I was fortunate to see him often and see how well the staff interacted with him. I am so pleased they made his final days so gentle and peaceful.

Check out some others if person looking is mobile and driving. Older community. I would recommend to others.

Everyone there has been wonderful. My mother-in-law is very happy. She just wishes there was more activities that she was interested in. Doesn't seem to be a lot going on. But she's very comfortable and the staff is really nice and she's made some nice friends. She has a room with an exterior door, so she's very happy with its location and with the ability to step outside into the seating areas.
