I said nothing but tremendous things about [name removed] as a leader, a person, a counselor, and someone who always brings insight and comfort to my wife and I regarding my sister's residence at Rio Las Palmas.

I have had friends ask me and I am highly encouraging them to consider the Grove. I'm speaking to one about it tomorrow. The staff at the Grove is incredible. The fact that a large part of the staff are still there from when my father lived there from 2012 until he passed to heaven in 2015 is a testimony to the type of organization and caring in that community. To be hugged on and loved on by staff when we moved my mom in was so helpful in our own stress of finding the right place for her. She made her own choice but we were so happy she chose the Grove. Already the staff has been incredibly flexible to my mom's needs and [name removed] the chef made a special gluten free meal for our family in the family dining room the day we moved her in... that kind of special attention can't be found everywhere! And the fact that the Grove has cared for my dad's cat for the last 8 years is a testimony of their "people centered" services!

The staff is very friendly, and goes out of the way to remember each resident's personal preferences. Smiles extra care are the norm, even in busy, stressful times. Managers/supervisors step in to help when needed, with a smile and greeting! Front desk staff readily answer a host of questions, and/or refer you to a proper source. Activities are varied, numerous and staff is extremely helpful in planning and/or executing special events. We appreciate the honoring of veterans, senior citizens, public servants, flag, and country! The security detail are also ,"Unsung hero's on campus!

The staff are all very helpful and truly appear to love helping the residents. Facility is dated but always clean. Very comfortable for mom.

Moving my dad into Carmel village was one of the best things I did for him. The value for the $ was unmatched. He was well taken care of and his $ lasted longer than in other facilities. .

I actually was acting telling a good friend about it yesterday, how it's a nice place. It is very clean, very nice, the staff is nice and there is a pleasant atmosphere.They do a lot of activities there. They are doing some remodeling, so it's looking good. Also, they do wellness checks which is really good. I would recommend this place to whoever that's looking for a seniors place to live.

Their compassion and care is unmatched. Carmel Village is so professional and everyone working there is so very kind. I would recommend this facility to others.

I most definitely recommend the facility. Every single staff member we met were extremely friendly. When someone heard me walking behind, she stopped and turned around to acknowledge me. I originally put my sister in law into a one bedroom apartment for assisted living. However, after the first ten days, [name removed], the on-site managing nurse, and I agreed that memory care would be better. So we made another move. The transition was seamless and the quality of care she is receiving is exceptional. My sister in law is so happy as they get her up every morning and she is engaged in a full day of activities. I cannot say enough about the quality of the entire staff. The food isn't great, though there are options to choose from. I expected it to be relatively bland to meet most dietary needs, but it's basically institutional food. However, it is restaurant style which makes for a pleasant overall experience. I looked at several assisted living facilities and found many were previously hotels, which is exactly how it felt inside. Carmel Village was initially an apartment complex, so it feels more homey and permanent.

The staff is excellent. They are friendly and my mother feels like they treat her special. I would recommend this facility to others.

My loved one is currently a resident at WellQuest of Elk Grove and everything has been great at this facility so far. They were very patient with explaining options/details. The move in was super easy. The food is decent and it smells good! I would definitely recommend WellQuest of Elk Grove to others.

I highly recommend Russellville Park. The staff have been attentive and the move in process was efficiently organized. My mom and dad have been warmly welcomed. There have been some minor hiccups as everyone gets used to the new care plan, but all in all the Russellville Park team has been great. The meals are high quality and well presented. This was one of the only places we found that offered a full kitchen in the apartment.

I would absolutely recommend this place to others!Wonderful, [name removed] was great to work with. The staff is great! We picked this community because of the location, and friendly staff.

Pasadena Highlands is expensive, but it is well worth it. I was expecting our loved one to be depressed with the move, but he is happier than he has been for years. Based on the experience we have had so far, we would recommend this community to others

My loved one is currently a resident at Palo Alto Commons and everything about her experience at this facility has been great so far. Things seem to be working out well for her. The move in process went smoothly. The food is excellent. Communication with the family could be better, but is by no means insufficient. The housekeeping is okay, I have heard no complaints. I would recommend Palo Alto Commons to others.

I have been visiting my friend [name removed] in Memory Care for several months now and am so impressed with the care she is receiving. Especially from [name removed] and one of her great assistants, [name removed]. Very appropriate hugs and positive comments. The atmosphere is warm and inviting. Comfortable furniture everywhere. A nice sun porch. Entertainment from guitar singers I have enjoyed and it’s fun to watch the residents enjoying the music too. Keep up the good work. It is so important!

We took a tour of Palo Alto Commons during our search for a facility for a loved one. The staff at this facility were extremely helpful. They also offered many activities for the residents to participate in. Great place!

It's very expensive but Pasadena Highlands is so nice especially with the private outside patio on the room. It was less if a challenge finding a suitable place for mom than I thought it would be. It's taken 2 months but I think all the kinks are ironed out.

They ask all the time and my a swer is always the same "We love it and definitely recommend it". We picked this community because it's pretty, clean, and most important very very close to our home.

As a single senior woman with no family locally, I chose to live at Premier Residence of Reno because owning and maintaining a house with a large yard became too much of a burden and expense. Living here I enjoy the variety of meals served all day long, the weekly housekeeping, the activities and weekly field trips, and the peace and quiet of the beatiful surroundings.
