It is more affordable than the other Atrias. It needs some improvement on the outside and maybe some updating inside. That being said, my mother's studio was freshly painted and new carpeting was installed. The staff is helpful and caring. The common areas are clean. The outside in the back is pretty with a pool.

I am happy here, it was the right choice for me at the right time. The rent includes weekly cleaning of the apartments. I am impressed by the entire staff...very helpful and always willing to answer questions. The Gables is an independent living place which means if the resident can pay the rent, they can live here. There is an activities calendar provided each month. There are week trips to select grocery stores and drug stores within a certain radius

The day I moved in there was a problem with staff and it has taken several months to fill. Not a bad place for the money. I mean no harm to anyone only thought it was interesting no house keeping staff kitchen short staff plus others.

I don't eat there. Coming completely to a new area, and it had closeness to necessary areas that I needed. Overall it is a nice, but the administration needs to up their game and communication is terrible.

The director is great. It's a challenge to keep high quality staff at those type of facilities. So, I didn't get to know many of the aides that well. I appreciated all they did for my mom, who passed away last year. I would recommend Anthology of Olathe to others.

Easy accessibilty to washer& dryer and trash containers. Elevator right place. Entertainment if want and library with other things to do. Stores not to far.

I would recommend Heritage Oaks as a great value for the money. I looked at a lot of places and most of them were far more expensive than this facility is. In comparison, Heritage Oaks is not as upscale but is overall a good deal.

My mom is currently a resident at Tylers Mill Senior Living and the overall experience has been mostly very good so far. The move in process was great. The food sometimes could be better. Overall, my mom is happy at the place.

It's a good place.

I have been here with my husband for about a year and a half. We chose this Villa because we liked the spacious apartment and the feeling of community and friendship that the people here have offered us. We have made many friends here. We have found activities that we enjoy. I work on the library and help out with the gardening. I also have joined the cut-ups to make mats for the homeless and I have joined chime choir which is fun and team effort.

An excellent place to establish long-lasting friendships. Lots of activities. Happy hours with entertainment. Large patio to enjoy the out of doors. Many large trees to give that outdoor environment. You are allowed to plant flowers and to set up feeding stations for the birds.

I liked that the facility was small so the care was very personal. The room was great! It felt like an upscale condo. Common areas were comfortable and very well decorated. I would recommend Tyler's Mill to others looking.

The staff was always kind and caring and took good care of Mom. I would highly recommend Peregrine Senior Living at Crimson Ridge Garden to those looking for memory care for a loved one.

I would recommend Heritage Oaks to others. However, if the resident has any serious medical conditions this is not the place for them. Otherwise, it is a nice place to live.

My mother is currently a resident at The Gables of Brighton and the experience has been very good. Overall, I am quite pleased with her experience. In particular, the aide staff has been very supportive of my mother's needs.

We found the Gables of Brighton through a Place for Mom when looking for short term respite care while our mom was completing cancer treatment at the Wilmont Cancer Center. After visiting several other facilities, we decided that our mom would feel most comfortable here. The proximity to the hospital was perfect. Mom’s respite apartment was clean, newly furnished, well appointed with everything she needed and the view of a little lake right out her windows was especially nice. The staff was very warm and friendly. [Name Removed]and [Name Removed]were great to work with. [Name Removed]and her care team of nursing aides were wonderful. They gave mom her meds, brought her meals when she was not feeling well enough to go down to the dining room, sat with her and chatted and gave her lots of TLC. Although mom was very sick while she was there, she made several friends with the other residents. The facility really is very pretty and well maintained. It’s a lovely community!

We really loved the location and the villa accommodations, but there was frequent turnover.

It feels and smells clean, I love that. However the responsiveness to maintenance issues needs to be improved. I also loved how close it is to our house.

The place is fairly expensive but has a wide range of levels of care and activities. It suited my mother well during her last couple of months of life. We picked the community because of its location, it's thoughtful staff, and range of support.

Great food. Friendly staff. Need more responsive pharmacy. Nice people. Have active and happy residents everywhere. Also the food is important to elderly. They understand that.
