My Mom lived here for a few days until taking a fall. It was a nice facility; they’re new, so everything was super clean. It felt like a hotel with how nice, open, and bright it was. The staff was good overall and had a quick response time. They had good food, a good variety of it, and even a grill and bistro. They had a big activity room with plenty of activities available that varied every week. I recommend this place.

We recently moved our Mom into the Legacy Independent Living Facility. This was a difficult move for her since she was leaving the house where she spent many years with her deceased husband, her rescued dog and many family members including grandchildren who are in their 20’s. The experience of finding this facility and having my mom feel comfortable about the move was made into a smooth transition thanks to [Removed]. All of the staff have been friendly and helpful. Mom has enjoyed the delicious meals and having others to eat with. And when she wants to eat in her apartment (this happens on Sundays when those 20 year old grandchildren come over to watch the Buffalo Bills games) the dining room packs up her food and she is on her way. Mom has even been trying out some of the activities. The schedule that is given to each person the night before, allows them to decide what activities to participate in-if any. Finally, this move would not have taken place if Mom could not bring her trusted companion-her dog. Being on the first floor with a sliding glass door makes it easy for Mom to let her dog out on a leash. And even when the weather is bad outside, Mom can walk her dog around the inside of the warm and cozy building. This has been a good change for our mom.

I've had a great experience with Travanse in the six months that my mother has been in their memory care unit. The staff is very caring. They have a lot of activities and kind of reminds me of a cruise. Also seems like a real bargain compared to other units I've looked at.

We were extremely impressed. We were very impressed. Breeze is a natural. The camaraderie between her and the residents was so great.....and comforting. The building and grounds are very nice. We are putting a check by them.

Dad stays at the Villa at Riverwood, and it has been excellent. The people that work there are so friendly and helpful. I really like the look of the place as well. The first thing we liked was that the front door has a canopy over it so you can pull your car right up and dad isn’t standing in the weather. I also like that it has really nice décor, and most of the resident doors have decorations on them. The food is also excellent. We’ve eaten there several times, and the food is always excellent. The place is super clean, and I like that Dad is able to socialize with the other veterans there. I’d recommend The Villa to others

I love my Dad, but he can be quit difficult. Atria knows exactly how to handle him. We went from receiving numerous calls a day from him to having to call him to check up on him. He has made friends, is involved in social activities and is eating better than he has in a long time! Thank you Atria! Wonderful job!

We are very pleased with the changes that we are seeing in our mom since she has moved here and she likes her room. The community is very nice, there is a nice courtyard where the residents can sit and visit with family and friends. The staff is friendly and supportive and they encourage mom to take part in the activities. Mom really enjoys going to the dining area and she likes the food. I would recommend a tour of this community.

I'am comfortable with my mothers move to this community. She is doing well, and everything is working out great. They have a good staff at this community. They have been kind when I visit, and helpful whenever needed. The residents are very happy, and cheerful. The experience is going well, and I would recommend this community.

The food is great and the activities are phenomenal. The community is very nice and they have a lot of common areas for the residents. The staff are fantastic. I would recommend this community.

My dad has settled in well and he enjoys being part of the activities and field trips to go shopping and sight seeing. He has a nice apt with a kitchenette. He does like going to the dining room with the other residents too. The staff here is very friendly and helpful. this was a good choice for us.

The care from this community. We like that he is happy with the room and he feels comfortable here. The activities are helpful for him. The menu is very good and he likes the variety. The community is clean and maintained.I like knowing that he is happy at this community. We would recommend other families for the good care and the value of a loved one.

We really liked Atria! The director, Breeze, was very nice, and the lunch we had was very good. The property is kept beautifully, and there was NO hint of urine or other smell. The residents seemed happy to see us coming (and Breeze) and seemed to like living there. They spoke with us on the way out and highly recommended Atria.

Well kept and clean facility. Staff truly seemed to care about the well being of residents. Very informative meeting.

Spent hours and had lunch with [Removed] at Atria Penfield. She knew the struggle I have ahead to get my mother ready for this move. This could be the perfect place from Mom, but what do I do when she needs help that they can't provide? Plenty of activities, great shared courtyards, and sitting spaces around the entire facility. Can't find anything to complain about really. Delicious food and friendly people.

We love Atria Weston. The staff made us feel like family from day one. We soon as we walked in the front door, we knew we were at "home." The facility is clean, well-kept; the food is great; and the staff are amazing. Could ask for a better place for my dad.

My goal was to find a new community and in a location that is very close to me. This community was not both of what I was looking for. They were professional and the tour was great.
