While everyone is very nice and friendly, there are procedural things that are poorly executed. Paperwork not processed on time, miscommunication between administrators and staff, difficulty communicating with anyone beyond the front desk person. Some information has to be requested, and if you don't know what to request you won't get that information.

Great place, a bit short on help and some employee turnover over issues but other than that, good experience.

For the most part, this facility is great. Especially [name removed]. She couldn't have been more helpful. All of the aides are great except for one who is particularly nasty. Also, mom lost socks, panties and a pair of pajama bottoms after she sent them to the laundry.

My mother finds the staff to be very pleasant and helpful. [name removed] Angel's have been instrumental in helping her for the past 5 months throughout her back and forth from the hospital. The grounds are beautiful, and she enjoys sitting on the patio with her friends in the evening. They have some fun activities that she enjoys; especially the church service. The one inconsistency is the food. It tends to be on the dry side, and they typically will run out of main entree meals during lunch and dinner. Overall, she has grown accustomed to her new living arrangements with the help of staff and a close-nit community of friends.

The staff over all is friendly. I've had a problem with them giving my mom her meds as prescribed. Her laundry seems to be getting done tho they are not using the detergent I purchased so I dnt know what they are using. Activities that were initially offered are not being done. Church services are not being offered.

Overall we were impressed by the direct care staff at Maiden Park. Everyone was so welcoming for Dad. The intake process was clear & pleasant. Unfortunately writhing this initial 2 weeks Dad was sent out to the hospital twice. He had a fall the 1st weekend and then a week later his behaviors were beyond what the team could manage. Disappointed to receive a call from the administrator while Dad was in the hospital with the message "Dad can't return". After only 8 Nights at Maiden Park a no return notice was a shock. Not willing to proved more time for adjustment with the whole transition. Challenged to comment further with such a short experience with Maiden Park.

The family experience under the previous management was superior to the current management. We've heard that multiple people have quit and employee retention seems very disconcerting. But they did take good care of my loved one.

The medical aides & dining room attendants are top notch. Friendly to family & care deeply for the well being of the residences. The ladies in the activity center, keep the residence engaged. There is always something to do, whether it be mind games, exercise, reading the news or watching a movie. [name removed] is always so energetic and just an all-around joy.

We've (my sister and I) been happy with everyone we've dealt with from the front desk, medical assistants, etc. no complaints here. It's good value for the price.

Staff seems to be good people that will help in any way they can. All is good.

My Mom is a (94 year old) resident at Manor Hills and the staff are all so kind to her. She is well cared for and it's great peace of mind for the family knowing someone is watching over her. The facility is clean and the grounds are very nice and look over a pretty golf course. Mom enjoys the many activities provided and the staff makes them fun. This facility provides music and church services on an on-going basis which Mom enjoys as well. The only thing she ever complains about is that the meals are not very good. Other than that, she and the family are very pleased with this home. Thank you!

Each senior has different needs and tastes of food but all I've experienced it is such a nice place staff caters to residents in a very caring way. The administration is very helpful and kind to the family as this is a very hard decision to make for our loved ones to feel comfortable and still engaged in life activities.

Allways welcoming. The staff listens to the residents. As an example, I was there one day and the chef was talking with residents. The subject was what do you like, what we can discontinue and is there something you would like we haven't had. Not all activities appeal to all but the variety provides choices. Communications ++ If I was ready it would be high on my list to consider.

There are several room types available from 1 bedroom apartments to a 3 bedroom villa. The staff is very caring and the residents are welcoming. This is a pet friendly establishment in a rural setting but close to all conveniences.

The people at the facility are professional, and when you request something, they usually act immediately.

Meals are improving not so much starch. Friendly and helpful staff, clean, wide variety of activities.

When mom first moved in last year, all was well. Then a month or two later, there was a change in management positions and things started going downhill. As of today, we are still having issues with lack of supervision and too many mistakes being made. Some that could be detrimental to someone’s health. If my mom didn’t have us to advocate for her, not sure what would happen to her. We are now in communication with the president and VP of Willow Ridge to try to get things straightened out.

Only concern i have is that at times especially in evenings they are under staffed with the aides. Sometimes i have to keep searching around to find an aide who can let out of facility. Also at times there are younger aides who dont seem to really want to be there.

My mom stayed in the respite apartment while she was at the Gables. It was beautifully furnished and felt new and fresh. She even had a nice view of the pond they have next to the building. The main lobby is lovely and the dining room was also very nice. Mom didn't have a big appetite while she was there, but she did enjoy the meals and especially the social opportunity to meet new friends. The staff there is very kind. We used the nursing care team which is associated with the Gables. They were wonderful and so sweet to my mom. Overall it was a very positive experience and although mom's time there was shorter than we hoped, we were grateful she was there. The administrative staff, especially [name removed], were so caring and easy to work with.
