The staff is very friendly and welcoming. The building is beautiful and very clean. Lots of activities and yes, we would recommend Heritage Oaks to other families based on the experience so far. Valerie the manager is a gem. She personally visited my Mom today. My mom hasn't sounded this optimistic and like herself since before her fall on[date removed]. I really appreciate it.

I'm so pleased with Heritage Oaks and the community it represents. I'll senior friend is so much happier, comfortable and well fed at Heritage Oaks. Our senior friend is so proud of his new home.

Very comfortable to live- staff is absolutely outstanding. Activities are well planned and very fun. My husband and I have been coming here each summer and able to spend the beautiful summer each time. The staff treats the visitors and residents so nicely!

The managerial staff is spectacular! They truly care about all the residents and their families. They keep in close contact, are always available and are visible all day during the week. Their doors are open, they walk around and check on residents, they are very caring. The activities director is fabulous and makes sure to include everyone in daily activities. She makes it a point to learn everything about the residents and she's been there 18 years. Mom went to another center for only a month and we got her out as soon as we could. This place is such a welcome change!!

My overall experience was definitely a 5. From the administration to the nurses to the aides. They all treated my father with dignity and respect. I was very happy we chose Maiden Park.

Village at Riverglen is fantastic! We are extremely happy with our choice for care for my husband. We would absolutely recommend this community to other families based on the experience so far.

It has been 7 weeks since my mother moved into Lavender Hills and the transition is going smoothly. There have been a few issues that have been resolved. I have had to adjust to the fact that things go missing from my mother's room, but I was warned this could happen and understood that this is normal for the residents to move things from one room to another. This is not a serious issue to me.

Due to an urgent & unexpected move, my father was placed in Lavender Hills Memory Care. He spent the last 9 months of his life there and I could not have asked for better care. The staff was so pleasant every time I was there. They would send me pictures of my dad throughout the week. My dad was very happy spending the last 9 months here. Thank God for places like Lavender Hills!

The Culinary Director and I have had many conversations about food. We have committees. The staff is friendly and there when needed. I am impressed with the cleanliness. My health has improved so I am leaving the community, but I will miss everyone.

The remodeled sections great. older sections not so clean. The residents and all staff are great. Parents are in independent living but all staff is very responsive to their requests. The food is not like mom used to prepare but edible. big plus that chef meets with residents and ask for suggestions for the week and prepared them. . my parents like cranberry landing because it is smaller in size. this allows them to feel like they are sharing facilities with friends and family. versus being in an institution.

My stay was very enjoyable and great. The care was excellent and I always got the information I needed when I asked. I hope that I can come back one day. The food and service was excellent. I made a couple of friends here too.

The staff are all wonderful. Very friendly and caring. They are always there to answer questions and to help with anything I might need or want. The facility is nice and everything is relatively convenient. The residents here are amazing, so friendly. It's pretty rare to even pass anyone in the hall without them smiling, saying hello, and welcoming me.

I work her with someone as a aid and all they worker are so kind and nice there always helping you. They front desk worker are very nice and friendly people and they kitchen workers are very nice people. They take very good care of there resident. [name removed] who cook go above and beyond [name removed] is always going out her way to help anyone she always smiling.

Good location. Staff are very friendly and kind to residents. Easy to work with as far as admissions. Very responsive. Lots of activities for residents to participate in. Also has a security guard on staff and someone at reception desk

This is the third independent living center my mom has lived in and is definitely the best of them all. The employees are all very friendly and helpful, especially the front desk and dining room staff. Biweekly free shuttle service is a great convenience. The affordable in-house aide service makes it possible for residents to stay even when they need additional help not typically available in an independent living center. I highly recommend this facility for anyone looking for comfort and care.

My mother, who is staying in an Independent Living apartment, really likes her apartment. It's bright and nicely set up. She really likes the dining room atmosphere. The food is good, and the staff is friendly and accommodating. The residents she's met have all been friendly. My brother is in Memory Care. The staff is caring and provides a friendly atmosphere for the residents.

I would say a 5 especially after my trials with the Manor at Woodside in Pok! Gables is half the cost, includes a kitchen, washer/dryer in the apartment, more storage and living space and fantastic food! The staff are really nice and for the most part so are the residents. Also cable tv ane wifi at no cost. The moving co robbed me but wirh 14 days to plan and vacate I guess some things didn't get vetted. Overall a good move and I'd recommend it!

After my father passed away it was a bit of a whirlwind trying to find a place for my mom to live. The staff at Manor Hills was willing to meet us at 7pm to do a tour. All of my questions were answered while we were there. My mom was offered a private room that she could move into immediately. This took away all of my worry. The room is very nice. I know she is well cared for and safe. She has adjusted quite nicely to her new home and enjoys living at Manor Hills.
