Very good staff who care. It was chosen primarily because of nearby location. I would recommend to others.

Some activities available, but seem mostly geared to enfeebled people. General population age seems to be well over 80. Not a lot of stimulation for the able-minded. Meals delivered efficiently and politely, quality of food is pretty institutional. Salesman paints such a rosy picture, but halls, rooms are sloppily painted. One-bedroom apartments are quite roomy, w lots of closet space.

The food could be better but the staff and residents are welcoming and friendly. It isn't in the best area of Richmond but is close to Chippenham hospital which is a plus. Also the emergency button they offer as a benefit of staying there requires a monthly subscription which is not made clear at first.

The staff at The Gables of Brighton are mostly good. The meals are decent, but often not as hot as they should be. There has been little communication with the family, but it has been pretty good with my parents. The maintenance staff is lacking. They don't seem to know what they are doing. In my opinion, and that of my parents, the Executive Director is a bit aloof. He seems to talk down to residents and I'm not sure that he cares what they have to say. Based on our experience, I do recommend The Gables of Brighton for the cost.

My mom is currently a resident at The Manor House Independent and Enriched Care and overall it's been a good experience for her at this facility so far. The environment is one of community. It is low key and everyone knows each other and greets/says hello to each other. Although I think all facilities are too expensive, the cost of this facility is less than some of the other facilities in the area. They do a really good job overall. I would recommend The Manor House Independent and Enriched Care to others.

What our family likes the most about the Atria Weston Place is that it is a smaller community that is all on one level. The staff members there are attentive and have supervision over the residents. We usually get good communication with the staff team there. Depending on what features they were looking for, yes we would recommend them to other families

I can't say enough good things!! The Legacy people are wonderful. All the aids treat my mom like a queen even when she's fussy and confused, and the nurses all seem to genuinely care about the residents. Even the front desk staff and the maintenance man are caring and friendly. My only minor quibble would be with onboarding, mainly communicating details like how and when transfer to their onsite physicians will occur etc. But that's truly minor given all the things they do for the residents and the great care they are providing to my mom. My mom lived with us for 4 years after her stroke, and I worried a lot about having her in a facility, but Legacy has taken that worry away.

My loved one is currently a resident at Atria South Setauket. I've had good experiences with all of the staff that I've interacted with, except for one. My loved one's room is always clean, bed is made and bathroom tidy when I'm there. The laundry is done once a week. They communicate with me when necessary and check in when they see me there for a visit. The move in was very smooth on their end. They let us start moving stuff in a week before my loved one moved in. I would and have recommended Atria South Setauket to others.

The staff was very helpful and friendly at Hampshire House, but they seemed to be short staffed. The staff was also very helpful during the move in process. It took my Mom almost two weeks to get a land line phone, which was her only line of communication and could have been better handled. The medical personnel were in the dining area serving food. The lack of fresh fruit and vegetables was disappointing. My Mom says that a lot of the meals have some type of gravy on them. My Mom was able to bring her cat, which was a blessing! The facility is generally very clean. I would highly recommend this facility to others!

Overall it was a good experience as the staff worked with me on getting my mother moved in and getting her established in the facility. However, she really needed more than assisted living as an Alzheimer's patient. They were unable to accommodate her particular needs, such as ensuring she took her medication as you can with a person who only requires the aid of assisted living. I would recommend.

I find the staff to be very friendly and welcoming. My mother is fond of them. Examples of staff that are great...Dining room staff. Front desk staff, 'Red Shirts' they're called. They deliver pharmacy, make beds, answer button calls. The residents that my mother has become friends with are just great...she has a lot of friends. That's the best of it. My mother says the executive staff hear residents complaints and do nothing!!! I agree. I think there are a lot of people there that actually belong in nursing care...my mother is very sharp and she tells me of residents that are exhibiting mental issues. I think they're hurting for residents...think their numbers are down since my mother moved there. The cleaning staff is scant. I do a lot of cleaning myself. I know the food was better but now that's not too great either. Lots of fish, only great desserts for special occasions. Overall, I wouldn't move my mother because she's used to it. She pays $[removed] a month. If you want any help it's $[removed] plus more a month. Do I think they should be doing more? I do. I respond to every survey. Offer better food, modern interior, and more activities. Doesn't happen.

Mother was only there for two weeks, so except for their very strict COVID procedures at the time, I really don't have any other comments.

The staff was friendly and helpful, they did have a lot of activities to offer residents, and always tried to answer our questions. My mom didn't take advantage of a lot of the activities but people were very friendly.

The food started out great but has declined a lot in the short time there. Went from full hot breakfast daily to a continental breakfast daily and now a hybrid due to complaints from residents. Food quality in general dropped off a lot due to losing the lead chef.

We visited Tylers Mills to see if it could be a home for dad. We found it to be pleasant, active and caring. Facility was clean and the patients were friendly.

The residents are friendly. The staff is friendly and helpful. I picked this community, because I have been living in the area for over 30 years. I would definitely recommend to others.

We picked this community because of the location to other family members, and it's a very nice place. They could improve on the food options. The breakfast is great, and the lunch is okay. This was the best thing that we did for my loved one. Overall, I would recommend to other families.

Medicines are a little sketchy and troubling as we cannot afford to have them give her her meds. Other than that we have been very happy with Atria. They have a very active community and the workers care for the residents and are very welcoming.

We picked this community because it was close to family. My loved one made friends. The staff took care of things. It would be nice if they invited familiy to outings, such as a movie/popcorn night, or an ice cream social. I would recommend to other families.
