Caring & compassionate staff; my mom was a nightmare, but they accommodated her. I would recommend to others.

I definitely recommend it's a wonderful facility. The staff are fantastic. He is on the independent side so for now he has limited assistance, but one of my favorite things about the facility is the check-in lights that they have every day they have residents check-in using a call light in their apartment so that the concierge can see that every resident has checked in for the morning that they are OK if they do not receive a check-in call between 4 and 8 AM they send a staff to go and check on the patient.

Facility is clean and very well maintained. Staff love these residents like family. Staff are very easy to talk to and make you fell welcome.

The construction is definitely a negative. The staff is attentive and helpful.

The food could be improved, and the entrance fee feels a bit high and could benefit from a discount. I chose the place mainly because of its overall atmosphere

Our needs were understood and we were given wonderful guidance. My brother is VERY happy at Addison. Absolutely would and have recommended. This is my family's second time using your company's service

We have been a resident of the Villa’s in the Village at Fairways for 3 1/2 years now and we definitely made the right choice. We have the privacy that we love along with the connections to other Villas and the main house residents. I love cooking and baking which I continue to do and now I have the option of joining others for lunch or dinner at the main house when I want a change or too tired to make dinner. And the food is very good. When friends or family come for a visit, we take them to the main house for a meal, which makes entertaining so much easier. Another thing I am very impressed by is the quality of the residents who reside here. They are a very caring community and willing to be a friend and help you in many different ways. We also attend a variety of programs offered in the main house from crafts, historical events, movies, concerts, different card games etc. My husband also enjoys playing billiards twice a week with group of men. I was overwhelmed and needed some direction. I was given names of places that I could look at. They completely understood the assignment. I would gladly recommend your services to others.

A key point for me was that Knoxville Landing felt warm and like a home for my parents rather than a facility. The staff is knowledgeable, caring, and professional but also very friendly and supportive.

The staff in Memory care are amazing. They have hands down been the best part about Deane Hill. I wish they would do more with the people who are still more cognitively there though.

Staff all seem caring and involved with the residents. Mom loves the food and especially her balcony - apartment is good size for her needs.

Administrative staff are close and work together well. I feel like they truly care for my mom as a person and resident.

They are a true 5 stars. I would give them a 100 if I could. Staff, from top administrators to volunteers, all have been great. No one has ever given us any issues and are always ready to help. It is a very clean senior living facility. There is always someone walking around and picking up. There are a variety of room types- assisted and enhanced, private or semi private, small, medium and large living areas. It is a comforting feeling to know your loved one is being well cared for, as you would care for them yourself. There are daily activities for loved ones to partake of if the mood strikes. I would highly recommend this facility and I commend all those for their professionalism as well as compassion towards the residents and their families.

Thank you for the special care you take at The Villa. I’ve been visiting my friend there, for the past few years. Your attention to detail for her care (from her meds, to the menu, to her laundry, even the movie theater) is so appreciated. The facility is always immaculate. The receptionists greet guests with a friendly smile and are able to to render helpful information when needed. Messages are always delivered. Phone calls are returned. I am kept up to date on m friend’s personal needs, and when she has a medical emergency I receive a call so I can get to her or the hospital in a timely way. All your work is individualized and kindly administered. The entire staff is to be commended. Caring for infirm people is a tremendous time-consuming and emotional challenge. I never see evidence of that stress when I visit, or when I take up time with my concerns. Thank you for all that The Villa does, you are a model to be copied.

My sister is the one staying there, but I helped her move in. [Name Removed] the community relations director, and [Name Removed] the resident care director, are excellent. They both very helpful and did all they could to make the move and transition smooth. From what I can see, they are very good to the residents. The place looks clean and well kept.

This is the best place to stay for independent retirement living. The staff is very helpful and friendly at all times. My mother absolutely enjoyed her staff. She could always count on the helpers to take her to the dining room. My mother absolutely enjoyed her stay!

I’m a resident here and they distribute the medicine on time and a good manner! The people here are caring, respectful and help the residents. My friends that I met here are great. I’m so happy here I really am.

Visited a family friend this past week. Love the staff here! They're so friendly and know their residents. Very clean and friendly. Overheard the postman give praise to how kind they are to him here and make sure he's hydrated. everyone here always has a smile on their faces and residents seem to love the food and activities. Very impressed.
