Westmont Living

We are really enjoying Westmont. It is by far the best community we looked at for my mother. The staff is very friendly and helpful, and the cleanliness of the community is great. It was one of the things that stood out when we toured. Due to the fact we had to move her so quickly, it is taking some time for her to adjust but that is to be expected. She has made some new friends with residents at the community. Overall, the feeling of the place is great and the residents are very friendly and welcoming. I would recommend this community to my family and friends.

Our first feeling was that this site was on a busy street, however, once we were inside, that feel disappeared. The facility was clean and homey. The residents that we encountered all responded positively when we asked them how they liked it. Julie [removed] was a great source of knowledge and resources.

This was the first time to have a care giver. She worked out great even though Mom was grumpy and resistant at first. It was good for me to have some time off from the care giving. The caregiver was warm and friendly, and the light housekeeping she did was greatly appreciated.

So far, everything is going well at Alterra. The staff is great and they treat the residents well and the facility is clean. I can't think of any complaints or problems worth mentioning so far. A great experience. . .

My Dad died, but when he was there they were really wonderful with him. He was temperamental and they were very kind and patient with him. The staff was wonderful and I would recommend this facility to anyone.

Everything there is nice. Transportation is really excellent. My mom goes to get to get her hair done, appointments and it is really safe.

Out of the five facilities I've seen Lakeview Senior Living it's the best. The friendliness of the staff is a 6! They are very accommodating and understanding. In the past I would have to go buy moms necessities for her and here it is included. The facility is close hospital so I love the location. She is getting used to it there and getting adjusted. She is much happier on the coast even though it is not quite as convenient for me. It was a good move to have her here.

They were very receptive and helpful on getting my dad in there and situated. They helped make it a seamless transition and really made it a lot easier than we expected it to be. They helped get him in the room and living area that he wanted. The director was very helpful and very caring. They were very accommodating all throughout the process.

The apartments and facilities are very nice but the staff really shine. The friendly people at the desk, especially Bridget, make you feel welcome as soon as you walk in the door. Everyone has been very kind and made the difficult transition of moving my mother to assisted living much easier. Beth

My mother has only been here for a couple weeks so I don't have any long term experience. I looked at several assisted living facilities but I found that most of them were a bit dreary and dated. When I came to look at Westmont Town Court I was happy to find attractive, bright, apartments and facilities. I think that the staff, especially Helen and Julie are very kind and helpful.

I feel that Pinole Senior Village is very personal. The staff has gone above and beyond, always being very helpful, kind, and welcoming. I don't know what more they could have done. The only thing I can think of where they could improve would be to have a wider variety of activities (with some more stimulating options) and encourage the residents to get involved.

Fabulous facility. Friendly staff, lovely grounds. Nice activities for seniors.

First Class staff. Kelly is great. George the waiter is my fathers favorite. Housekeeping and Maintenance are very reliable and friendly. Everyone truly has my fathers best interest at heart. The social life is the best benefit. Food is tasty and nutritious.

The facility is really nice and everybody has been super nice and it's clean and beautiful. I have had real problems with the deposit process. Be very sure going in that this is going to work for your loved one, before you give them any money.

They're wonderful. They are extremely helpful, and they are very patient. They communicate well, they keep a good eye on their people. If they see anything out of line, at all, they give a call. They check on them all the time, and are really friendly when they do. They do a really good job. They will even provide their medication for them, which is a Godsend for us. They have outings and the librarian comes and they have music and things. A lot of the activities are geared toward women.

Westmont was beautiful! Of course it's a new building just opened this mo and everything is crisp & Clean!! The suites are big. Loved it..;) The Director was very helpful and friendly. She understands all about dementia (her father-in-law had it). The staff was friendly. This place is expensive but worth it!

They're doing a good job; I like the place, it's friendly and clean. They seem to care.

The staff are very helpful, the meals and dining service is good and all the residents seem to be very happy.

I liked this community a lot. This community was brand new so hard to get a feeling for it. They did a great job with the tour and was able to answer all of my questions and give me all of the information that I needed.

This was one of the first communities that I looked at. They had everything that I needed but not an in between step for my loved one. They only had memory care as an option and I knew my loved one was not quite there. They were very helpful with helping me figure out what it was that I was really looking for. The tour was great and she was really honest and helpful with me.
