Magnolia at Front Royal has been a blessing to my family. The staff is incredibly caring, compassionate, and experienced, and they treat residents with the same kindness and respect they would their own family members. From the moment my dad moved in, we have felt confident that he is safe, comfortable, and receiving excellent care. The facility is always clean, welcoming, and well-maintained. I especially appreciate the engaging activities offered for memory care residents, which help keep them active, involved, and connected. One thing that truly stands out is how responsive the staff is. Any concerns or questions from family members are addressed promptly and professionally, giving us tremendous peace of mind. Over time, the staff has come to feel like an extension of our family. Another benefit is the fixed monthly rate, which eliminates unexpected charges and makes planning much easier. Magnolia Assisted Living provides outstanding care, and I highly recommend it .

I definitely recommend it's a wonderful facility. The staff are fantastic. He is on the independent side so for now he has limited assistance, but one of my favorite things about the facility is the check-in lights that they have every day they have residents check-in using a call light in their apartment so that the concierge can see that every resident has checked in for the morning that they are OK if they do not receive a check-in call between 4 and 8 AM they send a staff to go and check on the patient.

Facility is clean and very well maintained. Staff love these residents like family. Staff are very easy to talk to and make you fell welcome.

The construction is definitely a negative. The staff is attentive and helpful.

The food could be improved, and the entrance fee feels a bit high and could benefit from a discount. I chose the place mainly because of its overall atmosphere

We have been a resident of the Villa’s in the Village at Fairways for 3 1/2 years now and we definitely made the right choice. We have the privacy that we love along with the connections to other Villas and the main house residents. I love cooking and baking which I continue to do and now I have the option of joining others for lunch or dinner at the main house when I want a change or too tired to make dinner. And the food is very good. When friends or family come for a visit, we take them to the main house for a meal, which makes entertaining so much easier. Another thing I am very impressed by is the quality of the residents who reside here. They are a very caring community and willing to be a friend and help you in many different ways. We also attend a variety of programs offered in the main house from crafts, historical events, movies, concerts, different card games etc. My husband also enjoys playing billiards twice a week with group of men. A key point for me was that Knoxville Landing felt warm and like a home for my parents rather than a facility. The staff is knowledgeable, caring, and professional but also very friendly and supportive.

The staff in Memory care are amazing. They have hands down been the best part about Deane Hill. I wish they would do more with the people who are still more cognitively there though.

Staff all seem caring and involved with the residents. Mom loves the food and especially her balcony - apartment is good size for her needs.

My father really likes the food and I no longer have to worry whether or not he is eating adequately. It is very clean and smells good. They are short staffed and it takes a long time for my father to get help getting in and out of bed.

Administrative staff are close and work together well. I feel like they truly care for my mom as a person and resident.

They are a true 5 stars. I would give them a 100 if I could. Staff, from top administrators to volunteers, all have been great. No one has ever given us any issues and are always ready to help. It is a very clean senior living facility. There is always someone walking around and picking up. There are a variety of room types- assisted and enhanced, private or semi private, small, medium and large living areas. It is a comforting feeling to know your loved one is being well cared for, as you would care for them yourself. There are daily activities for loved ones to partake of if the mood strikes. I would highly recommend this facility and I commend all those for their professionalism as well as compassion towards the residents and their families.

Thank you for the special care you take at The Villa. I’ve been visiting my friend there, for the past few years. Your attention to detail for her care (from her meds, to the menu, to her laundry, even the movie theater) is so appreciated. The facility is always immaculate. The receptionists greet guests with a friendly smile and are able to to render helpful information when needed. Messages are always delivered. Phone calls are returned. I am kept up to date on m friend’s personal needs, and when she has a medical emergency I receive a call so I can get to her or the hospital in a timely way. All your work is individualized and kindly administered. The entire staff is to be commended. Caring for infirm people is a tremendous time-consuming and emotional challenge. I never see evidence of that stress when I visit, or when I take up time with my concerns. Thank you for all that The Villa does, you are a model to be copied.

We really enjoyed our tour of Brookdale - The staff were kind and welcoming but not overly performative so it felt natural. The tour felt paced well, not rushed and covered all details or corners of the building. Answered all my dad's questions with care, Finding a place for my dad has been a challenging experience. Brookdale isn't new and shiney, however, it's a clean and well maintained building filled with warm and engaged staff. I'm excited to get my dad moved in and spend time there visiting him.
