Before COVID they were amazing, but we haven't been able to visit in about six months so we cant tell how clean the community has been kept. For what we know though the staff has been keeping the residents very safe during this time. When we first visited this community they made us very comfortable, welcomed, and treated us like family. Our loved one has spoken very highly of them. The staff is bringing the residents their food to their room now whereas before they were eating in the dining room. The value for this community is good, but we wish they had a little bit better medical assistance. The activities were terrific before COVID. Tuesday nights they would play music after dinner, they also had bingo. The staff really went out of their way to keep them active, engaged and keep their spirits up. Right now they are allowing outside visits. The executive director has been amazing, she is always available by email if we have any questions or concerns even if its over a weekend.

I would recommend it, we are happy with our loved one there. The food prior to COVID, the food was decent when we ate there. The room size is decent. The activities prior to COVID included: cooking classes and demonstrations, bingo, and some residents would play games and cards. They do have concerts that come in prior to COVID. I believe they even had a bus that would take residents to church services. They also provide transportation to doctor visits in the zip code, and this still happens. We have now resumed face-to-face visits, and this has started in the last couple of weeks. They hired an employee to oversee all the visits, and limited. They have had no residents or staff that has tested positive for COVID.

We chose Heritage Oak for a couple reasons. 1. the apartment itself 2. the price 3. the proximity to me. The bedrooms are larger from where my mom moved from, they also have very spacious closets. I have not eaten here as I moved her in during the pandemic, but my mom has said the food is pretty good, the menu offers 2-3 choices per meal. They have provided activities in spite of the pandemic, some of these includes bingo, movies, birthday parties.They have remained 100% COVID free this entire time. I would recommend this community because the residents are very friendly and my family is very happy with this choice we made. We wish the move wouldn't have been during the pandemic but they did a great job. They had a wonderful plan of how to move her in during the restrictions.

They have different buildings there you should check them all out. My mom has a large room. The food is okay, they could improve the dining with more dining staff. The staff is good. They need more housekeeping staff. They are good with communicating with family

[Name removed] did a wonderful tour. My daughter and got all our questions answered. [Name removed] was friendly and knowledgeable. This place is top of my list so far.

Greenfield is a very warm and caring facility. The staff is very attentive to all our needs. Our nursing care staff could not be any better. I recommend Greenfield to anyone looking for a second home.

Moving our mom was a huge decision, but the minute we walked in to Atria we felt comfortable and welcomed by the staff and the residents. There has not been one day since our mother moved in that she wishes she were still at home, that's how happy she is there. We really feel that the staff have become an extension of our family at this point. Atria really gives us peace of mind.

I love living here because I feel secure and safe. Activities is my favorite form of entertainment. Not only do I stimulate my mind socializing is very important to me. Being with other people completes my day. I enjoy wiring letters in my room to help pass the time.

I love being here with everyone. The food good, especially the shrimp. I enjoy the cooking. I like the cooking and arts and crafts. I love making different crocheted pins. I have been here 2 years and have enjoyed being here all the friends I have been here. I am happy. Not in room much.

I enjoy the crafts with everyone. The food is good I especially like the shrimp scampi and the pizza is the best!

Like many of you, our mother along with many other moms, grandmothers, aunts, uncles and friends are living in Assisted Living facilities all over the country. During this dark time in our history, we can only hope and pray that our loved ones remain healthy and safe. [Name removed] and his staff at The Villa at Westhampton have left no stone unturned when it comes to the protection of our loved ones. They have taken every step necessary and implemented procedures that have continued to keep the residents at The Villa thriving, even under difficult circumstances. The case manager, admission officer, nursing staff, aides, activities staff, kitchen staff, as well as the cleaning staff have all risen to the occasion to accommodate the needs of the residents. Additionally, [name removed] sends us daily updates to keep us informed as to the daily well-being of our loved ones. They have the best care that we could possibly hope for and consider them our local heroes. Thank you to [name removed] and the entire staff of The Villa for all your expert care during this health crisis. You are all awesome!!!!

An overall well thought out community with nice facilities. We were impressed at their attention to detail.

The staff have compassionate and are well-trained to address a wide range of elderly needs. With a genuine desire to assist the elderly. They have a very well written care plan for my mom. They offer various programs and activities in order to enhance the physical, spiritual, social and intellectual aspects of the residents. They go out at Christmas to see the festival of lights, fine out, shopping trips ect. I sampled the food and it was delicious! The dinning is nice the kitchen is clean, they will go to each person to make sure they get what they want . The residents communicate with each other nicely they have a way of getting them to know one another it's beautiful. They take safety measures seriously,such as call buttons no trip hazardous items. I'm excited about the outdoor areas ?? it's so beautiful. They several areas you can just sit and talk. They did a great job of picking people to live there they mix very nice together. Could imagine anything better. My mom has become very diversed, and constantly teaching others about diversity. She's changed for the good and she loves it!! She said "I'm never leaving the place"! She loves the staff and so do I. They actually helped me also, so passionate. Here's the woman that gave everyone a go for the money and wanted to come back home with me unbelievable. When we take her out for the day she can't wait to get back to her friends. I would recommend The Legacy at Maiden Lane is a great place to live & visit they have become our extended family! You can feel the love when you enter the door. They helped my mom get her life back.

I was expecting to be neutral, but have nothing but positive things to say.

I wanted to take the time to thank the staff and administration of Dean Hill Place. My Dad was welcomed to Dean Hill Place [name removed]. He had declined slowly over 2019 and reached a stage that we were unable to take care and ensure Dad's safety at home. We had high hopes that Dad would rebound but it was not to be. Despite PT, OT and staff best efforts Dad continued to decline. The staff kept him as comfortable as was possible. His cat Omar lived with him and the staff provided backup for me on feeding and cleaning the litter when I could not be there as Dad could not care take his beloved pet at all. Dad became bed bound by the end of November and the staff stepped up to make sure he was clean and comfortable at all times. The advice provided when I asked was gently given and explained. I honestly could not have asked for anything more. Dad left us on [date removed]. Again, the staff did all they could to help me with the many tasks necessitated by his passing. I commend them all for their help and love shown to me and my Dad. I thank them all.

Loved the place. Not "institutionalized". Divided into cottages with beautiful courtyards. Felt comfortable. Very helpful and informative tour.

Facility was everything I would want. Immaculate. Residents seemed content.Everyone I spoke with, from the staff, seemed warm and genuine. Now comes the hard part... that being convincing my mom why this would be better fir her.

[Name removed] has a helpful caring team that provide individualized care to every resident. Staff go out of their way to ensure needs are not only met but exceptionally met!

[Name removed] gave an outstanding tour of Deane Hill Place yesterday. The place was very pleasing to see. He did an excellent job showing us around and answering questions and is very very good and enthusiastic at his job. It was impressive how he knew all the people as well as everything about them. Deane Hill Place has many nice features and it was an excellent opportunity to see it.

It's not easy to find the words to express my gratitude for the care and support my mother, now 87, has received at The Villa at Westhampton. It's a wonderful place, with excellent food, amenities, and activities. But it's the staff who make it really special, combining professionalism with warmth, tact, patience, and compassion. Although I'm 3,000 miles away, I visit as often as I can, and my sister is there almost everyday. We're confident that our mother is receiving the best care she could possibly have, and that is a blessed feeling.
