My parents recently moved to The Gables and we continue to be impressed by the friendliness of the residents as well as the compassion and true caring spirit of the staff! From the front desk and office staff, to the support from [name removed] Angels, our experience has been nothing but positive. We sleep easier knowing they are in such a great place with caring staff to provide a little oversight!

We've had a great experience. They've been able to get my mom to eat meals in the dining g room which she wasn't doing in her previous place. Her apt is very spacious and homey. All staff seem to really care about the residents. She hadn't really participated in a lot of activities except weekly happy hour which she seems to enjoy.

I would definitely rate the Addison as a 5! I am not the resident, my older brother is. He raves about the food, how it's a gourmet meal every night. The housekeeping services are great. His apartment is really lovely. He has the one bedroom with a balcony, which overlooks beautiful park like grounds with walking paths. The staff is wonderful! From the girls at concierge to the maintenance guy. Friendly, caring and always there for you. He has made many friends in the month and a half he is there. Enjoyed a Veterans Day pizza party with fellow Vets and residents. It has been an overall great experience for him and he loves it there. That, in and of itself, is a great relief to know he's independent, but never alone!

I’ve been here for several years and it is so nice here! And that’s from the heart, this is my home and some of the workers here are some of my best friends. Since I’ve moved here I am so happy with my experience here. I recommend Knoxville Landing to anyone and everyone. It’s my home and I love it.

The Gables feels like home because of the warmth and friendliness of the staff and residents. The staff will help in any way until a problem is resolved. The food is important to me because of my dietary restrictions. But, the choices are enough to keep me full. I appreciate the free rides to medical appts Tues and Fri.

This is a very well maintained community both inside and outside! The outside is very well hand scraped and maintained. While the interior maintained daily all hallways and community rooms. I make to point talk with new resident at meal time. A modern 3 story building with two elevators for resident convenience. The 4 for dining needs explanation. They have improved meals greatly in the past year but still need more attention to meals and service.

The Gables is a warm friendly comfortable and caring facility. It is well maintained and any problems are dealt with promptly the meals are good, well prepared plated and the wait staff is friendly and helpful. I have been away on general long trips. But always mess The Gables and am anxious to get back "home".

Mom felt comfortable from the first moment. Both residents and staff were very welcoming. I would definitely recommend Riverglen to anyone looking for a caring elderly community.

There are a lot of activities to choose from and outings for pleasure, meals and shopping. It is back away from busy traffic and walkways to enjoy the outside. It is close to a lot of stores etc.

It was a wonderful facility. We were grateful for the care our mother received. We appreciated the friendliness of the staff, the cleanliness of the facility, and the fact that we always felt like she was safe and in very good hands.

I like to opportunity o be around people. Yes I would recommend!

Staff is very friendly and involved. Lots of activities daily. The facility is dated but well cared for. She has made many friends. They have an Ambassador program so new residents are less scared starting out. Room sizes vary but we were able to make her a comfortable bedroom in the around 520 sq ft room.

Husband was a resident. Staff treated him well. He was always dressed neatly, his room was kept tidy, lots of activities to keep him busy. Food was good. Aides checked on him often. I would highly recommend this facility.

I toured The Greens, looking for an appropriate Independent Living facility for my mom. I was greeted by the Director and she provided a very informative tour of the different apartment choices, the dining room, and many other amenities. After the tour, I received printed material and had the time to ask questions, which were all answered. I discussed the Greens with my mom, and within a month we had moved her in! Her apartment is filled with her furniture, her tables and everything from her home that was important to have in her new apartment. The employees treat my mom with respect and answer any and all of her questions, and they look out for all of the residents.

The staff is extremely helpful and friendly. The dining experience was wonderful because the helpers would take my mom to all meals. The food is excellent along with the 24hr. Coffee station available. Addison is beautiful and always clean.

I will rate all categories a 5! This place is clean, staff is friendly and accommodating, everyone is engaged in the overall care of the residents! They seem to be cloning these friendly, helpful, and respectful staff members, as they all are doing a great job!! The food is well seasoned and the portion sizes are appropriate. The dining room staff do a really good job catering to these grandma's and grandpas!?? Residents are encouraged to get involved in the many activities, but are not required. Great value for money!! My sister is adjusting nicely and the entire family has visited Fields of Florissant and agrees with my assessment.

The staff is very friendly and they make sure your needs are satisfied. Example such as my mother needed help getting to the dining area and so they sent helpers to guide her there and back to her room. When she was not well, they delivered meals to her.

I’m very happy here, it’s been a little over a year since I moved in and don’t have any complaints! I met nice people and I enjoy the food here- It’s very good. The activities are nice and I would say it feels like home here.

Recently I visited a friend who busted move in. I walked in and was greeted with smiles and could hear laughter. I am so happy my friend found a place that is full of energy and felt like home. I loved the koi pond at the front entrance. My friend said the food was good. The place seemed clean and th aides were very happy.
