Still have a water problem in bathroom. Food is usually good not great. Staff is very professional and helpful. The people are very friendly and Tracy is doing a great job.

The staff and communication was superb. They truly form a bond with the patients and it becomes more of a extended family. The staff were great and they made the place. I have one concern I’d like to share. When my family member moved in, I understood that after two full years of private payment, she would be able to remain at the community once Medicaid began. I worked diligently for many months to ensure everything stayed on track so she could meet that two-year mark. As we approached that timeframe, I asked about assistance with the Medicaid process. While the community did not have an in-house advocate, I was provided with the contact information for someone who could help, and I began making arrangements. I felt encouraged that we were moving in the right direction. However, shortly before the holidays, I received unexpected news that changed the situation. The timing and shift in expectations were difficult to navigate, especially after planning carefully based on my initial understanding. I share this simply to encourage clearer communication around long-term financial transitions so families can plan accordingly.

Mom has been there for just over a month and likes it well so far. The staff all seem to be good to the residents and their families, and are attentive to their needs.

Visits frequently,the staff especially the ones who attending the front desk,are very kind and friendly.Front Area clean also Dining room.Visted today,after snow and ice storm I don't think the parking lot,driveway,walkway,we're cleared enough for the safety of the residents and visitors.I realize it was an difficult clearing process due to the Ice.But more should have been done.

The Village has been nice so far. The staff are all super kind and friendly. It's only been 2 months, but I would recommend it at this point. Lower price and still great accommodations.

Quality of care is usually good but is sometimes inconsistent.

What we like the most about the community is the accessibility and yes I would recommend Village of Fairways to other families based on the experience.

My dad complains about overcooked food every day and doesn't like their coffee. Found out it's Folgers. Dad had a simple and bland diet before and more so now. Would take his complaints with some skepticism. Nursing staff readily available but lacks follow through. Dad has lost 6 lbs in last 30 days said they would contact PCP for Ensure 5 days ago still not. [removed name] runs the place he's available I've met with him several times and exchanged emails. Puts out surveys for input.

The building looks good initially but is showing wear. Her room is a studio and has a small kitchen. Has room for a washer/dryer but she doesn't have or need. The stove/oven is not hooked up per our request. The complex is independent living. She (or myself)is required to take care of her unit. Her unit is a bit rough around the edges. Paint scratches, etc. The nursing is another issue. The staff at the gables is fine. We really haven't had any issues with management or dining. She says the food is good! Nursing is interesting. [name removed] said they would be able to handle whatever is needed. But.... They are understaffed! In fact, we still haven't received a bill yet so we don't know what pay level we're at. Communication isn't the best for the nursing. When the nurse who organizes the meds says she'll be there in 5 minutes or so, then never shows up. She uses a pill box, organizes the beginning of the week and uses a cup to dole out the meds. We've had issues with meds being missed. Still working on a system for accountability. Accountability is our biggest issue.

The Gables has a friendly atmosphere; the staff are fun and caring. It is well-maintained; maintenance does a pretty good job with addressing issues. The food quality fluctuates but, they continue to take suggestions and improve. Activities seen plentiful even though I dont personally participate in much choice.

The outstanding activity directors and staff at Crimson Ridge Gardens are very loving and respectful of all the residents. They try their very best to keep everyone engaged and active. My mother feels very comfortable in her nice, clean room. The meals and snacks are also very good. My Mom also loves her hair stylist there that comes on Tuesdays. What a beautiful home!

She likes it there very much it is a bit far for me Billing dept. was difficult to deal with. We are at a point at end of contract and exploring some options

The staff was excellent, patient, especially [name removed](I think that's her name). The room was a good size and exactly what my mom was looking for.

The village at towngate overall is a great place. Would love to see more nurses vs med tech. Nice to have transportation to appointments which is huge! Staff is friendly. Lots of activities.

What we like the most about the community is the all inclusive plan. Yes, we would recommend this community to other families and already have.

I have only been here a short while but I gave been made to feel welcome by staff and fellow residents. I have been busy with my church and a handicapped brother who doesn't live with me, but I do my best to keep informed with building activities which I find interesting as well as entertaining.

Staff is very helpful. Room are clean.

Manor House was the best choice for my mom. She enjoys it there, and she has made new friends. Mom even says she loves the Manor House. The only reason I didn't give them five stars is because they were just starting new management the week my mom moved in, and it was a little chaotic.

4.5 just because there's been changes since my mom first moving in there and then something not explained thoroughly enough (Aide service). o, the dining room has went under many new staff. They finally have a cook now after not having one for a week or two or sporadic people filling in. The Aide service is fine but for those residents who can't or don't text, it's not a good set up for elderly people. Lots don't know how to text or own a cell phone. Then the pricing of Aides at The Gables. I was told it's $[fee removed] for 7-2; $[fee removed] from 2-10 and then $[fee removed] for overnights. Still not sure how the pricing is but after a $[fee removed] bill. Something is off. So far it's been a good one, despite my mom still trying to adjust but she's getting there slowly but surely. Everyone is helpful and understanding

Food was better when it was [community removed]. Towngate went out of their way to try to get mom a bit more active- even at 100 yrs old. Wellness Group & communication to us was very good. Staff very helpful & friendly. Rooms were spacious for single person. Overall, family was very pleased with Towngate & we're pleased when they took her back.
