The tour was wonderful. Legacy is beautiful and I am sure [Name Removed] will love it. [Name Removed] was full of information and answered all of our questions and concerns. We hope they accept Loretta after the initial assessment interview with her this Wednesday at 3pm. [Name Removed]

I believe that the majority of all attendants and management are most accommodating and helpful .[Name removed] and [name removed] most helpful and [name removed] is my go to person. [Name removed] who has been helping out in the cottages has been a dream come true. The evening shift in building 5 [name removed] and [name removed] are the kindest and most helpful the best of deane hill

I will never forget the kindness they showed us when we were placing my Dad at Crimson. They were always so wonderful to my Dad and to us and helped us so much in our time of need. I also have nothing but good things to say about the staff and nurses who have helped my Dad through the months he was there

We moved my mom, with mid-stage Alzheimers, from her home to Maiden Park. My mom, frankly, is not the easiest person in the world, but we were delighted with the care she has received at Maiden Park. The staff are generous with their time and responsive to her needs; and she has formed special relationships with a couple of the caregivers--taking extra time to spend with her when able. She is happy and healthy and we feel secure knowing she is well taken care of in our absence. Our family couldn't have chosen a better community for mom, it really has become a second family for her!

I visited Travanse Living at Olathe for the first time on [date removed], and was immediately impressed by the wide open layout of the facility. It was clean, bright, colorful and expansive - so different from other facilities I had visited over the past 9 months. Residents seemed to be genuinely happy in this environment and the staff was most attentive and sufficient in number to provide individual attention. Lastly, I was impressed by the accessibility to the Travanse facility from nearby I-35 and also by the near proximity of other medical facilities. I rate Travanse 5 Star and recommend it highly to anyone in need of the services provided therein.

I was very pleased with this facility..! They have a 24/7 nursing staff, their main focus is security, and they have a tenured staff. Much of the staff is over 5 years and several are over 10 years there. Everything is on 1 floor, Great menu plus anytime menu and their "Engage Life" event calendar is excellent.

The staff at Greenfield Senior Living of Perkiomen Valley are great. They are very helpful, caring and friendly. They keep me posted and up to date with everything that's going on with my mom. We are very happy!

Shea clearly understands the geriatric set of behavior and she responds appropriately to their needs. I am grateful for the caring and professional way she has interfaced with mom. The distance between Tennessee and California is ten fold when your mom requires assistance. I appreciate the care and compassion [name removed] with Deane Hill Place has taken to support mom and lends me and my siblings to have peace of mind. Grateful!

My Mother is a resident at Fox Trail in Manassas. She has been receiving EXCELLENT care. My family is very pleased and IMPRESSED by the compassion shown by ALL of the staff working with her. All of the staff (including housekeeping, chefs, activity director) work together as a team to provide wonderful care for the residents keeping their best interests in mind. I would agree this is not a typical "assisted living" facility, it's so much more! They work out individual care treatment plans for each resident. It caters to the residents that have more specialized needs in a manner that provides respect and dignity. It is completely evident that the staff truly cares for my mother and that they work where they do because they LOVE the residents. They exceeded my expectations and have lovingly met the needs of my mom. I am SO HAPPY we found them!

From the first time my daughter and I entered Legacy at Cranberry Landing ("Cranberry") to check it out as a potential residence for my Mother, we were impressed with the friendliness and welcoming that we received from residents and staff. My mother has since moved in, and she loves it. Now, she is so busy with activities and events at Cranberry, that we must make an appointment to visit her! We couldn't be more thrilled. Every day is filled from morning through evening with things for residents to participate in. Cranberry has transportation that takes them to places like Wegmans, Target, and even to the casino!

I feel that this is the best place I could have chosen to live after my husband died and after six years I am sure I made the right choice.

They took care of my mom - they did a great job and we're lucky she was able to go there.

My Mom lived here for a few days until taking a fall. It was a nice facility; they’re new, so everything was super clean. It felt like a hotel with how nice, open, and bright it was. The staff was good overall and had a quick response time. They had good food, a good variety of it, and even a grill and bistro. They had a big activity room with plenty of activities available that varied every week. I recommend this place.

We recently moved our Mom into the Legacy Independent Living Facility. This was a difficult move for her since she was leaving the house where she spent many years with her deceased husband, her rescued dog and many family members including grandchildren who are in their 20’s. The experience of finding this facility and having my mom feel comfortable about the move was made into a smooth transition thanks to [Removed]. All of the staff have been friendly and helpful. Mom has enjoyed the delicious meals and having others to eat with. And when she wants to eat in her apartment (this happens on Sundays when those 20 year old grandchildren come over to watch the Buffalo Bills games) the dining room packs up her food and she is on her way. Mom has even been trying out some of the activities. The schedule that is given to each person the night before, allows them to decide what activities to participate in-if any. Finally, this move would not have taken place if Mom could not bring her trusted companion-her dog. Being on the first floor with a sliding glass door makes it easy for Mom to let her dog out on a leash. And even when the weather is bad outside, Mom can walk her dog around the inside of the warm and cozy building. This has been a good change for our mom.

I was very impressed with Greenfield from the minute I stepped into the door...it had a “coming home” feeling to it, not huge and overwhelming, but quiet and Inviting...I spoke to a content resident who highly recommended Greenfield...he was nicely dressed as were the other residents that were around....I kind of popped in unexpectedly but I didn’t see anyone in distress even when we visited the Memory Care unit. Residents were comfortable and not stuck in wheelchairs all day like a few other places that I have visited...I feel good about bringing my stepmom here.

I've had a great experience with Travanse in the six months that my mother has been in their memory care unit. The staff is very caring. They have a lot of activities and kind of reminds me of a cruise. Also seems like a real bargain compared to other units I've looked at.

We were extremely impressed. We were very impressed. Breeze is a natural. The camaraderie between her and the residents was so great.....and comforting. The building and grounds are very nice. We are putting a check by them.

Dad stays at the Villa at Riverwood, and it has been excellent. The people that work there are so friendly and helpful. I really like the look of the place as well. The first thing we liked was that the front door has a canopy over it so you can pull your car right up and dad isn’t standing in the weather. I also like that it has really nice décor, and most of the resident doors have decorations on them. The food is also excellent. We’ve eaten there several times, and the food is always excellent. The place is super clean, and I like that Dad is able to socialize with the other veterans there. I’d recommend The Villa to others

When I first started looking at communities for myself, I needed something that was close to my wife and in our price range. This facility is absolutely outstanding. The nursing staff has all been kind and friendly. When I first moved in, everyone was so welcoming and contentious. When I’m walking around outside and they pass by, they come up to me and ask me how I’m doing. They actually seek me out to see if they can help with anything. All of the staff members are proactive in my care. This community meets and exceeds my expectations. Everything was clean, neat, and it was just a great fit. I highly recommend this facility to anyone.
