It was a Wonderful Place. I loved it there. I can't say enough nice things about The Villa.

The staff is fantastic. The maintenance guys are also great. They are all very kind to my mom as well as others. Mom is very happy there. Is it perfect? No. But any issues I've seen or brought to attention have been remedied right away. For the price, I think this is an excellent solution for my mother.

This is a good place, and the staff is friendly. The staff tend to look after for your loved one. My loved one has been well taken care of. There are activities available for the residents. There is a large tv for the residents to watch, puzzles, music, games, and more for the residents to choose from. There is also a library and an activities room. A gardening club is another option as well for activities. This is overall a very good place. We have been pleased with our experience. I would recommend the community to others for their loved ones.

This was a better place and community it was just too far for my personal preference to where I wanted my loved one to be. I wanted to be able to get to my loved ones faster.

Due to the covid restrictions the activities are still pretty limited, and as far as the value for cost it has been good. Overall we like the Garden Plaza it has given our family a relief of the responsibility of taking care of our loved one. However, their communication has not been very good as far as informing us what is going on especially in times of covid. They have opened up the facility for families to come and visit but they did not make anyone aware of that until later.

We have been very happy with our experience at Anthology and think they are doing a good job. I would recommend and already have.

My loved one had a beautiful room. This community has walkways, and gardens. The med department was a little iffy. The activities included cooking, sewing, cards, every Sunday they took car rides. They even had line dancing. All of this was prior to Covid as an activities.

The staff was great about treating each resident personally. They did a great job of being personal with the residents and they made sure to get to know them and their families. The staff was always very friendly and responsive. They were quick to respond to our requests. The grounds of the community are also very pleasant. We hit some road pumps initially, however they were very good about coming up with solutions. The room my father stayed in was also very impressive. The manager clearly cares a lot about the staff and residents. The social worker on staff was also very friendly and took the time to talk to us. The chef does an absolutely outstanding job as well. The dining room was very elegant and they did a great job with making it feel welcoming. The care we observed towards the residents was excellent. We can't say enough good things about Atria Greece.

My father has been a resident for three years. During these three years, his experience has been very good. The staff is always friendly and ready to help. Anytime there was a problem came up, we were notified immediately of the problem and what they were doing to handle it. The comfort of the residents is a priority. When the Corona virus hit I was very impressed at how quickly management took immediate action to keep the residents safe! While my dad wasn’t happy about not having breakfast his friends, he understands isolation is necessary. I would recommend the Villas to anyone looking for a safe retirement home for a loved one!

My Dad was a resident at Travanse Living in Olathe, KS. From the moment he arrived, he was made to feel welcomed and loved. From the administrative staff to the nurses, from the aids to the maintenance staff, from the housekeeping staff to food service personnel, he was treated as if he was a member of their family. We will be forever grateful to Travanse personnel for how special they made Dad feel. Thank you for all you did for him!

Great place to be an active senior. Lots of changes over the past year have made the community Thrive!

My father was a resident at Travanse. The care he received was exceptional. All staff members, from the chefs to the aids, from the maintenance staff to housekeeping, from the RNs to the administration treated him with so much love and respect. He blossomed and thrived while there. From the minute we walked through the front door, we could tell this facility was truly different than others we visited. My family will be forever grateful to the team at Travanse for all they did for Dad and how special they made him feel.

We love Atria Weston Place! The staff is amazing. I don't worry about my mother's safety and well being there. They keep me posted on everything that i need to know. They are available when we have questions. I visited many communities but after meeting with the staff and touring Atria, I cancelled my other appointments - I knew that this was the perfect place for her.

We moved my mom into the Villas a couple of weeks ago. So far she really likes it there. The food is great, the people are friendly and she feels very comfortable in her apartment. [Name removed] was so very helpful and kind with her moving in, he was always there if we had any questions and if we needed something fixed, he got it fixed for us!! Our family feels she is safe and in good hands with the staff at the Villas, our minds are at ease!!!

My dad moved into Travanse Living earlier this year, and he loves it. The staff is great. They take good care of him, and treat him very kindly. They continue to go to his room to invite him to the activities, even though he's a little resistant. Several times when I was bringing someone to see him, the staff adjusted their schedule to help me get him "freshened up" for the visit. Recently, I mentioned that I needed to remember to call him when his teams are playing so he can watch the games, and they said I could call them if he didn't answer his phone, and they'd go turn on the game for him. The nursing staff has been very helpful also, discussing his meds, and how he is doing.

My mother's dementia identified her need for a memory care placement. We learned of Travanse through the daughter of one of my mother's dear friends. The staff is very present, competent and encouraging, with demonstrated leadership in their training and administration. They have encouraged my mother to do those tasks she was resisting, and provide both structure and attention that result in my mother being noticeably calmer since she feels secure. The staff has also supported the reconnection of my mother and her dear friend in a way that is heartwarming. They sit and visit at a table by the window during the day, similar to their times at my mother's kitchen table. At night they visit and support one another in a way that has stilled my mother's bouts of "night frights". This placement has given the rare gift of peace of mind to my family that Mother is happy and secure, and has been an answer to our prayers.

My Dad lived at Travanse Senior Living for a very short time. We found the staff and surroundings to be way more than we could have ever hoped. We needed to move Dad to a different facility for financial reasons, as well as medical. But the folks who tried to make it work for Dad at Travanse went well above the normal and expected. We are grateful for the love and care given to him during his 7 day stay there. Besides being a beautiful place, the workers we encountered truly cared about Dad and our family as a whole. I would not hesitate to recommend this facility to families looking for a good place for a loved one with memory care needs. I could not rate the activities highly because we really didn't have time to evaluate them. The calendar displayed looked like many options would have been available to Dad, but he wasn't able to take advantage because of his own issues.

We’re the “Snow Birds.” My husband and I were living at the [removed]. My daughter and her husband found the Villa and introduced it to us. It was a tough decision and we talked about it… A lot! Finally, we all decided we should stay for six months, just to try it out. So we came up to the Villa stayed from October till April and then we’d head back to the Lake for the Summer. It was a great opportunity for us, and our family, to get an idea of what our lives would like at a Senior Living Community. My husband, who originally was not in favor of downsizing and leaving his home at the lake, surprised all of us. The first day we arrived the Sales Director, [name removed] greeted us at the car, pointed to a sign in the lobby with our names on it welcoming us both and proceeded to wheel my husband into the dining area. After we ate a wonderful lunch – my husband asked the server how much of a tip would she like, she thanked him and responded that “tipping” is not allowed. “All this great food, in such a nice place and NO TIPPING!” He turned to me and said, “Honey, I think I’m gonna like this place.” The grounds are meticulous with a nice park-like atmosphere and lots of flowers. The Executive Director [name removed] and his staff do a very good job at communicating with the residents about the goings on at the Villa. I particularly like having a Chapel – it does both Catholic and non-DE nominal services, which I think is a comfort to the residents who no longer have the ability to get to their place of worship. I also like the wide array of activities the Villa offers. [name removed] the Lifestyle360 director does such a good job at taking us to new and exciting places - and there is always something going on here. Naturally things happen, nothing is perfect, personnel and schedules change - most of the residents understand it. And It’s good to know ahead of time what’s really going on instead of hearing it through the grapevine. Overall, I have to say I am very pleased with our life here at the Villa and would encourage anyone who is looking to downsize to meet with [name removed] and [name removed], take a walk around the grounds, meet the other residents and see what your life can be like living amongst friends and people who care about you like family.
