With your group finding as a match at the Gables of Brighton, it gives the feel of home with Mom's situation a sense of comfort and personal space with the amenities. To include, the food in the dining hall has been very good with a variety of meals. The activities are entertaining and love the interaction between the staff, other residents and the ones that bring in their instruments. With[name removed] and her caregiver team, her group has given me peace of mind to know their various levels of care and being 24/7 if needed was a relief. If any family member of a loved one has experienced the stress of going through stages in their loved one's life, to be an advocate, to compare what a rehab center and/or nursing home... The Gables of Brighton is above and beyond while it doesn't have the constraints that some places have... the Gables of Brighton allows freedom for each resident. I have a tear in my eye as I continue because Mom has passed while she and I wouldn't have wanted it any different during the times of her extra care needed for our peace of mind. I knew that it would be a challenge if I were to get her home to rely on caregivers to travel to/from her house and coordinate the coverage required. With the measures in place, the comfortable living quarters that the Gables of Brighton has to offer, it was much easier for my wife and I for us to relax when needed, work as needed, and not worry since everything seemed to line up at the Gables of Brighton. I'd like to thank [name removed]that was working with you to help us with finding Mom's comfortable and peaceful place with the care she needed. My words cannot express enough.

I would give a five in all categories. They are very friendly and caring. They try to come up with more activities to go with all they have already. My mom likes living there.

Quality of care is very good, We use the pill reminder service. It's very convenient. Admin staff is great. When my wife had to go to the hospital they called because they noticed she was not around. I didn't expect that with an independent living facility. Food is above average. Nice variety of mix fruit and vegetables, soups and entrees. Good quality too. I see many activities posted, although my wife spends most her time doing her own thing. The value we get is great. There is a washer & dryer around the corner, exercise room, nice dining room or you can have meals brought to your door. My wife really loves it here. I am so glad A Place for Mom recommended this place. I would have never found it on my own.

We are thrilled that our mom has been able to live at this wonderful facility. She has made new friends with residents and staff alike and it has allowed her to continue to live independently but under the watchful care of such amazing staff.

My Aunt lived there for about 3 hrs and it was a wonderful experience. The staff is phenomenal, extremely helpful and very patient. I highly recommend and have enjoyed getting to know all that I interacted with over those years. [name removed]

The Villa at Westhampton it’s such a beautiful place. I have a relative that has been there for 2 1/2 years and I visit there every single day . Since I’ve been there, I have gotten to know the staff and a lot of the residents. All of the staff is lovely. The aids especially are so wonderful with the residence, and with just them alone, I would highly recommend this place. You never have to worry about a loved one with how loving and professional these aids are . My relative is extremely happy there. She loves the food they provide and they have so much entertainment so that nobody ever feels lonely or alone. I highly recommend the Villas!

My mom has been at Knoxville Landing a little over a year. I have been extremely pleased with the facility. From the day she moved in the workers have made her feel like family. She is constantly telling me how the workers check on her. I love the variety of activities that are offered daily. I always feel welcome when I stop by for visits. Keep up the good work!!

We highly recommend The Villa at Westhampton. It was time for Dad to make the transition from living alone into an Assisted Living facility. Our first tour was great. They showed us around, answered every question and just made us feel very comfortable. They then set us up to have Dad come by, check the place out and meet the head nurse. After the second meeting we were all even more enthusiastic about the Villa. With the help of the new Community Relations Director we got all the paperwork together and had Dad moved in within two weeks. The Villa is a very beautiful, well put together Assisted Living residence out at the edge of the Hamptons. Dad is very happy, he has made new friends already and the staff is so good at helping with his needs. With 3 great meals a day in their 'restaurant', daily activities to keep everyone busy, all the help and medical assistance necessary and just a great overall feeling of Home it has been an easy transition for him.

I have not had a bad experience at Manor Hills.

The Gables is a friendly community who are welcoming to everyone. Residents have plenty activities or comfortable rooms to just sit & chat. They are happy to assist for any needs. [name removed] & her staff are an extra benefit working for Gables to help with extra cleaning like changing beds, laundry or help with meds & many other needs. My sister has regular help from them at very reasonable prices. Gables does provide house cleaning free once a week from their staff. Residents have their own washer & dryers & larger washers are available in building. The gardens outside are beautiful with benches to enjoy. The dining room is sit down & someone will take order, food is good but don’t always have what’s on menu. I was a little surprised by that. Overall my sister likes her meals especially Sunday brunch. Thanks to everyone at Gables!

I enjoy exercise, bingo, use van for local appointment, have met many friends and old acquainted. Enjoy the entertainment here. We have beautiful large acreages with trees flowers. Tops grocery and pharmacy is just across from us as well as in general.

Knoxville Landing is the perfect place for our mother. It is a lovely property with clean and well-cared for facilities. The loving, kind staff members are always ready to lend a hand or give an encouraging word. You could not find a better or more caring community for your loved one.

Initially, my uncle was moved to Hampshire House by a skilled nursing facility. While suffering from dementia, he was able to absolutely thrive at the Hampshire House. They ensured he was safe, medicated and well fed. They also coordinated his health care visits and made sure he attended them. Our family was incredibly grateful for the compassionate care our uncle received at this facility. Highly recommended!

[name removed] was incredible! We were having issues trying to convince my brother in-law that he needed to be in a place with more people around. He can be ornery. [name removed] exhibited the patience of a saint with him! I so appreciate her!

The staff is very friendly and made my mom feel welcome from day 1. My mom likes that it is a relatively small facility and she had gotten to know several of the other residents. She commented when we first visited that it felt like home.

Tylers Mill-I love it here. It is very nice and everyone is pleasant and kind. Sometimes we go on trips to the dollar store and Walmart. The food is excellent and everyone is like family. I wouldn't change a thing.

I am a resident. I have fun with activities and today we made cupcakes and flowerpots for Mother's Day. My favorite med tech is G. She always makes me smile. The staff is wonderful.

I became a resident about 6 months ago. Everyone is so friendly and kind and there is so much to do. I run the bingo once a week and I love the food and the options for meals. The activities are great and the staff goes out their way to help.

Terry was a pleasure to deal with.The facility is very clean and cheery. Everyone is nice and helpful. I am pleased with how easy this transition has been for my mother. It really is a perfect fit for her. It is not too big of a place so it wasn’t overwhelming for her. It is so nice to see her interacting with everyone. She really is thriving here.
