I love my Dad, but he can be quit difficult. Atria knows exactly how to handle him. We went from receiving numerous calls a day from him to having to call him to check up on him. He has made friends, is involved in social activities and is eating better than he has in a long time! Thank you Atria! Wonderful job!

This has been a great community for mom so far. The staff are accommodating and attentive. Mom had to go to skilled nursing and the caregivers have been visiting her. They are keeping up with her progress so they can meet her needs when she returns to this community. The community is on an old golf course and it is beautiful. The community is made up of cottages and it is a low key place. The food is so so. I would highly recommend this community.

We are very pleased with the changes that we are seeing in our mom since she has moved here and she likes her room. The community is very nice, there is a nice courtyard where the residents can sit and visit with family and friends. The staff is friendly and supportive and they encourage mom to take part in the activities. Mom really enjoys going to the dining area and she likes the food. I would recommend a tour of this community.

I'am comfortable with my mothers move to this community. She is doing well, and everything is working out great. They have a good staff at this community. They have been kind when I visit, and helpful whenever needed. The residents are very happy, and cheerful. The experience is going well, and I would recommend this community.

My dad has settled in well and he enjoys being part of the activities and field trips to go shopping and sight seeing. He has a nice apt with a kitchenette. He does like going to the dining room with the other residents too. The staff here is very friendly and helpful. this was a good choice for us.

The care from this community. We like that he is happy with the room and he feels comfortable here. The activities are helpful for him. The menu is very good and he likes the variety. The community is clean and maintained.I like knowing that he is happy at this community. We would recommend other families for the good care and the value of a loved one.

We really liked Atria! The director, Breeze, was very nice, and the lunch we had was very good. The property is kept beautifully, and there was NO hint of urine or other smell. The residents seemed happy to see us coming (and Breeze) and seemed to like living there. They spoke with us on the way out and highly recommended Atria.

My mother has been at Deane Hill for three years. It has undergone ownership with associated changes but the care has always been there. I am grateful to the care and patience of the staff as my mother has progressed with Alzheimer's. We love the garden and screened porches. I had visited a number of memory care facilities and access to outdoors was always a locked door. At Deane Hill it feels more like a residence with access to outdoors and a warm living room where residents can watch tv together and participate in activities.

Dean Hill Place is professionally managed with tons of loving care for each resident. When looking for a place, I visited many locations in Knoxville, Maryville, and the surrounding areas. None were as good as Dean Hill. I highly recommend it.

Spent hours and had lunch with [Removed] at Atria Penfield. She knew the struggle I have ahead to get my mother ready for this move. This could be the perfect place from Mom, but what do I do when she needs help that they can't provide? Plenty of activities, great shared courtyards, and sitting spaces around the entire facility. Can't find anything to complain about really. Delicious food and friendly people.

We love Atria Weston. The staff made us feel like family from day one. We soon as we walked in the front door, we knew we were at "home." The facility is clean, well-kept; the food is great; and the staff are amazing. Could ask for a better place for my dad.

My goal was to find a new community and in a location that is very close to me. This community was not both of what I was looking for. They were professional and the tour was great.

My father has been in this facility for over 2 years. When he entered it was owned by Brookdale and ownership changed hands in the late summer/early fall of 2016. We were a little apprehensive when the sale occurred because the new owners did not appear to have many memory care units in their system. We were told things would get much better and they have. My wife visits 3-4 times per week and I do twice per week. We have watched first hand as service and care have improved and remain so. To us, there are two big positives. We love the courtyard and my dad's ability to get out in the courtyard. Even more important to us is the staff, especially the nurses and the aids. They truly have a heart for their residents and care for them. to say that we are very pleased would be putting it mildly. [Removed]

Lovely place! Light, Airy, well appointed, friendly. Priced competitively. Many activities and services. Tour guide,[Removed], was very pleasant and informative.

My loved one is very happy with her decision! The staff are very accommodating and they did a great job with getting her moved in and helping her through the transition. She even got to paint the room, which we found to be very nice of them. She also says that the food is excellent! We have no complaints about her stay so far!
