Beware of the budget lady. Make sure your bills are correct. Everyone is great. It is a nice place. I would recommend the community for other's loved ones. My loved one enjoys the food here. There are bus trips to shopping and sites, bingo, bands, different social groups, social parties, and more for the residents to choose from.

The bill collector just raised the prices on specific care. My loved one has had personal belongings stolen. None of the staff seem to be doing anything about this. They've not encouraged my loved one to participate in any of the activities they have available.

I think Westmont did a wonderful job for our family and our loved one. They even provided direction for us and they were caring. The staff was very professional and really cared for our loved one. They take their responsibility for seriously.

The hospice care in lincoln city was absolutely the best place I have ever seen. 5 stars at least. Everyone, clients and all staff were wondeful. I have never seen such an up beat place. Everyone was happy and involved with each other and the staff. They took great care of our dad as he passed. I can't thank you all enough for all your help finding such a great place.

Each time i visit Mariposa I am invited into a friendly engaged community where residents are cherished and loved. There is an abundance of caring staff to answer any question and help. The large main living/dining space is a wonderful place for the residents to enjoy their meals together. When it is not meal time, the space is always buzzing with activities. It feels so warm and welcoming with the fireplace and stylish but comfortable furniture. Snacks are always available. The sunny apartments are elegantly appointed with space for everything you need and nothing you don't. Upstairs, there is a gym, hairdresser, movie theater, and art room. There is list of activities for every interest and has something for everyone. Lovely comfortable library niches are sprinkled through out. These are inviting places to sit and read or have a chat with family and friends. Mariposa welcomes families to gather here and think of the entire building as an extension of Grandmas home. Don't miss the beautiful courtyard. Comfortable deep seating invites all residents and guests to gather and socialize. Just lovely. But the best thing I can say is how Mariposa really feels like an extension of grandmas house - warm and welcoming.

We moved my active 92 year old mother into Westmont Town Court about 6 months ago after relocation to San Diego from another assisted living place. Overall the facility and efficiency of this new place exceeds her prior residence. She is very happy and the friendliness of not only the staff but the residents too has made adjustment to a new place much easier than we expected. My mother does not require any additional assistance with day to day so am not able to comment on that part. She has also lost some weight since the move - in her case that is good news. The meal choices include more healthier options/selections than her previous location and I often join her for meals since the food is usually very good and pricing for guests is very reasonable. Plenty of activities for all levels of "independence" and staff is very good about encouraging participation. My Mom is active (but uses walker) and is generally a social person.

We toured this nice community. It was acceptable and It was clean. The staff was helpful and they answered all of our questions. They focused on my mother not us which was nice. They were accommodating to our needs they were very friendly. We just needed something closer to us. And they were a little more expensive here.

Westmont Town Court is a very nice community. My mom is slowly settling into her new home. Everybody is very friendly and nice. They provide my mom with good care. The food is good, I've eaten there myself. They have well-balanced meals for the residents. My mom has let me know that they do run out of food choices sometimes .My mom enjoys the activities that they provide, she loves to swim and participates in the exercise classes. I wanted to especially thank [Removed], my advisor from A Place For Mom for all of her help and providing us with information and options.

Overall, I am happy with the care my father is recovering at Westmont. They could use a little fine tuning, but the care is strong. The food is excellent and the facility is always kept very clean. We are happy with our choice.

My friend almost went with this community but it was more expensive. She really liked one of the rooms, it had a beautiful view that she loved. The staff was very friendly and it was a good experience to tour.

So far my dad seems to be doing well at Westmont. He has gotten to know several residents and has started to get involved in some of the discussion groups. He likes the food and the open dining option. We have had good interactions with the staff. The community is clean and well maintained. I would recommend this community.

The experience is going great. My mother-in-law is living in a clean community and she is eating good food. The employees are attentive and it has been easy for me to speak with them if I need. Overall I am happy with the care that is provided.

We chose Westmont of Fresno because of the quality of the food. The friendly staff, and the overall cleanliness of the facility. They make you feel so welcome and at home. We did have some issues with billing in the beginning.

We moved mom into this facility recently. Knowing that the facility recently went through major staff changes we feel that they need more staff. The receptionist also a works in the kitchen. Only one maintenance man (who does great in his assignments) but has the tasks of at least two. The current cook started as a janitor. Food is okay but sandwiches, burgers or hot dogs for dinner? First week in and little to no personal (room) services were provided ie room not cleaned, no showers, no laundry or bed changes. Talked with the director who has addressed the needs and they have changed. Many adjustments are and will still continue to be made but the need for more staff seems to be necessary. Currently spending big $ for so so (as best under current situation - staffing allows). But not many choices in our area so we wait and see. Staff there are great but they definitely need more staff

We are very happy with our overall experience so far. My Dad has been there officially now for 1 week. The caregivers and staff are all very nice and attentive. The facility is clean, bright, and smells good. The food in the restaurant is ok, sorta hit and miss, but overall good. Communication is a little difficult and seems disjointed, but we eventually get our questions answered.

The communication is good. When I'm there staff seems very caring. It's hard to really rate as my stepmother is in memory care so getting feedback from her is difficult. Room/apartment is plenty for her needs. Cleanliness seems pretty good.

Overall impression, clean and quiet. Soothing music for the residents, choices for meals, activities geared toward being active, and quiet in the memory care unit. Only problem we face is there is not enough money in our coffers for long-term care.

I would say 4 stars. For several reasons. Very few places would qualify for a 5 (and would be much more expensive). That said Westmont of SB has a very friendly atmosphere, very welcoming by both residents and staff. For staff, they are very good. I'm talking about regular hired staff not temporary fill in agency staff (they have no clue sometimes). The staff when hired go thru training and shadowing as they learn resident care and daily needs. Quality of care basics are there and good but it would be good to always have ongoing training, which is true for any facility. The activities here are very good, lots to choose from and the lifestyle director always takes suggestions. They have recently added more outings (we went to Dargans pub around St Patricks) The library and Trader Joe's. Dining is resturant-esque style food is ok and they are improving. Rooms are a good size studio and housekeeping does a good job on mine. One last thing I would note is if you need memory care or assistance that happens here well. If you are independent, expect to number checked on and follow the requirements of a RCFE. IE 6 month reviews of care needs, monthly weighing. Checking if you don't show at meals, etc. Westmont of SB is run by a corporation, there are 20 throughout CA and OR, which causes some restrictions on flexibility of what directors here can do. But again friendly staff and residents and nice atmosphere

I am very happy with The Oaks, I feel they take good care of my mother. I absolutely love that weather pro, they take the memory care residents on outings.
