I toured this community for the care for my mom. the staff were nice and were able to answer my questions on the care that is available. The community was clean and they did offer alot of great activities. This is not what we wanted, but we would recommend other families to tour this nice community for a good place for a loved one.

The staff at this community have been nice and helpful. They do offer some activities, however I think they could use some more. Mom likes the food and it is close to us. They keep the community clean and it has a homey feel to it. I would recommend this community.

I had a good tour of this community. Everything went very well. The community looked nice. and very well maintained. The staff was kind, and informative. All my questions were answered. It is a nice place, but to expensive for my taste.

This community was nice. It offer full kitchen and laundry in the apartment. The room was more of a small apartment. They had a great staff and they were not close to our location. We were able to see the activities that were offered. The community was very nice and clean. I would recommend the care and value to other families here.

Mom seems to be happy with the care at Westmont. The staff seem to know what to do and we have good communication with them. The food is eatable and most of it is homemade. They offer small portions and low or no salt food.

Overall, the experience with Pinole SR. Village has been quite good. The place is clean, attractive, well-sited, and quiet. The staff seems friendly and caring. The cost is quite competitive and is one of the few places that we have seen that offers a break if the resident's income is below $32,000/yr. One of our primary concerns was with the management, most of whom are relatively new-the facility has a reputation for high mgmt turnover. However, those in charge seem to be competent and caring and, hopefully, in it for the long haul. But they seem to lack a sense that one person is in overall charge, though I admit that my concerns were dealt with quickly. Also, the activities, while good, are somewhat limited, especially after 5 pm, and Sundays seem to be unstructured, or scheduled activities do not take place. And often the weekly schedule is not posted on time. But these are minor concerns. We are not looking to move my mom.

My loved one can't say enough good things about the food they serve at this community. They have a wide variety of healthy options and the proportions are just right for him. He also seems to be enjoying the company of the other residents and the many different activities they offer throughout the day. The only complaint I have is they have already had an increase in cost for his medication management.

My husband is at this community and I am happy with the care he gets. He enjoys the meals served, he gets double servings if he wants, and he thinks the food taste good. The community is clean and maintained all around. The staff and caregivers are respectful and attentive.

The experience for my dad is going okay. He gets his exercise, I have joined too. The staff do a fine job keeping the community clean. I know all the staff by name and I feel they are on top of things. They are all nice and respectful. The food is okay for us. My only concern is the trash, he gets weekly cleaning but his trash should be taken out daily.

My mother is doing great here at this community, they are caring for her very well. She made the transition to the community very easy. It is a nice community, they do a pretty good job with keeping everything nice and clean. My mother's room is well-kept. The staff is wonderful, they have been very helpful and friendly. She is trying out some new activities. The meals are nice, she is pretty pleased with the food. I'am confident about the type of care she is receiving.

I really liked this facility. The common areas are very nice and it offers an indoor pool, fitness room and a small store. Interaction between employees and residences is very good. The location is close to Grand Ave (lots of activities to attend). They have a nice secure parking garage with ample parking for visitors. Prices are reasonable.

Our biggest concern is the way the food is served. The dining room setup is not done very well. They can have to wait up to an hour after ordering for the food to arrive. I think the cleanliness is fine. I have been pretty impressed with most of the staff. There are some little things that could be better, the laundry isn't always brought back promptly. The transportation to and from doctors appointments are a little limited, with only certain, days and times, or distances. That wasn't very clear.

My experience with Pinole Senior Village has been great. I like it a lot. It's very affordable. They are well organized. They seem to have lots of experience in the field. Staff is really caring, and friendly, always ready to help. The facility is really cleanly. And one thing I really like is things don't get lost.

There are a lot of activities. The residents are very friendly. I’m perfectly happy here. Sometimes the food is very good, sometimes it’s fair, sometimes it’s poor. It varies. I haven’t had any issues with the laundry.

I toured this location when I was looking into senior living options. I had a meal here, and a brief tour. From what I saw everything looked very nice, and the food was good. However, this place was just too expensive for me to really consider it as an option.

Visited 11/15. Nice facility, newly painted and carpeted. Food good. Flexible eating times. Shuttle allows for some flexibility. Courtyard being re-done. Apts. adequate. Nice library.

This was three meals a day, no exceptions. They did offer full kitchens which my mom liked but she didn't want three meals a day and I think they were more expensive.

The food was superb but it's a lot more money the Westmont in Brentwood. My mother didn't like it which surprised me because it was very upper class. It really surprised me that she didn't like it because they have all the bells and whistles for a much higher price. The rooms were smaller though.

It was a nice place. They have a good restaurant and other activities there for everybody. The staff seemed nice.
